Scotts has to be the best bodyshop I have ever worked with. Friendly, straight up and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat if i needed their type of service.
I just got my car back after a fender bender and they made it look like it never even happened. Adam was very helpful in dealing with the other persons insurance and making sure they paid up. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself needing some quality body work done.
Scotts coach works has been my body shop that I use exclusively and recommend to everyone for many years. I very very rarely write one star reviews. And I review a lot of places. Sally refused to give me a quote to repair my car. I drove 30 minutes each way waited 15 minutes in the lobby and then she refused to give me a quote. It was the oddest experience of my life. Even if the accident wasnt covered by insurance I still planned on using them and paying cash but they wouldnt even look at it.
Adam Torres was a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgable and detailed! Service and repair was excellent!
Dealing with Adam is always super easy and Scotts coach works does a phenomenal job with all body work and painting. Car ALWAYS looks brand new!! Thank you!!!
Great communicating about my car Adam and Michelle Were too great people all around
Ed is the best. Always delivers top notch work and he is super knowledgeable. Ive taken my Beemer to him twice after two rear end accidents caused by others. The quality of work is superb!
They do an amazing job! If you want your car to look like it never was in an accident, take it here. Many shops miss small details like the gap between parts, no at Scotts. They also helped facilitate with my insurance on getting new parts instead of parts off an old car. Great experience and will be using them for all my body repairs.
Ive used Scotts several times over the years. Their quality and customer service is next level, especially for this industry. In addition to first rate repair and body work, they professionally interact with insurance carriers to help you manage insurance claims. Highly recommended.
Very pleased with Scotts Coachworks. Every vehicle Ive ever brought here ends up looking brand new. The entire staff communicates well and the process is efficient. Highly recommended for high end vehicles.
Scott’s Coach Works was fantastic in working with me…brought my Mercedes S550 to them after being rear ended and they were always polite, prompt, and coming from myself as a car enthusiast, they run a great shop having walked around it. Unfortunately I can’t speak for their work as that vehicle ended up being totaled, but they were truly fantastic in my dealings with them and I will definitely be taking all future body and paint work here.
I have worked with Scotts Coachworks twice and I want to be clear that if you are reading this you should walk away knowing that I am exceptionally pleased with the work on my car and the customer service I received. This body shop meets my expectations and standards for a 5 star business. The people were so helpful and clear in sharing all details necessary to the repair of my Toyota 4 runner. Upon receiving the finished job, my car was perfectly clean in and out and I felt like I was receiving my car in NEW form. Give these people the work and communicate your needs and you will have a very pleasant experience. A huge shout out for the entire team.
Got into my first car accident that required replacement of front bumper and undercarriage work and I wasnt sure what to expect. The team at Scotts Coachworks took care of everything directly with the insurance company and it was a smooth and easy process. They also patched my car up much sooner than expected and it looks new! Highly recommend coming here.
They repaired my rear and front bumper on my Mercedes Benz. They finished ahead of time in each case and they were able to match the paint flawlessly. My paint is a metallic blue that stands out so this is no easy task. They offer superior service and do high quality auto body work and paint. I will use them again.
Amazing customer service! Patience was on point. My Mercedes looked perfect. Will be coming back for sure. See ya next time guys.
Great shop. Real busy though.
Awesome work and even better people! Everything they do is top-notch and will not only treat you right but will communicate with you every step of the journey. Way to go Sally, Edward and JP! Thanks for the amazing job!
Amazing customer service!! Communication is too notch. I was in an accident and had been referred by my service advisor at BMWThe assisted me with the insurance claim and made sure I got OEM part to maintain my warrantyThank you Dally and Ed
Very quality works some issues with insurance other then that everything else was good. Thanks to Sally for a well done job. My car looks great
My ‘18 Lexus RX was hit in a parking lot, damaging my front bumper, fog light, and head lamp. Finding a top notch shop while working with insurance isn’t easy but after a chat with the team at Scott’s I knew I’d be in good hands. My insurance company quoted the repairs at $1k using aftermarket parts but Scott’s only uses Lexus OEM parts and was able to get the correct cost of the repairs approved and completed within 3 weeks. My car looks like it did the day I bought it and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I had an accident on the Route 17 South of Black Canyon City September 23, 2020. A trucks huge tire tread was run over underneath my Lexus ES 300H. Arrowhead Lexus highly recommended authorized repair facility of Scotts Coach Works. This was during the height of covid19 Pandemic. My insurance company is State Farm . I received a very high estimate from Scotts Coach Works, low estimate from Service King, and extremely low ridiculous estimate from State Farm. There a lot of back and forth communication by all parties attempting to resolve the final repair invoice. The bottom line was I received my repaired vehicle November 23, 2020. Very frustrating process.I was impressed with the communication during this entire event with Scotts Coach wWorks representative Paul Romero. We conversed throughout the repair process. I was even more impressed when I picked my Lexus up when Paul Romero gave me a detailed invoice of repairs done and showed me tha there is a five year warranty on all the repair work. Nice. Finally, I had a small problem today with the passenger door invisible strips that had separated from it. He immediately had the shop do a new strip on the two doors.Scotts Coach Works does excellent repair work and stands behind it.Highly recommend.
