One of the worst auto purchasing experiences that Ive ever had, if not the worst. Id informed these gentleman (Hugo & Mario) that Id be travelling all the way from Las Vegas to Phoenix to check out their 2011 Sorento. I asked them very pointedly to list specific problems with the vehicle, to be as completely transparent as possible, to avert wasting my time in this vehicle purchasing process. I expected utmost professionalism & honesty from these people, but I was sorely misled & mistaken. After spending my hard earned money on a plane ticket, Uber rides, and the like, I arrived to find the car in a condition that did not match the Craigslist photos & description. There were numerous cosmetic & mechanical problems this vehicle there werent explicitly & honestly described, even after my repeated requests for full disclosure. Namely, there was accident damage to the rear bumper, interior pieces were cracked and/or missing, the speakers only played on the left side when the aux cable was inserted, the USB port didnt recognize nor played my Ipod content, and the *airbag light was on*. It wouldve cost me upwards of $2K to fix these issues, and Mario was completely uncaring & unconcerned that hed wasted my entire time & money in this process. If you want a pleasant, honest, & stress-free car buying experience, dont come here. Go elsewhere & save yourself the headaches.

Zero stars if I could We purchased a 2003 Ford expedition from these people and after 45 days we are still waiting for our title I have reached out multiple times to the owner and he has given me the run around it has come down to the point we are getting a lawyer to Go any further I recommend never to buy anything from these people

Bought a vehicle and within days the heater broke, slowly started falling apart, need a new transmission, brakes cause me to get into an accident & they will not return my calls. Also wouldn’t take payments if I could rate them 0-5 stars I would!

Worst experience ever! Bad business men, very rude service. Stay away from this place, these guys are not good.
