We got top notch service! We came in to get a part to fix our water softener and while they didnt have it they called around a found someone who did and made sure we got the correct part. They went over and above my expectations. Ernie was amazing! Thank you for great service!

SAT ON HOLD WHILE I DROVE ACROSS TOWN AND FOUND IT FASTER TO DRIVE THERE THAN CALL FOR PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Obviously the customer service is pretty good and their knowledge is outstanding. Unfortunately I was at home Depot 15 minutes before I arrived here. The exact same part of home Depot was $12 and change and it was $20 here. I was in a time crunch and didnt want to go back to home Depot so I bought them here. I usually dont mind paying the difference for knowledge but when I had to buy three of them.. It cost me a lot more.I still love going here and always will I just wish their prices were little more in line for homeowners.

Ferguson has higher prices, on some parts, but for the most part, they have what you need to get you out of a pinch.

I know nothing about plumbing and went in with a problem I couldnt even adequately describe and left with a perfect solution in less than 5 minutes. In a world where customer service is essentially nonexistent these guys are awesome
