Could not recommend this company more. After multiple quotes from other companies, this company was the best price, and had excellent and friendly customer service! After my appointment was made, the gentleman on the phone told me to have a wonderful weekend. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they came to my home. So convenient!

The website says up to $175 cash back yet the special little human over the phone said it could be up to $150. When I declined their offer of $100 and told him Id rather be paid $140 from A&E Auto Glass he proceeded to run A&Es name through the mud... Good job! Thats the way to win!

Techs were professional, prompt, and worked quickly to replace 2 of my vehicles windshields due to rocks. The payment went through my insurance and as advertised, and agreed they provided me with a check per vehicle. I did have to leverage another companys offer for the phone representative to seek approval to increase the offer but it still fell short by $30, however due to Clear Diamond Autoglass, aka Southwest Autoglass great reviews, I decided to choose them over the competition. Still kick myself for not negotiating to receive more, however the quality of workmanship was a good trade off. Many companies out right advertise giving their customers so much in order to earn their business, and despite not receding their advertised up to amount, Im satisfied with how my windshield replacement turned out and therefore award them with 5 stars along with my reccomendation.

These people at Clear Diamond Auto Glass provide a top service coming out to me while on holiday. The man who replaced my windscreen was very friendly and professional. He was prompt and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I had a chip in my windscreen nearly as big as a 5p piece which is not there anymore. It completely disappeared making it look brand new. Thank you Clear Diamond Auto Glass for an excellent service.

This auto glass shop is high quality. I was down here from Denver when a small chip turned into a massive crack from this crazy heat! Clear Diamond was able to come out and replace the windshield before I got back on the road to head back. Knowing auto glass, this company is top in class.

I have yet to have my windshield installed and Im already frustrated. The website says up to $175 cash back, however, they tried to use the automatic warranty through their partnership with Travelers Insurance (my insurance company) as the only promotion/incentive I qualified for. I pushed back and after talking to the manager, the offered me $50 ... Definite bait and switch and it will be hard to recover from this start to the customer relationship.

Was unable to get a quote because they are more interested in getting marketing information to sell to third parties than provide a repair service.Please AVOID your data is valuable and there is no reason to sell yourself out for a windshield quote.

This is my second windshield replacement with Clear Diamond Auto Glass and they always seem to make sure I understand everything that is going on while they are working on my vehicle. I like that.
