Have to say, I had windshield damage to my BMW X5 and I had the privilege to spoke with Sophie at Penske Rapid Repair. Wowwy! What a pleasant surprise in speaking with someone who knows what going on, is very professional, knowledgeable, client friendly, and who educated me on every question I had re. time, scheduling, insurance, cost, where…and to top it all off, she followed up with me after the service was completed and asked how it went, and if there was anything else she could do. Penske! Cherish this gem and hope you know what you have in this great customer service representative as she represents you well! This is not the end. I met with Isaiah, the service Tech who did the work on the SUV. He also, was most impressive as he replaced the entire windshield in no time. He was like a surgeon “doing his thing” methodology, and completely. I told him I hope management has at least a video of him for training purposes, or he becomes a trainer as the skills Isaiah possesses are not easily trainable. Had some dinged rims repaired and have used Penske several times before for wheel repairs. Their prices area reasonable and the end results come out nice. Im sure this isnt the last time Ill have wheel rash and will go to Penske again when repairs are needed.

The team at Penske Rapid Repair did an amazing job on both my Raptor and my VW Touareg. My 2020 Tesla with 4,000 miles on it looks better now than it did fresh from the factory! We did PPF, ceramic, tint, and repainted front bumper due to a million rock chips. The color is deeper and the car is FRESH!

So I had them do window tint and ceramic coating on my brand new Tesla model 3. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. The car looks amazing and it came back to me spotless. It was as if they detailed the car while they were at it. They were also very pleasant with great customer service.

I badly scuffed the paint on the front bumper of my Audi Q7 while pulling into a parking space. After carefully searching for the best repair options I came across Penske Rapid Repair. Guy Cunningham could not have provided better customer service. They kept the car for three days and when I picked it up it was perfect. Guy even completely detailed the car and it looks exactly as it did when I drove it off the showroom floor 18 months earlier. I ask to come to the Chandler Mercedes complex of Penske because I live in the southeast valley.I made this appointment for 9:30 am and was told I would be first. I was told three hours. I have been here 4 1/2 hours and still have seen no one from detailing. I asked a Mercedes employee to check for me and be sure they remembered I was waiting. They know.Seriously. This is bad. Surprised. It is my third detail with Penske. Not good.