Great staff, amazing work I was assured i left my vehicle in good hands and upon the pick up it was clear the quality of work scott’s does my car looks amazing and id definitely use this shop again for my auto body needs
Scotts Coachworks recently repaired my Mercedes after a small accident. Paul was incredibly responsive and diligent in working with our insurance company and the work was incredibly well done. Unfortunately, our insurance company battled Scotts the entire time, insisting on repairing versus replacing parts, and in the end we had to go out of pocket on 30% of the repairs. I believe this was the fault of insurance company (State Farm) being unreasonable not due to the body shop. If you have State Farm insurance, be prepared for a rough experience on your claim as they may have some sort of gripe with this body shop.
Great communication and great results! Adam and rest of staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning to this business for an body work needs in the future.
Scotts did a repair that was so perfect that nobody could ever tell there was ever damage. Adam Torres, my service adviser was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way. He answered all of my questions. When a part was on back order for my car, he immediately called me and let me know. He gave me an accurate updated timeline so I could plan around it. He makes no excuses and only gave matter of fact accurate information, which is exactly how it should be. He personally went over the repairs when I picked up and made certain I was completely happy. He showed me what was replaced and where they painted. The techs did perfect work and the car was spotlessly clean when i picked it up. Scotts Coach Works is the best repair experience Ive had at any automotive repair facility from the reception desk to the final inspection. Adam is the best no BS service adviser Ive encountered.
The only place we will take our vehicles (Mercedes) for body work/repair. Excellent, timely service with quality work! Highly recommend. Sally Scardino-Sivek is awesome in customer relations.
Absolutely the best! Perfect repairs !
Its the only place I will take my car for repairs!
OUTSTANDING WORKSMANSHIP AND CUSTUMER SERVICE!!!!Adam and Mark were outstanding. My car looks better than new and they completed the work in a very timely manner. If you want to go to a shop where they treat you like family this is the place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
A quality and professional organization. Paul answered question quickly and accurately, and he made our experience easy and enjoyable
Excellent job! Paul and Adam kept me informed with the entire process! Outstanding flow of commincation with the shop and insuance adjuster. I appriciate the display of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. My BMW looks and feels brand new. Thank you!
Way over my budget to fix our 1993 Saturn (sand car and new clear coat) upto $4000 my car is worth maybe $2000. Not going back!
Fast and easy service. Thank you!
A 5-Star experience from the moment Brittany picked up my call to Scotts to the point where she handed me back my key and told me to not worry about returning my rental. She would see to it that it got returned.Adam was my advisor and he was very thorough and professional in scheduling, repairing, and returning my car sooner than anticipated.I hope I dont have to go back! :) But I wouldnt hesitate to use Scotts Coachworks again.
Very pleased with the customer service and timeliness. Would highly recommend!
If you want the highest quality bodywork, body repair, and paint work, look no further. Being in the paint protection film industry for a while took me to this place many times. I would replace paint protection film (clear bra) on many of their vehicles they repaired that had the film on them previously to the damage. Out of the very many dealerships and body shops I frequented, this one was the most impressive. Their attention to detail is bar none. If I had a choice if my car was damaged, it would go here. I was always super impressed with the super high quality they produced. This place is top notch.
