Fine, friendly place to take your vehicle for repairs and servicing. Straightforward, expedient, good warranty of 3 years/36,000 miles whichever is LAST, not first. You are kept apprised of all the steps taken by email with pictures of the repair work. Waiting area is not exceptionally spacious but it is comfortable and free coffee, water, drinks, etc. Will continue to go to Christian Brothers Automotive for servicing my 2016 Ford F150 XLT truck.

All vehicles need maintenance if you want to keep them running & reliable. Ive been going to CB since they opened and have been very pleased with the way they do business. They service My Chevy Avalanche and my wifes Lexus. They always inform me of any service they find that needs to be taken care before they do anything. They are more than happy to talk with you about what really needs to be done now for safety reasons and what can be delayed until its a better time for you. Both Jimmy & Jim are the two men I usually deal with when I drop off either of our vehicles. Both are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and have a manner about them that encourages you to ask questions without feeling like its ever a dumb question. I also like the fact that they warranty all their work. If there is a problem that comes up on something that was done before they dont try to blame it on you or make up a reason why its not covered, like most other places do. I would recommend them to anyone, and have several times already.

This has hands down been one of the best auto repair experiences Ive ever had. Christian Brothers is extremely fast and gets the job done right the first time. Ina case like mine when the problem continued to persist despite fixes being made I brought it back the next evening and it was immediately brought back in and fixed by the following morning. All pricing on repairs I have found to be very competitive and fair.I should also mention this was for an old Dodge D250 I have been restoring and the official Dodge Dealership refused to work on it yet Christian Brothers had no issue and the old workhorse is once again taking to the roads. The next time I need something fixed up I dont think I will go anywhere else. If you need any work done in the Happy Valley area I strongly recommend coming here.

My first service was nothing short from amazing from the moment I walked in the door. I sat for only a few minutes while waited for my oil change until a sweet lady named Kristin offered me a ride home. Which was so nice because my repairs ended up being a few hours in duration. What I liked most, was the detailed report during my service that was sent to my cell! I’m so used to seeing a report after service but with Christian Brothers I was informed the moment they encountered more issues and even included pictures!!! A picture tells a thousands words and really helped me trust the process as I’m not ver familiar with automotive work. Super thankful for this team and will be back in the future.

Well I’m proud to say that Christian Brothers automotive did an amazing job, We we’re super impressed by their great attitude and wonderful services. I previously went to Midas and had to pay more than wanted because I originally went in for an oil change then I got my van back and it leaked oil all over the driveway, started not working properly, suddenly I need an engine mounts then I took it back to get that fixed and then I suddenly needed a new alternator and my air conditioner went out I am disgusted with Midas. And they were very unprofessional on the phone making jokes about having a wife and a girlfriend on the side. We then were told about Christian Brothers Automotive from my grandfather.We went there had air conditioner fixed new spark plugs put in, turns out I had the wrong spark plugs in that didn’t even belong to my van the wires were loose that were connected to the battery which made my alternator go out so it’s safe to say we are done with Midas automotive. my air conditioner fixed got it back in one piece not having any more problems air blows colder then ice . Christian Brothers Automotive was very professional upfront and honest they put in the appropriate parts that belong in my van. Their guarantee is amazing best guarantee on their work than any other auto motive shop. They definitely get five out of five stars for my review. Love them, and we will be back when necessary. Great service, was able to set an appointment for a convenient time, I was provided a ride home while my car was being worked on and picked up when it was done. They give you a pretty detailed online report with pictures of what they’ve done and what they suggest if they find any problems. Overall a great experience.

****I only had an oil change here, but it was the best experience Ive had at any auto repair facility. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional repair facility.****With an appointment (not a walk-in), it took about 1 hour to complete my cars oil change and they were pretty busy. They have complimentary shuttles, but also have a nice/clean waiting area (TV, free WiFi, water, coffee, comfy chairs, etc.) so I chose to wait there.They performed a full inspection of my vehicle (including tire treads, windshield wipers, battery test, a fluid sample, etc.). They even emailed me a link showing me what was inspected, notes on the condition of some items, and photos showing the condition of those inspection items.The biggest positive for me (and why I will be a return customer) is that for the first time ever, I didnt feel pressured by the technician/service writer to replace additional items that I didnt come in to have serviced. Every other place Ive had an oil change always had someone trying to con me into buying add-ons (i.e. telling me I needed to replace a cabin filter that was less than a month old), but this repair facility was honest, fair, and extremely professional.Note: The cost of a full-synthetic oil change was the same price as what my dealership and other oil change places are charging so their prices are competitive, but their high quality of service is what set them apart to me and makes me feel like I am getting more bang for my buck.

First time there as I am new in the area. My first impression was the property was full of cars (meaning respected in the community) and very clean and organized. From reception to picking up the car, I was informed of maintenance due and noticed for my vehicle. The detailed videos and pictures was an added bonus in helping me make my decisions. Also, Mike Eddy was nice to follow up with some of my questions /problems which made the process even smoothers. Sorry dealership but I found a closer and more technologically sound automotive business to satisfy my vehicle needs!

