For years we have brought our companys fleet vehicles to Camelback Toyota for service and today marks the SECOND time that a technician did not tighten the lug nuts and consequently a wheel snapped off WHILE DRIVING. Please be warned of the incompetence. This easily could have hurt or killed someone. We will no longer be going back to Camelback Toyota as we cannot risk the safety of our employees.
The service team at this location is a blessing to work with. Even while I’m on the road they continue to serve. A huge thank you to Brandon Whitaker who helped me win a small battle of the covered services by arming me with the appropriate knowledge within my Toyota maintenance plan when a Florida location insisted there was nothing more than a tire rotation covered. Thanks again team and I look forward to being back at your location for the next service!
They are so organized and efficient. They are also so helpful and friendly. Theres lots of room to sit and a Cafe and they sale sodas juice candy crackers & other things to snacking while you wait. Its clean also.Everyone was wearing masks which I appreciated.
Went in for a service check and paint protection. After the service, they gave me a sheet listing what they had performed. I went home and double-checked. Not sure if to be surprised that it was literally not serviced. Even a week later my car dash symbol came on to indicate it needed to be serviced along with tire pressure being low.Why even offer to service my vehicle and not actually provide it? Definitely keep note of your cars before and after. It only arose more suspicion when they supposedly did 10 things in 30 minutes including the paint protection.
There is This guy named Aaron Arce. He ripped me off. I have a car but charged me with a quote for truck which was $500 more. I went for 100k mile service and this happened. He is a hispanic male. Suggestion: Avoid him at any cost.
My experience with Camelback Toyota has always been awesome. Nicole Oliver gave me the best sales experience buying the car and Trisha Hughes gives me an excellent service experience each time I need service.
I had a check engine light on in my car so I called for an appointment. I asked why it was on and Robert said he couldnt tell me until I came in. I came in for my appointment and he said it was for a $500+ 60,000 mile car maintenance package. If he would have told me that over the phone I would not have came in at this point as I dont have an extra 500-600. A waste of both our times. I said I just wanted the maintence light addressed and breaks checked. He said I could with the package. And since I wasnt buying the package he states well your car is probably out there. I went outside to the bay and it was gone, after looking for it in the lot, a nice gentleman came up to assist me. I had to follow him inside a workshop to get the keys and ushered out a back door where my car was. Never in my life have I been treated like this. I guess I will have to find a different break place and maybe they can assist me in my engine light. I have had my car since 2014...and have not taken it to any other shop but I guess there is always a 1st. Ask to be assisted by any one but Robert Gonzalez.
My service advisor for a boatload of repairs and maintenance was Mike King. I have never had a more knowledgeable service rep. He knew details at an engineer/mechanics level. Very impressive. Im glad I made the 100 miles trip to Camelback Toyota. Thanks Mike
I had an appointment with Chase Jim and he was amazing. He was very kind and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of by getting me a Lyft while waiting for my car to be fixed. This was my first time having an amazing experience while getting my car fixed. If you go to Toyota Service make sure to ask for Chase Jim! He’s the best.
Scheduled an appointment for 7am on a Saturday and sure enough theres literally 70 cars in line wanting to get serviced. Now I figured there would be some kind of appointment line and that it would take a while for my truck to get serviced, but I called in and asked if Id have to wait in line and he says yeah. I scheduled this appointment a week ahead. You can use them if you want but your appointment wont be honored at all. Oh and they tried to charge my wife $305.99 to change her spark plugs. Just spark plugs. And they tried to sell her a belt for $90 when their own parts department sells the same belt for $42. If you like spending 4x the amount youd normally pay you can come here
Ive been going there for over 20 years. Service personnel are very accommodating. But wait gets longer and longer.
Tried Calling multiple times, but the call would always drop. When I did schedule an appointment and tried dropping off the car, they didn’t have an appointment for me nor would I been able to get a rental. Toyota on Bell was easier to schedule an appointment with!
I am very disappointed at them. I bought a car 5 months ago (used) and went for them to fix my ac for 5 hours I was waiting and then they asked me to pay ( but they pushed me to get the warranty which didnt help). I left crying, the guy ( Brian was good) but the sales manager basically said we couldnt do anything even after the fact I just bought it . Very disappointed.
Just popped in for a new key fob battery. Very pleasant counter staff.
Aaron in service was great! Got me in and got me out same day. Gave me different price options for what I needed and was always super friendly and accommodating.