Best in town
I took my Lexus RX450H to this business for a body repair estimate since it was recommended by the Lexus dealer. After receiving the estimate via email, I sought to negotiate the repair costs with the business since I was paying for the repairs out of pocket and not with insurance. I never received a reply to my request. This lack of response seems to bespeak a somewhat arrogant attitude of the business. It seems to me that they get a lot of referrals from dealers and dont seem to care about dealing with a financial issue when someone is not going through insurance. Subsequent to this, I took my vehicle to Body Pros in Gilbert, a Lexus -certified bodywork shop that was recommended by Lexus of Superstition Springs. I explained my situation of not going through insurance for the repairs. . Body Pros owner Tony quoted me a cost that was $1300 cheaper than Scotts Coach Works, and the excellent work work was completed in just 5 days. If youre not going through insurance for your bodywork, shop around. You may be surprised at what you find!
I have a vehicle that gas been hit twice badly and my Lexus has a special paint, actually 3 layers. One layer has opalescence, and difficult to match. Both times, you cannot tell anything happened to my car. It is perfect. This is the place the exotics are taken. The people there are very nice as well. Very accommodating. Amazing job.
Had hail damage on our 2019 4 Runner and they did an awful job. the repaired cost was just under 20K had to go back more than 4 times for touch ups and still they did not had it right. We spoke with Edward the last time about two chips that they left behind and Edward said that that was chips from rocks our 4 Runner has less then 9k miles. if you want avoid any stress and time STAY AWAY from this body shop.
You can TRUST this company to do the job right “THE FIRST TIME”! Excellent craftsmanship. My Lexus never looked better. Laura greeted me and made me feel welcome. Jeff explained each step in the process of getting my vehicle repaired in great detail. He also kept me updated throughout the repair. If I ever need repairs or even a touch up to the paint I will definitely come back.
Best luxury auto repair shop in Phoenix. Recommended by Lexus, I will never go anywhere else. Ron took care of me like I was family. He always went above and beyond.
Ron and his team exceeded my expectations. The insurance company was quite the pain to deal with. I knew that my service writer wasnt just giving me BS because I was following up with the other persons insurance per his suggestion. I have a log showing many days where they wouldnt return phone calls, emails, their insurance adjuster also went out of town. They were a nightmare to deal with. Ron handled it all though, and called me twice a week with updates, whether there was no news, good news, or bad news. I was never in the dark. They delivered my car to me at work and we went over it together, paint looked incredible, all body gaps looked like stock. Beautifully detailed. Ive been to Scotts Coach Works before and this level of service and perfection will ensure I continue going back here. Hats off to Scott for making a great company and all the people who work that that make Scott look great.
Everyone I dealt with here was friendly and helpful. The work they did was top notch and the service level was definitely 5 star worthy. From dropping my car off to getting a rental to keeping me in the loop and picking up my car hassle free and delivering a Beautiful end product. I would recommend them 100%
Erik at Scotts Coach Works was professional, polite and honest. He performed the work on my car as promised and found a creative solution to complete a certain aspect of the repair UNDER the original estimate without being asked. Who does that? The quality of the work was first rate. They proved themselves to be very trustworthy, and I would absolutely give them my business again in the future. I highly recommend them.
I called spoke with brittani about an estimate she was very professional and courteous. When I arrived I was assisted by brittani and brenton outstanding customer service. Well definitely recommend.
A great shop with top notch people. We have had many years of experience with Scotts Coach Works and never been disappointed with their willingness to get the job done efficiently and to our absolute satisfaction. Every time we have had the need to call our insurance people and indicated where we wanted the work done, they have said, Good choice. One of the best shops in this valley. Cant ask for a better recommendation than that.
I had a terrific experience at Scotts Coach Works. Ron took great care of me! My car was repaired perfectly and in the time I expected. Gals at the reception desk were outstanding as well. I especially appreciated the way Ron kept me updated on the status of my car. I would highly recommend Scotts Coach works to friends.