These guys are absolutely great! Elijah kept me up to speed on where the technician was in my vehicle repair. I was offered an option on parts, and explained why I needed different components to complete the repair.

They replaced my serpentine belt and serviced my GDI fuel system. They did a great job in a timely fashion. Your detailed estimate is texted and emailed to you which includes photos and detailed notes and recommendations from the technician. You then approve or decline the different repairs included in the estimate. After they start your repairs, you are texted periodically through the process.I will be returning in 2 weeks to have them replace the torque mount and pistons.Thanks guys!Karen

Amazing service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in for an oil change but as they inspected the rest of the vehicle they noticed I needed transmission fluid and brake rotors. They sent me pics of it all so I could see what was going on without having to go back to the shop. They also made a follow-up call to make sure all was good with my car. That is amazing service that you dont find a lot these days. Definitely recommend them.

First visit here, knowledgeable, friendly service advisors. Very clean facility. Took care of the problem that brought me there and, of course, checked through everything and documented what they noted and, appreciated, broke them down into what should be taken care of later and these will put you on the side of the road soon which I thought was good (vehicle is 12 yrs old with 110k miles on it and hasnt been to the car doctor for at least a couple years). Ill go back.

Decent shop but it doesnt help when you dont tighten the drain plug all the way and you end up with an oil leak. Will prob go back, but the whole point of paying the premium of having someone else do your oil change is so I dont have to get underneath the car. :)Update: Im pretty impressed with the level of customer service here. Having the manager reach out personally and try to correct an honest mistake is not something Ive experienced at a automotive shop. From the minute I brought my vehicle in till I picked it up after the repairs, my service manager David was in close and constant contact with me. He sent me pics and gave me a fair estimate and got the work completed in one day. Pretty good for a full rear-end suspension replacement, with four new tires, mounted and balanced, along with an alignment. Vehicle rides like new. I appreciate the military discount as well. Their service team (David was great!) is very responsive and friendly (and mindful of Covid precautions). They offered a free second opinion and then were able to complete the service that day at sightly less cost than my first opinion. Although not fully open to sit during service, their building and service bays were new and looked very clean, professional. The fact that they are a faith-based business was a plus for me as well.

They also do a great comprehensive assessment of your car that provides any concerns with photos so you dont just have to take their word for it like many other shops. We went to Christian Brothers after many 2 failed attempts with the dealership. Our taillight was ruined in a carwash and needed a whole new unit. Should have been a simple job but the part was out of stock and on back order. I called Christian Brothers to give it one last shot and not only where they able to track down the only light for me, they also had it over nighted from California and installed the next day. They were incredibly nice and very thoughtful of our time and efforts. Im so glad we went through them and not the dealership. Well definitely be bringing our cars back in the future. My 89 year-old dad had a very pleasant experience with this facility he recommended it to me when my check engine light came on in my car. They were awesome and professional and quick in fixing my vehicle. I totally recommend this place.

I brought my car in because it was losing water although I never saw any water on the ground. They determined it was the radiator and said it was cracked on the top. within a week I brought it back in because the engine was missing (not running correctly). Their analysis was the either the head gasket was bad or the block was cracked because it had once over heated. That explained where the water was going. My point is... I now believe that the radiator was not cracked and the leak was going into the cylinders and as it got worse the engine or a couple of cylinders could not fire due to the water. I have no proof that this is the case, it is just my suspicion.

Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have different financing options available too and really try to work with you. Their lobby has snacks, books, Christian music, and comfortable chairs. It is even dog-friendly (with dog treats). As a girl, it’s always hard to know if I actually need the repairs being recommended, but I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need here. They even sent me pictures of what was wrong on my car and told me that I didn’t need one of the repairs another shop had just told me was necessary. The whole experience was a pleasant one from the moment I walked in and I will definitely use them in the future.

This is a very professionally run business. Everything is up front in regards to costs. They offer a shuttle service but I don’t know their mileage limits. Tire rotation is included in the service which is a bonus. They were very accommodating to me and it was appreciated.I will definitely be back. There are some other places that I have found that did not do all the services they said they would so choose a place with a great reputation.

I can’t thank Christian Brothers automotive enough for fixing the electrical issue I had on my 1990 Toyota 4Runner after someone tried to steal it and ripped out a bunch of wires. I did my research of several other shops and read all the reviews and just wasn’t happy with what I was reading. Then I found Christian Brothers automotive and I’m very happy I did. I generally do any repairs I need on my truck but this job was well above of what I was capable of doing. The wires for my turn signals and A/C were cut during the attempted theft and I just couldn’t find how to fix it. I don’t trust just anyone with my truck after how much I care about and have put into it. They kept me informed on the progress and price for the repairs and it was very reasonable for the amount of work that was involved in fixing it all. It was also really nice they were really close by. I really thought the job of fixing my truck was impossible but Christian Brothers automotive really stepped up and saved the day. Thank you!
