These guys are great! Ive dealt with other plumbing supply shops closer to me that are a pain to deal with (terrible customer service, miserable attitudes, poor inventory, etc.). How refreshing to find a place like this that cares about their customers and knows what theyre doing. Ill definitely be back; two thumbs up!!

Jesus was a great help. Im no plumber, just a regular Joe remodeling my home. This supply branch is evident it opens its doors to everyone, to help and assist you in reaching your goals.

The only Plumbing supplier that I know that takes time and listens to their customers. It is definitely worth taking the time to go there and has everything I need tobcomplete my jobs.

Great work / got the job done fast. Only issue is I had a 8 to 12 time block and I waited till 12:30 with no contact from the company. I called them and they said they were on their way. Waited another hour and we called again and the company had no idea where their crew was. Finally showed up around 2:30 to 3. I understand things slow you down but a phone call would be nice to keep the customer updated.

Great customer service! Even walked me through a hiccup while installing over the phone. Definitely go the extra mile for thier customers, I approve this message!

This company was given to us by our Home Warranty. The quality of sound/reception on the phone was bad, the receptionist (with a very cheerful voice) was not willing to cooperate. She insisted that the time frame suggested had to be four hours: the whole morning or the whole afternoon. The receptionist claimed that she is not able to talk to their plumbers to enquire whether they could give us at least approximate time, or come from 8am till 11am at least. She was insisting on 8am till 12pm, without any desire to understand, that people (we) have to work. She refused to be flexible, understanding, helpful. May be they have good plumbers, but We had to cancel this company, due to the receptionists absolute lack of desire to be a little bit flexible, helpful or kind. The system requires to put at least one star, i didnt want to give any.Very sorry.

The guy Albert that came was very nice, but I guess he wanted to remind us that he was here by leaving a couple extra leaks.He came over to check a leak from the master bath. Through his diagnostics, he left a drippy showerhead, which we had to call to have him come and fix. He has also taken a look at the toilet, which we later found was leaking, but Sonoran said that wasnt covered.Not only are there leaks from my pipes, now there is a leak in my wallet and a leak in my heart....which has forced me to leak this story.

They changed the whole water heater and that did not fix the issue. Then, they realize that the issue was from breaker box. What is wrong with diagnosing before just changing the entire unit?

Id love to write a more thorough review but my customer experience isnt over yet. Like all of the other reviews the customer care quality here is phenomenal. It was very natural, meaning that its an integral part of these peoples character, not have-to. I did not feel rushed for time and they are most respectful; this includes every staff that I made contact with there. Very clean environment. John helped me out with a washing machine drain pipe assembly that mated to obsolete (hard to find) plumbing and it fits good. Way better than taking it to home depot and asking for help.