(My review would be 5 stars if it were not for Adam). I was referred to Scotts by Lexus after a neighbor backed into my bumper. I was impressed by how immaculate the shop was and they did a great job on my repair. The downside was my customer service contact, Adam. He is lazy and acts put out to do the basics of his job. My neighbors insurance was paying for the repair. They called to tell me they were no longer paying for my rental because they hadnt received any updated paperwork and that they left a message for Adam before calling me. I called Adam and he informed me that he had just deleted his voicemails and didnt remember a voicemail from the insurance company and that they had all the paperwork. Instead of doing his job and calling the insurance company to clear things up, he told me to call and ask them to call him. Really??? I did to get things resolved. He also told me that my bumper had not arrived and it would would be the following week, probably mid-week before my car would be ready. I got a call from him a couple of days later (not the following week as he said), on a FRIDAY at 3:35 p.m. that my car was ready. The reason this was horrible for me was the insurance company would not pay for a rental past that day since the repair was completed. I learned that Allstate submitted their final payment 2 1/2 hours earlier than Adam called me. I had to stop work at a moments notice, call the rental car company to advise that I didnt have time to drop the car off to them and get to Scotts in time, pick up my husband (he needed to sign the insurance check) and then drive 35 minutes from Scottsdale to their shop. I could barely make it. Very inconvenienced when Adam could have called 2 1/2 hours earlier. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging that he dropped the ball, he claimed he did not receive the final paperwork until just before he called, which was a lie and then said I should be happy because he exceeded my expectations. Far from it, Adam. When I arrived at the shop, he didnt even get up out of his chair and never apologized. I walked over to his desk to tell him what an awful job he did with my service. I wouldnt return if I had to deal with him. The company needs to know what a lazy, poor employee he is to not lose future business because of him.
Wow! What happened! The receptionist Brittney should be retrained she is horrible. Used to be able to make an appointment and have my cars repaired as I am meticulous about my vehicles AND I PAY CASH now I am told my Mercedes isnt worthy of their shop and that I am a low class citizen who shouldnt be caught dead inside their shop.
Ive used Scotts for body work for years and once again they did an outstanding job. Adam took care of everything for me. He dealt with the insurance company and kept me informed. My Lexus looks like nothing ever happened.
Amazing Service! Was kept up to date on progress and company made everything easy for me, as I was already stressed out. They handled everything for me including contacting insurance company and rental company. Couldnt have asked for better service. Jonathan was awesome as well as everyone who worked on my car. Everyone who I came in contact with was friendly, professional, understanding and very helpful. Theres no Lexus dealer near me so I had to drive hours away to drop off car and pick it up but was way worth the drive. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Thanks SCW!
I have taken various vehicles to Scotts and with varying damage over the last 10 years and I would NEVER take a vehicle I care about to anyone else. Their quality is top notch. They fight with the insurance to ensure that your vehicle gets a quality repair, rather than the patch job many adjusters demand. Their staff is helpful and courteous and they stay in tight communication with you throughout the process. Great company!
Outstanding service and quality. Matt was extremely helpful. My 2013 BMW 640i Convertible was in for a side dent major scrape repair and my vehicle looked brand new when it came back. Highly recommend them for quality work specially on higher end vehicles.
I had my brand new Grand Cherokee rear-ended when only one month old. They fixed it inside and out and made sure it was in perfect condition when it left. They did an absolutely perfect job. No wonder they take care of high-end luxury automobiles. I wouldnt use anyone else in Phoenix ever!
If youre looking for a great body shop, this is your place! Not only were they great with communicating to me when my car would be finished, they had it done by that same time too - which is SO rare to find. My car came back perfectly after someone moved my front bumper out of place in a parking lot, the paint looked awesome, and my car was so clean. I know they care about their customer satisfaction because it shows every time you visit. Highly recommend Scotts Coah Works!
Great body shop and great customer service. This is the best place in town to get your car fixed. Hands down. Thanks guys.
Great customer service and they take great pride in their work. My SUV came back to me looking brand new. Even the carpets were clean when I got the car back. They pay great attention to the details even down to every nook and cranny. They kept me in the loop during the process of having the car repaired by emailing me twice a week about the status of the car. I would refer them to everyone for any work that needed to be done.
