Great place to get QUALITY Work Done on My Mercedes and BMW. Been here three different times and always have the same great experience. These guys know the cars and are Not guessing the answers like so many other places these days. I could tell right away when I dropped off the car. I’m describing the problem and they KNOW already. Basically describing my own issue back to me without me explaining. Really confidence inspiring. Got my car back right on time, communicated with me so I could plan my day. Great bank for the buck and they use original parts. I asked and they showed them to me. I’m sure there are cheaper repair shops around but German Auto is the best Value. We did save money here too. I will be back here with all three of our Mercedes and BMW.
Brought my BMW into their shop for repairs on a window switch. Two months later I decided to check something under the hood, and noticed that the hood release handle was broken off. No one had touched that handle except this shop. When I called today to tell them what I discovered, they explained that they wrote this up when I dropped off the car. First of all, this handle was not broken when I dropped it off, as I am extremely particular of this BMW, and know every inch of the car. The handle was broken off by the shop, as they pulled on it too hard, and then covered their tracks buy saying they wrote it up. Whatever. To make it worse, they said the handle could be fixed for about $170. A lot of money for them to fix what they carelessly broke. To top it all off, I found the plastic part online for $17.00 (see photo), and it takes one simple screw to attach. Yet they wanted to charge $170. So, for an investment of less than $20, they lost a customer for life, that owns several BMWs. My advise before using this company; shop prices first, and then take photos of every part of your car.
Good service. Cheaper than dealer, same parts and service.
RIP OFF WARINING! Prices were higher than the dealer!
In and out not too much waiting.
