Jeff was easy to work with prompt. My vehicle was available the same day after a milestone inspection and oil change. Jeff was honest and conservative with his recommendation on service and the prices were reasonable. I plan to go back for future needs.
Inman & Sons are professional automotive technicians. The work done on your vehicle will reflect their dedication. Give them a chance and you will never go anywhere else. I am a 73 year old Veteran, resident of Maricopa county for over 60 years and my father was a mechanic.Semper fi
They replaced an engine for me, gave an a bill for nearly 3x the estimate. Then I find out that they reused old parts that they claim they replaced. Then a few months later the transmission goes out. They didn’t use 3 of the 6 bolts that hold the transmission to the engine, of the 3 they used 2 were only finger tight causing them to separate on one side. The fly wheel was also loose, causing damage to the torque converter. All of this could have been avoided if they weren’t cutting corners.Yes it’s a clean shop but there are plenty of honest shops within a couple miles of here.
Great place just very friendly and reasonable
An expensive cost and my Service engin light is still on it hard to get out of work to see why the light remaind on
Jeff and the guys are the best! Wont go anywhere else
Professional service by great people
These guys are great they took care of me, I would go back to these guys in a heartbeat.
Great trust worthy service. Always treated well and I feel very secure driving my car out of their lot that all is in good working stress free order. Thanks Jeff for your outstanding service.
Being a woman who is a little intimidated about car repairs, I feel like I get quality and trustworthy service at a fair price. Everyone is courteous and go out of their way to get the job done. Thanks Inman’s for making my life a bit easier! Keep up the great service!
On March 2, 2020, I had routine maintenance performed on my 2006 Toyota Highlander at Inman & Sons Auto & Truck Center. Four new tires, new battery, new belts, radiator hose, oil and filter, brake system flush, yadda, yadda...They dont rush a job, but they are fast turnover.Im a low-mileage driver, but nevertheless a vehicle that endures the brutal desert summers must receive a basic level of preventive maintenance for safetys sake. I have relied on the Inman family business for many years. They will examine your vehicle bumper-to-bumper and give you an honest assessment. There is no sales pressure. Its entirely your decision regarding whatever maintenance service you order. The Inman & Sons operation is competent, their rates are reasonable, and they stand behind their work.
They are always honest and straightforward on estimates and work done. We have come to trust their advice. Well worth an estimate to see if they are worthwhile!
Inman has been taking care of my cars for over 25 yrs. I have total trust in their integrity and quality of service.
Long story short. See receipt. On Sunday my 2002 Ford explorer ran low on fuel. Previously I had thenfule pump replaced by another mechanic who was directed by me to have it replaced, due to recommendations from leftys Auto Electric. Having done so, the vehicle failed to start while disabled at a convenience store. My belief was that is was low fuel. I was in no possession of a fuel container. Having experienced these conditions previously, I assumed it was a much deeper issue.INMAN AUTOMOTIVE charged me 135. 00 for simply putting fuel in the tank. Even though i explicitly informed them of all the work i had done to it. As well as the idea of what i believed the problem to be. See, receipt. BTW. There were no parts involved. I was in a hurry and had a full day to attend to. The delay in this post has me in great concern, how a so called Legitimate Shop can apply such a charge for simply putting 3 gallons of fuel into the tank.Beware. This is just unrighteous.I just cant believe, that if their So great??..lol. why arent there more reviews. Especially having been in business for so long.Ps. This is after the fact that I took my 2002 suv in on a recommendation from some one I work with. (Not his fault) it all mine. My being in a hurry cost me a substantial amount of money that was frightening. For 3 gallons of gasSh$%^^;t.Stay clear. He sent me an Email statingwe spoke about this. No we did not. In an attempt to cause me to be remorseful about- (stating) Im sorry to hear that you believe my mechanics should work for free. (What??-lol) really?
If anybody wants this automotive out there on the line its a good company to
There awesome Jeff is great
I will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB. I took my car in for the power steering and was way over charged. They drained my battery and charged me $200 to replace it. When I went to pick it up, the radio, heat/air and clock were not working. I was told they wouldn’t fix what they broke because I couldn’t prove that they did it. It worked just fine when I took it in. Worst experience ever!!!!!!! It wouldn’t let me post this unless I gave at least one star! Unbelievable!
Had a great experience meeting these guys, they repaired a punctured tire on the spot! Excellent service, clean and tidy shop, and great atmosphere! Thanks for the service guys!!
Wifes truck had her tire punctured when we left the truck out over night in front of the shop hoping to have it serviced the following day per the shops instruction. She had it towed to discount tire and they verified as much the tire was cut and not blown out overnight as Inmanss stated. Inmans also suggested the wheel hub bearings needed to be replaced and the steering bracket stabilizer was missing. Triple A service center in Peoria verified the wheel hub bearings were in average condition while the steering bracket stabilizer was there but the shock simply wasnt.I wanted this to work out considering not many shops have lifts that can accommodate her size of truck, but unfortunately this review lines up with some of the other negative reviews already here. The quote was $2465 for 4 tires, steering bracket stabilizer, and wheel hub bearings. In no world was this job going to work out. Steer clear of this shop.
This place is INCREDIBLE! I just had one of the best customer experiences ever.I had a leaky tire and they needed to be rotated. I had gotten a quote of $70 the day before at another place. Inman and Sons did it all for free within 30 minutes.Everyone that worked there was a pleasure to speak with and I would definitely go back!
Thank you, Inman & Sons, for your service. You are competent, honest and fairly priced. - John B. Whitford (2006 Toyota Highlander)
Ive been taking my vehicles to Inman and Sons for over 10 years, Jeff is always professional and fair!.
Charged over 40 dollars to change a battery, such a rip off. Not to mention that we bought the battery from them with only a 2 year warranty in arizona, complete garbage. This place also told me that we needed a new cable for the battery then decided later on that we actually didnt need a new cable because it was going to be convenient for them to fix it with the little time left in the day to even order the part. They sent us on our way and i looked at it the cable never needed to be changed to begin with. Also, they recommened the engine be steamed then power sprayed which would have been an additional 100 or more. Uh i dont think so. Rip off!!!!!
GREEDY, youll find out why! Stay away, they ll take an arm and a leg with anything they do. They will also charge you for extra stuff that doesnt need to be done for non-existent problems. My advice, go somewhere else that actually wants to earn your business.
Excellent service, honest pricing and professional attitude!
Fantastic Service