ALWAYS AMAZING!! Ive owned Toyotas from Camelback Toyota and worked with Mike Romero in Camelback Toyota Service for 16 years now. I wouldnt take my Toyota anywhere else. Mike and the Camelback Service team always deliver! I came in today with a flat tire. I passed 10 tire shops and one other Toyota dealership on my way beause I knew that Mike that and his team would get the tire fixed, mount it right without power stripping the lugs, and get the spare put back properly. They also topped off my fluids and checked to see if there were any pending maintenance or recall items- Mike let me know my fuel pump had been recalled, that they had the part in stock, let me know about how long it would take to do, and offered to get it fixed right away today. I hadnt even received notification of the recall yet.Ive owned Porsches, Cadillacs, and Mercedes, but Ill continue to buy Camelback Toyotas going forward. Mike and Camelback Service are a big reason why.
Brought my Tacoma in for a rough idle. Mechanic told the service center that the spark plug porcelain was cracked and needed replaced. Decided to change the plugs on my own... all plugs were intact and not cracked. Great job Toyota.
Found an SUV that we wanted online we called the store and was told yes come on down they would get all the specs on it. We came down and it took a while for them to even try to find the car and so we ended up leaving there and went to another place and why were or somewhere else they gave us a call and told us that somebody had bought it over the weekend so we went all the way from East Mesa to Phoenix. Service was ok and the place was clean.
They gave me an incorrect diagnosis about my Toyota and tried to convince me to trade it in for a different Toyota. They all worked shamelessly and convicelessly together. If you ever bring your car there, get a second opinion. You wont regret it!!
The person who did the oil change on my 1 yr old Toyota spilled oil and there was smoke coming out of the engine compartment. Had to get home and wipe it down. Sloppy work is not what I know Toyota for, its a shame. Going to Avondale or Scottsdale next time cs thats strike 2. The first one was my 15k service the person didnt even bother to tell me my car was ready. 3 stars cs the rep was nice and answered my questions.

I went in for a scheduled appointment with Robert G. and am pleased to say that the entire process was hassle-free, professional, and completely satisfactory with how my vehicle was serviced. I am very satisfied with todays visit, which is very unlike a prior experience with a different person that made me take my business elsewhere. I only came back due to my ZakTek treatment that was due and to get my tint fixed due to defect in installation. Robert G. was outstanding, and made me re-think possibly servicing my new vehicle that I purchased with this dealership at their service center.
Had to go back 3 times to get the cars functions explained to my father. Once the inks dry on the paperwork its time for you to leave. We will be going to Bell rd Toyota for our service needs.
I am very disappointed with my recent purchase experience of a 2019 Certified Pre-Owned Toyota and subsequent service from Camelback Toyota. It all started with difference in the price of the vehicle from what I signed with the sales person and what finance presented to me. Camelback Toyota delivered the vehicle with a large area of clear coat damaged/missing on the driver’s door, and has not been fixed. When the vehicle would not start, the towing provider with Toyota Care damaged the front spoiler because he had the back wheels raised too high. No one with any authority has contacted me about these issues. The salesperson told me that they would fix the clear coat, but nothing has been done and I still have a vehicle with a door that looks terrible. It makes me wonder if the door was repainted and if the dealership may be hiding facts. Additionally, my front spoiler damaged by their tow truck driver remains damaged and not repaired. Overall, I remain very disappointed with Camelback Toyota. I also recommend avoiding Toyota Care towing, and use AAA, as they are much more careful with the vehicles they transport.
Trisha Hughes is great at her job and does exceptional work. She went above and beyond, kept great communication with us and made sure we were taken care of in our unique situation. We recently bought a Subaru from Camelback Toyota with some preexisting mechanical issues, and even though it wasnt a Toyota, the general manager Robby Motz made it right by approving the major repairs that were needed. And the service manager Alfonso De La Cruz expressed exceptional customer service. They all 3 worked great together to also ensure we had appropriate transportation while we waited for the lengthy repairs to be completed. Highly recommend Trisha Hughes if you need to use the service center.

Stopped in to get new spark plugs for my 04 Tacoma quick and easy.
They have excellent customer service. I showed up there with no appointment to get my Tire Pressure checked. It turned out that the vehicle needed a sensor. They completed the work within the same day even though I didnt have an appointment. They offered me a ride home because they knew the work may take a couple hours. But they called me much sooner than they said it would take. Overall, it was a great experience with Camelback Toyota Service Center.

I bought two vehicles from here just because the customer service is always great. Price wise they are really hard to beat as well,but gotta push for what you want just how car buying is.
They wanted to charge me $800 for one wheel bearing and hub, $800! I had other estimates done and some are radical. They offer financing but the to charge that much and especially for some things in the reviews I have read is out right scamming. Searched around found a place that would replace it for $250 with a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty. I do intend on getting repairs at the dealership as needed and at a good price. I wish I had the tools to perform my needed repairs that are not complicated.NOTE: With any repair shop, dont be afraid to ask for your old parts. Honest shops will give you them if you request them.

