Great customer service Juan Verduzco was really great he helped us out got us in new car today

Do not and I mean DO NOT spend your money here or waste your time. We bought a car from them and we initially told them the issues we saw in the vehicle and they said they would fix them by the next day, and they didn’t! Mind you we live out of town, they gave us an appointment to fix these same issues that we’re supposed to be fixed and other issues that it started having only 2 days after leaving the lot and they still didn’t fix it they asked us to go back the following week!! People don’t bother with this dealership please take your money elsewhere because conveniently enough they make you sign a paper that says your money is not refundable obviously you sign thinking hey I’m buying a fairly new car I won’t have issues with it but you will be surprised!! I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

This so called dealership is just a JOKE my husband and I bought a vehicle there which we believed to be a good vehicle off the back we noticed a nail in the tire upon checking the vehicle the battery did not turn on. We addressed these minor issues with Shina a salesperson who sent out a mechanic who then fixed the battery. We thought ok were good well NOOOO we were wrong days after we had the vehicle we noticed it needed oil as a sensor indicated it needed a oil change we addressed this issue as well as our brakes gave out while we were driving all this was addressed and we were told our vehicle would be picked up and fixed it never was I had to call them the next day they sent a tow truck we were told it would be done the next day nope they waited till the last day of there whack warranty to fix it it’s been one issue after another. They are unprofessional and don’t run a good business obviously they don’t care about the value of there customers by selling defective vehicles and yet we have to pay I encourage everyone to buy elsewhere this company is no good I’m reporting them to BBB AND MY ATTORNEYS BECAUSE THIS IS NONSENSE THEY CANT RUN SHADY BUSINESS WITH ME !!!! And I hear they blackmail and mock customers seriously all those little girls in there need to grow up bad business !!!!!

Alejandra and rolando WERE AMAZING!!! THEY BOTH got me into a beautiful new car in a couple hours great personality and made to feel very comfortable and welcoming they answered all my questions and went above and beyond for my first time car buying experience thank you guys at CGA AUTO IL BE BACK AND WILL SEND EVERYONE your way !

The cars they sale are WAY OVERPRICED! every employee in there did not seem professional at all, I asked to see a car and when going to test drive it it didn’t even start battery was dead . On a Tahoe the windows don’t go down . Had to go next door to buy a good working car.

Sold me and my family a car that was having trouble with the Hybrid battery kept reporting the issue and nothing was fix on the car and wasn’t told what part was put on and I looked up how much the battery was and it’s not my job to replace anything when you guys was suppose to fix it before selling the car

It really deserves no stars, but you cannot post without at least one star. This place is an enormous rip-off. From the supposed owner Christian to the unprofessional staff. This place should not have a dealers license, or anything else that allows them to conduct business. The worse part is Christian stood right in my face and professed to be a family business that cares, all while admitting that he is not professional, go figure. I am completely confused by that. What I am not confused about is that come Monday morning I am going to file a civil complaint on this business. Please, for your sanity stay away. Go to a more reputable establishment when looking to purchase your vehicle. Preferably one that has been in business longer than two years. This place has turned a dream into a complete nightmare, unnecessarily.

Falsify paperwork to get more money, blackmail customers, sell cars that are not safe to drive and refuse to do anything to fix it. They honestly had the car trying to “fix” it longer than I actually was able to drive it around. Refuse to be civil in any sort of manner. Refuse to give any sort of payment back. Don’t respect deals that are already made and Try to convince you to get a more expensive car, since they don’t want to fix the car they sold you. Oh and if you attempt to give them the car back they will claim it as a “repo” vehicle.Several empty promises made. Several bribes attempted to be made. If you do come here make sure you record what they say. Shady business.Honestly Just save your money!!

A friend of mine had a really bad experience here and she called me super upset about what occurred tonight. Blackmail their customers and mock them. Recording customers while upset and spreading it on social media. Such as Instagram live. They try to say they will “fix” the car and keep it for as long as possible so that the lemon act (15 warranty) expires and you’re stuck with the vehicle. Vehicles are unfit to be driven and a hazard. I was in the car with my friend when it suddenly stopped on the highway after about ten minutes of her driving it off the lot and it was after they claimed to have “fixed” it. She called them and told them about the incident and they told her to come the next day. She came the next day and they told her they were too busy and to come the day after that.Not sure why they feel the need to take advantage of a young girl or why they feel the need to blackmail customers. Very upsetting.

Horrible my bf got a car & the starter started failing so quickly & the brakes gave up in less than 3 months would not recommend! They avoid trying to fix it saying they don’t fix some parts because it’s normal for them to break down 😆

This place is terrible sold me a 2008 Jeep that transmission went out in 2 weeks of me having it they took my truck for 2 months n still I had to pay n when they said it was done n fixed I got the truck back still didn’t work at all. This place sold me a car off the lot that cannot pass emissions. Then after paying them and getting my truck back they repo saying I can come in n trade the truck in for another car n they repo it. I lost everything after 3 months n paying over 2 thousand dollars on this truck I loss it all.PLSSSSSSS DONT GO TO THIS COMPANY TRY THE ONE RIGHT NEXT DOOR.

To whom it should concern,What you are doing to my daughter in trying to manipulate and take advantage of her and who knows how many other people is wrong. The car has been in your possession more than in hers since she drove off the lot this month as it has not been drivable. You were just trying to get by the lemon law there. However, with the proof that is had about the deceptive way you have conducted your business, including that disgusting move of removing the battery and now saying it’s a repo because of the Facebook comment that I made is a poor call on your part, yet again. Refund my daughter her money for the underivable car you tried to pawn off on her is he least you could do seeing as how she almost died when the car stopped on the road immediately taking off your lot after the supposed repair. My daughter might be naive in knowing how to fend for herself when it comes to businesses like you but I am fully aware of how to address these issues. Does anybody there have any morals? You guys are disgusting.Update 02/06/19Thanks for making it right. It’s sincerely appreciated. I’ve upped it from a one star to three because of this.

Falsified paperwork, empty promises luckily I have recordings of every lie that poured out of your guys’ mouth. Gave the car back and they tried to blackmail me into keeping the car that doesn’t work. Claiming to “repo” it if I did not go inside and try to work out something because they wanted me to keep the car. I have Asked them to fix several times and eventually they just told me that they sold me the car for so little that they couldn’t fix it for me because they were losing money. Have that recording as well. Will be seeing them in court for sure.S a v e y o u r m o n e y.