Taking a $60,000 luxury vehicle (BMW X5) to a body shop and receiving mediocre work while incurring additional damages while under the shops care is the last thing I expected when choosing Scotts Coach Works after my car was rear-ended, especially after having a friend recommend the place and also reading other positive reviews online. My service advisor, Matt, was very unprofessional to say the least. When he first called me and said my car was ready for pick-up, I was excited and couldnt wait to return my rental car! When I arrived at the shop and looked over their repair work I immediately noticed numerous runs in the paint on the right side of the new bumper. I was in shock... it was like someone that had never painted a car did the work. I pointed this out to Matt and he acted like he had never witnessed this poor quality of work before. I continued to look over the vehicle and noticed additional damage to my front bumper and side mirror that was not originally there when I dropped the car off. Matt said that he would look into the additional damage and get back to me.The shop agreed to repaint the rear bumper and repair the other spots I had found. They called me a few days after telling me that all the repairs were finished. When I arrived for the second time I immediately noticed a raised bump on the rear bumper. Derek, the GM, took a look and confirmed that the raised bump was not acceptable. I also pointed out again that the damage on the front bumper and mirror were not taken care of. He said that they were not sure this damage on the front bumper and mirror was their fault. Afterwards, he took a look through previous pictures of the car when it was brought in and verified the additional damage was not there before. He said that theyd fix it. It was also during this visit where I noticed a Volvo SUV parked in their garage with a large box and equipment stacked right up next to it, touching the entire side of the car. It is no wonder additional damage to vehicles is occurring if this is how they treat their customers cars. When I returned to the shop for the third time it was hard to get a good look because it was dark (5:30pm) and they had my car parked outside. The rear bumper looked better but I noticed that the damages on the front bumper and mirror were not properly repaired. I should have rejected the repairs again but at this point I just wanted my car back and didnt want to take on the risk of more damage occurring while my car sat in their shop.At the end of all this, my conclusion is that Scotts Coach Works is unprofessional and lied to me on several occasions. I hope others will avoid the additional stress and inconvenience by going to a different body shop. This was a very simple repair job and this shop even had the benefit of being able to order and install a brand new replacement bumper instead of repairing the original damaged bumper. I can only imagine the issues their other customers with more major repairs will have to deal with. Will also report this to BBB Complaint ID 9814420.
I have been taking my vehicles to Scotts for a couple of decades. They offer superior service and their results are excellent. I drive a couple of old bimmers and I am very picky about how the cars look. Scotts craftsmen have always done an awesome job repairing my vehicles. Matt is a great service advisor! He is a perfectionist and is on top of every detail. He is a wonderful guy to work with and I feel he is my advocate in working with the insurance companies.
Great experience overall. There target date was reached and the truck turned out great. Do not have any complaints with scheduling, insurance involvement or with my advisor (Matt Olsen).Highly recommended
They do really good body work on luxury cars. The main drawback is they use an Avis Rental Car Agency that is located very far away from their shop. When I asked them why, I was told because the Camelback location never has nice cars available.
I have been using this company for many years now and have always had an excellent experience. They are awesome to work with. Highly recommended.
My experience with Matt the service writer was the worst I ever experience. He was very rude and always not telling you the truth about your vehicle and when we came to pick up the car he did not contact our insurance company to have payment made, but said that was not his job, and would not release the car until I did all his paper work for him. The rest of the staff was very good, but would not go back because of Matt. I must say that Derek the manager in the shop was very polite and agreed with me that the invoice should of been sent to my insurance company a couple days before and then we would not of had this problem.
Scotts did an amazing job on repairing my Mercedes! They were very helpful and encouraging throughout the entire repair process. Thank you Edward for job well done.
Edward Ohannesian is an outstanding estimator. His professionalism and honesty saved me about $1,600.00. I very highly recommend Scotts and him.
We had an excellent experience working with Jason and the staff at Scotts Coach Works Inc to repair our auto after it was damaged on our trip to Phoenix. The repair was done beautifully and the staff went above and beyond dealing with our out-of-state insurer. I would highly recommend this business.
I was referred to them by Lexus and was disappointed in the work they did. First it took longer than expected but I was patient because I figured if they are going to do a good job I didn’t want to rush them. Well when I first got the car back i was so excited without question I handed over the insurance check. As soon as that happened I was rushed out and was not given a chance to inspect my car instead I was told it was like new and have a good day. Well the car ended up back in their hands two more times because of some issues and the door not being aligned properly therefore was having issues w it closing. What is most upsetting is the careless manner they handled the car, it ended up w scratches, chips and dings, which on one part they did end up repainting. But the second time the chip is on the hood which they touched up w paint and kept quiet about dropped off my car and just left, like that, I mean did they really think I was wasn’t going to notice? I suggest you go somewhere else, they are too busy to do a good job. Attention to details is not something they do.
As usual, the staff took care of everything, leaving little for me to worry about other than dropping off and picking up my car. It was quick and effortless and my car looked brand new as I drove it home. Since I discovered Scotts Coach Works 20 years ago, its the only place Ill trust with my vehicles.
They did an excellent job with my SC430. Highly recommended.
Awesome customer service. Thanks for everything, Ed Ohannessian!
