My power window on the drivers side broke on Sunday when i was getting off work. The dealership was going to charge about $600 to fix it! My coworker gave me the phone number for Power Window Repair that he had used in the past to fix the power window in his car and he was very happy with their service. And he also said they would fix my window for half of the price. I called them right away and made an appointment for that afternoon at 3pm, right after I got off work. I waited while they fixed the window, it took less than 45 minutes! It works great and they saved me about $300! I would recommend Power Window Repair to a friend.

Been going to these guys for years-they are my go to for window issues and I take all my vehicles to them. This weekend while camping my trucks window regulator busted and the glass fell into the door. On Monday I called to make a Wed appt; they got me in right away at 8am and I was out the door with my truck an hour later. I didnt even bother with an Uber to work because they were going to turn it around so fast. Never had any issues with any windows theyve worked on- super reliable.

Back on the road now that my drivers window is working again. I do a lot of my own basic repairs, but these guys do great work at a fair price. I had Power Window Repair fix my driver side window that had collapsed due to a broken regulator. Came in the 1st day to get a diagnosis for my extended warranty company and was in and out within 5 mins. Had to wait for some of the parts to come in since 2 switches and a door handle needed to be replaced which I didnt mind. I had been given quotes from $205 (estimate only) to $1400 for repair! This was from National car service business, local car repair and finally KIA dealership. I called POWER WINDOW REPAIR, quoted $99 to put window in secure up position, until I can afford to repair both back windows @ quote of $375 for both windows! Used their mail in repair services due to me being in KY. My 1997 Ford Probe GT driver window regulator cable twisted all up and failed. There is literally no part availability for this car except used in regards to window regulators. I sent them my broken motor/regulator assembly and they promptly called with a great price to repair my oem part. Few days later I have a working driver window again! Will use them again when my passenger unit fails.

The dealership was going to charge us close to $500 for replacing the regulator on the drivers side door. Its the beginning of summer, and we needed to have the repair done, but thank goodness we found this company instead. My mechanic recommended power window repair when my driver’s side window went out. I called Wednesday, power window was at my house on Friday and repaired the window in my garage. I didn’t even have to move my car. The guy was finished in 20 min. The worker was courteous, professional and efficient. Just as important I observed other customers being treated with high integrity, being told the part was easily repaired and did not need to be replaced as he was told by another shop. Finding a trustworthy business these days is a gift. The focus on just door and window mechanisms may be a major contributor to their competence.

Offered a free diagnosis to determine if they could repair existing window motor since they didnt have any in stock and buying a new one was pricey. They were able to fix it in a couple hours!

I was on vacation in the Keys, and my Bentley GT back window made a Granch noise, and broke. In the down position. Not good. I called the dealer and got a unbelievably expensive quote. I found this company, and a guy (Al at Studio 27 Auto Upholstery) in the keys who fixed it! We sent the window regulator UPS next day, and had it back immediately. Thank you so much!! Great service and one-day turnaround to rebuild my regulator!Im in Phoenix area, and the driver side regulator on my 97 Caravan broke at 107K miles. The rearward plastic carrier cracked and the metal cover ripped off and the cable literally tied itself in a huge knot! I almost bought a new aftermarket regulator, then found that these guys repair power window regulators, here in Phoenix. They use metal parts and reinforce key known-weak areas (with what looks like some type of epoxy). I decided to have them rebuild my OEM regulator (rather than swapping with one they already have). They do a lot of high-end and classic cars and have been in business a while so I figure its going to last. I was a bit worried that they would be able to get the regulator reassembled and working smoothly... but they did, and I reinstalled it without problems, and it is working well. Jeremy, the rebuild tech, was friendly and answered my questions before and after the rebuild.The rebuild was a bit more expensive (~99) than an aftermarket regulator ($50-75) but I was able to keep my OEM regulator and now it has some upgraded parts (metal pulley, etc.) I noticed the cable tension springs are pretty tight without much more room to compress but maybe thats the way they are supposed to be.

I am very thankful for the front office staff & the technician— all were extremely friendly, willing to listen & pleasant. I definitely WILL be going back, even if it’s to say hello! I recommend them 10/5, do NOT go to MIDAS or any other auto body shop... they will rip you off!

Go here! They provide excellent and speedy customer service! We had a tricky problem preventing our power windows and locks from working on each individual door unit. They only worked from the driver’s master control unit. This persisted even after Power Doors and Windows replaced all the power harnesses. The owner spent hours tracing the wiring and researching he issue until he figured it out and fixed it. We had other shops try over the years with no success, until Power Doors and Windows figured it out!