Not very impressed! I felt like they told me what they thought I wanted to hear. But wasnt actually listening to what I wanted. Kinda pushy salesman and manager that I had to deal with. Didnt have a great experience. Ive gotten a car here before and thought Id go back but after this blast experience Im sure I wont be going back again.
So far the service department has been so much better than the @Big Two Toyota where an employee used the N word to my husband . Hopefully they will keep up the good work

I had a 7 am appointment for service of my 2019 Toyota Rav4hybrid, I arrived at 6:30 and was the first one in line of the second service lane. When the doors opened I pulled forward, I was asked if I had an appointment, I yes an I asked for Mike King, about 10 minutes later Mike King came out from his office. He acted like he was being put out, but I ignored it and proceeded to tell him what needed to be done, which was, oil change, tire pressure monitor light comes on alot, passenger seat does not cool properly, fuel tank does not get full, Toyota was working to resolve this problem but we have never been notified that they come up with solution.Mike said that it would 3 to 4 hours and recommended that I go some place, I said that I would be in the waiting room. 4 hour later I tried twice to call him with no answer. So I went to see him at which time he said that he was waiting on the tech to let him when it would be going into be worked. I told him to bring out as I was leaving.What is the reason for an appointment if they dont honor it.Neither him or the service manager cared that I was upset and I was leaving.

Quality and fast service, attentive staff, reason im not giving 5 stars, is due to the fact that in the waiting room there is not snack at all, like it used to be, ... available coffee & bottled water yes, a fancy coffee machine yes.
They took a while to figure out who our service advisor was but then get our truck right in and out for an oil change.
Don’t hold your breath for a minimum update. Cars been in since Friday morning it’s Wednesday of next week and they have yet to give me an update on my vehicle when they were the ones who told me to drop it off Friday morning and I’d get word on a status update before end of day.... it’s been 5 days already. I’ve had to call to get updates to which there aren’t any because there is “no service advisor” available. Asked to escalate the issue, was advised they don’t know whom that would be. Asked for any managers name, phone rep could not even give me that as a bare minimum. First and last time bringing vehicle in to this service station.
Got a damaged wheel replaced here, reasonable price and quick service, no upsell/unrelated charge at all, Seth is very helpful.

Communication is key in which this location did not show any! I had my appointment at 3pm and I went early. Waited outside my car and nobody came. Went inside and nobody was acknowledging I was there or greeted me. Went back to my car, finally someone came to me. Direct me to my appointment. Waited by Maurice booth and he did not greet me and acknowledge I was there. He partner saw me and did not greet me or acknowledged me as well. Maurice helped someone else who was on the other booth and not his. He looked at me four times and did not say he will help me, hello, or even one moment please. I ended up making a new appointment with bell Toyota service while I was not getting helped at camalback service. I felt stupid looking like a statue surrounded by many people in the building.
$169 for oil lube and tire rotation. Yeash. Convenient though.
A great atmosphere to be in if you like employees who fake their smiles and talk through you. Some of them mean well, but with such a large number of people they see everyday, I’d imagine pretending to be nice all the time becomes draining. I gave an extra star, however, as they have some wonderful vehicles and terrific staff members who provide interior and oil change work. Watch out for Denita though, as she’s the worst and will say just about anything for a sale!

Got the oil change, tires rotated, and patched up a tire, but the tire pressure was still off after I left. Thought the tires pressure would be checked and fixed too like in past services.
Very good customer service !But bad mechanics !Last time they no installed correctly the plastic top the engine!Today they didnt chech the windshield blades and didnt wash the truck.
Purchased a used Prius from Camelback Toyota it was a great experience overall. It’s been about a year or so now so I occasionally receive calls from the sales department informing me of the current deals that are available which is no big deal really however I no longer live in Phoenix. I spoke with Jacob this morning and he was such a professional I decided to write this. Give that guy a raise !!!

I was assisted by Eli, and he was very personable, thorough, and made the whole car buying experience pretty awesome. I wasn’t planning on buying another vehicle for another few months, however between the awesome sales job Eli did, and the great selection Toyota has, it was pretty easy to go ahead and make the buy sooner rather than later.

WARNING. Do not take your car in to be serviced here unless you want to be harassed later. Now that they have my phone number I receive non-stop calls asking me to trade my car in or come back for another service. I also receive a ton of junk mail from them. I have asked to be removed from their lists multiple times but apparently they lie when they say they will remove me. I have also asked to speak to a manager but the supposed call back I’ll receive from a manager never happens. The service I received while there was mediocre and the constant harassment after isn’t worth it.
We have not purchased a car as of this review, but we will certainly go back to Camelback Toyota.

First time using Camelback for a oil change. Rav is now leaking oil on the floor. Im beginning to rethink Toyota all together, maybe Toyota is taking a downturn. Definitely wont be going back to Camelback regardless. UPDATE they had a tech come to my house and he tightened the plug. It still leaks

Went in today for a 20K mile service and wheel alignment on my 2019 RAV4. Was told it would take 2 hours. After a 2 hr wait, I went to check....they hadnt even started on my car. I left. Wont go back. Ill try another Toyota dealer