Ron is the best!! Detail oriented and thorough. Here, you get what you pay for, which is top of the line service!
Scotts did a fantastic job on my Infiniti! They are the best in Central Phoenix!
My insurance company is USAA so speaks volumes that Scotts Coach Works is a preferred repair facility. I have taken my Accura TL to Scotts for repairs and each experience is exceptional. My car was recently repaired after running over a very large truck tire tread on the Loop 202 that caused damages to the passenger side fog light and undercarriage. Not only was the work done quickly, a extremely, yellowed drive side head light lens was restored to almost match the passenger side that had been previously installed by Scotts Coach Works . If you care about your vehicle, choose this shop. You will not be disappointed, but amazed.
First impression was “WOW, are we still in the US?” Which later on proved that yes, unfortunately we are according to the body shops. I was let down, treated like garbage and left with a car that had more issues than before. They deposited fat insurance checks and after that it was all just a joke. Especially for the GM, Derek who has no customer service skills and comes across as if he does not care one bit. When I brought my car back and literally gave him a list with forgotten work that was paid for and mess ups his response was “OK”. Unbelievable. I am currently seeking a solution but I do not expect a lot to come from them by just filing a complaint with the BBB. This will need a lawyer and some extensive investigations. STAY AWAY from this shop and think twice. I gave you a warning.
Cant say enough good things about this place. If you want quality work from a company that obviously takes pride in its work product, go here. Nothing but great experiences.
I tend to be a clutz with my truck (Ford F350) and have always taken it into Scotts for body work. I recently dropped my 5th wheel onto the bed of the truck and completely crushed it...resulting in another trip to Scotts!!! The service has always been fantastic (Matt is my service advisor) and the work was great and reasonably priced. Fully recommend!
Matt the Service Writer took care of me very professionally and with quick follow up service. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended, ask for Jonathan, great customer service. Best parts, great timing, all around awesome experience
I love Scotts Coach Works, they are professional, courteous, and do wonderful work. Matt is very complete and I think all the employees are helpful, friendly and respectful.
Exelent work they fixed my 2014 civic. Matt was my service writer, very professional. My car is in like new condition again. There is no way you can tell it was in an accident. EXELENT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!
Derek is very rude and has no people skills. Edward, the service advisor is literally scared of him and tries to hide some of the perks he gives customers. Overheard them talk about a rental car and the customer had to make sure to take the rental only on a Monday, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday so the customer would not have to keep it over the weekend. I actually talked to the customer and asked how much their work was “$35,000+. What a joke. Derek, the rudest man on the property is uneducated and thinks he can get away with whatever he wants. The way he talks to customers is sickening. I left after waiting for an estimate to be typed up. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Nice work, Derek. And Edward step up, it doesn’t look professional the way you do business.
EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!ALL THAT I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WERE VERY EFFICIENTSTARTING WITH STEPHINIE THEN YOUR RECEPIONIST AND MOSTLY ADAM DAY WHO WAS THE POINT MANI HAVE ALREADY PASSED ON MY GOOD FEELINGS TO MANY FRIENDS.JIM MAGNUSSEN
They did an exceptional job painting my Lexus GS430!
Just the best. If yo like your car only take it here.
Will recommend this place to anyone who needs glass/body work. How many times can you say a place charges you several hundred $$$ LESS than their estimate? Well, it happened here! The back window was totaled on our 97 Lexus Rx400h, and this is not a simple pop the new glass in thing, like a windshield; rather, the whole hatch had to be dismantled, the broken glass bits removed from the interior of the hatch and every possible crevice in the entire rear area, then the new OEM window glued in after putting everything back together, including the wiring for the defroster, the wiper, the Sirius XM, the gate operation, the AM/FM.Not only did they accomplish all this in less than 48 hours, but they also managed to detail the interior. Also, they referred me to a nearby car rental shop, where they have negotiated a very low rate for their customers.Ron et al, thank you so much for all your efforts, and for keeping us updated through the entire process! All in all, a great experience, after the high stress of the accident.
They did a beautiful job on my Lexus. Also they dont back down from insurance companies.
They stand by their work, and it is good.
Good job but too slow
Quality - Poor does not even begin to describe my experience with Scotts Coachworks. NEVER take your vehicle to Scotts Coachworks.
Garage total chop shop STAY AWAY TERRIBLE SLIME BALL MECHANICS
