I absolutely love this Facinations store and I’ll tell you what sets it apart from the other (non-outlet) stores 1) they have way better discounts and loyalty rewards for every dollar spent as well! The employees are super friendly and helpful and greet us regulars by name!

Great friendly employees they dont mind going above and beyond for their customers I really enjoyed my experience at this location five stars absolutely and the cashier Erica and manager werefabulous

Store is clean and classy. Staff is always very helpful. Prices are reasonable and fair. I like Fascinations more than Castle for service and atmosphere. Castle has more selection for some items and is open 24 hours but has more of a warehouse feel and the staff is hit and miss... I give them 3 stars.

This store is my go to! i love visiting and need to acknowledge Cheyenne. She is so great!! She always has the best suggestions and feed back. She is definitely knowledgeable and i never question her! i have sent my friends here and they’ve always raved about Cheyenne. Great store!!!

Today is my daughters birthday and I bought her gifts here and when I got home to give to her 2 things were not in the bag that I wanted and now the store is closed due to the virus and its not even 8 pm that I was told they closed by a cashier very very upsetting

Had a great selection of items. Very helpful. Buy some supplements but duev to my heart took back forv refund, had reciept buy only 2 days ago. They said i cant get refund or exchange only on lingerie? My items were unused n had original receipt. I dont think i come back .

Leroy is a employee there & is extremely rude. I would suggest retraining him on customer service

This is a horrible store and will never go back in. 1st no one acknowledged I came in, no one asked if I need helped and the store was dirty. while I was there as well I heard to the person at the front return a used toy. that is nasty. the customer said I tried the toy out and it wasnt for me gross. the associate then took a wet disposable cloth and went over the toy and put it back in the package and put it on the shelf. that is a biohazard. I was soo disgusted but my night got better going to castle megastore at I-17 and Dunlap. I went in, they helped me all trough my visited. the store was super clean and the return policy on toys is when it leaves the store, the sale is finale. I left castle megastore spending $356.48 lol.

The girl that now works at Castle at I17 and Dunlap swingshifts name is Cassie...bet she is the Casandra Ormsby that wrote the review above....

All the products have the price printed on, the sales people will charge you more if you dont watch
