I love Sallys! They have such an assortment of colors when it comes to painting your 💅nails . If you want that timeless bold red or something new and fun like an electric blue or glow in the dark lime green 😁, youll find what you want. Or if you feel like changing up your hair color with something new and bold, or a few crazy blue streaks here and there...no problem. Plus the staff have been pretty knowledgeable if Ive needed help or info on whats best for this or that. If its extensions you need they do have you covered too, whether you want just a few tracks to make your hair longer or need to do a full set.They also have a section of products for anyone with curly, kinky, in-between hair thats dry and breaks easily. Ive bought grease for my grand daughter who is African American/ white/ Native American and has dry, brittle, hard to manage hair. The grease we tried for her worked well and smelled so 🌻good🌷 - unlike many others that smell funny or dont smell at all.The one thing that can make or break a good experience are the employees....some are really friendly and helpful, while Ive had others who seem unhappy to be there or just talk down to you like your a child, even when you have done a certain process before...😒. But for the most part they are welcoming and helpful. But come to think of it, as many times as I have been to Sallys and to so many different locations, they do not seem to employ many minorities .Id say its 8o-85% white women, the rest all light skinned Latinas, nobody over 30 yrs old. I wonder why it is...surely they realize people like to buy things from others that they feel they have something in common with. Ive noticed men in there shopping, both straight and gay, people of all ages, women of different races. Id hate to think Sallys owners or management are biased to only a certain demographic of people? And Im white, but I definitely believe in equal opportunity to all!They also have clearance sections, sometimes way in the back - you should really check. And if your a club member you can get even more great discounts!I got a cute,fashionable, and I might add, strong-for carrying a lot- tote for only $5 which was normally close to $40! I also bought some Ion hair coloring products, which although they were not on sale that day, they often times are, like buy two Ion hair color products and get one free! I

The young woman who helped me was very informative and patient with me asking all kinds of questions.

I purchased some semi-permanent hair color at the Christown location a few weeks ago. I finally got to use it today and had some questions before starting so I called and got Heather on the line. she asked me if she could put me on hold so she could take care of this customer and then give me 100% of her attention. She quickly came back on the line and took her time with me and was very patient about answering all my questions and sharing her own experiences. She was very professional and I appreciate her patience with me.

I love this location. They have great stuff. The staff is super friendly and so knowledgable of the products. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Sally’s. The coolest part is they have Spanish speaking employees! Great customer service all around :)

I’ve been getting really awesome, funky colors from a salon for the past year. I just lost my job and can’t afford to keep up with it anymore. I went in and asked a lot of questions, and the staff was very helpful. I’m sad to see so many negative reviews. I had a great experience here and would happily recommend this location to others.

Good got everything I needed

Dont ever ever ever go to this location. I got bad hair from them an my hair turned green I should have never went to this store but sadly I did . The hair dye is supposed to come out white an it came out brownish purple I was crying because of the chemicals burning my eyes and when ask for my refund after told by customer service that if a manager is present it can get done. By pulling up my transaction in the computer which she did while on the phone with me to tell me what dye I had purchased. The manager told me to call customer service again for them to send her the transaction in email. Sad they need to hire better people because now I have seaweed hair F this place I highly recommend going to 35th ave an southern best store in the valley!!!

I am a frequent shopper at this location. This store is always clean and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Only downfall is this location doesnt carry a lot of ethnic product. I could easily spend more if they carried all the products I use.

If you ever want hair products this is the place, might I add that the lashes are more than a selection. There is so much nail color to choose from, and professionals to help you decide on what color is best. Go try a new look today. What is your fashion statement?

I went to buy some earrings and asked the ladies if they looked a lil to big because I couldnt test them 1st before buying they both said No Definitely Not! So I bought them and they were like the size of my whole ear and after walking out and walking right back in they wouldnt let me exchange them for something more my size even tho I hadnt tried them on! I get that its policy! But at least dont lie to the customer and say no theyre not to big when they basically when both put in block your whole ear out! Get some people with real opinions not fake people who say what they think the customer wants to hear. Had they even paid attention at all Id have been satisfied with my service. As it is GOTO ANY OTHER SALLYS BEAUTY SUPPLY NOT THIS ONE! THEY HAVE BETTER SELECTIONS AND HONEST EMPLOYEES!

Im a frequent shopper at this location but this specific empolee has such horrible costumer service idk if shes a store manager, assistant manager idk, im preetty sure store manager anyways but i do know that this old lady is not dignified to work at a place like sallys looks scary from the start idk why sally has people that dont even love thier job

I wish they would allow me to give this place a ZERO star beacause that’s what they are!!! This place is a joke! First off they have a girl there named Alexis that was sitting there on the work phone making personal calls! Than when helping me do a return and buy she messed up and told me I would need to come back when a manager would be there. Than I go when a manager is there and she don’t know how to do her job either,she tells me there’s nothing she can do and gives me the number for customer service and I call them and waited 15mins for them to answer and they say there’s nothing they can do for me, that I would need to go to the store! smh get it together people. Learn to do your job!!! NEVER going there again. 😡

I would rate this store a ZERO if I could but since I have to rate w a star I put only one. The 3 cashiers who were working the sales floor on the day of 8/22/16 were very rude and inconsiderate,especially male one and the girl who checked my supplies out. I am a hair stylist and I didnt have my card on me but I had them look me up w my phone number and I also had my cosmoprof card as proof that i was a hair stylist. They treated me like I was a liar and asking me If I was even a hairstylist? Or do I work for Cosmoprof? What salon do you work at? I felt very insulted!!!!!They didnt even greet the customers they were busy gossiping in the front of the store the 3 of them that were working on the floor the whole time I was shopping. I just want everyone to know what kind of employees work at store # 2868. If you need to pick up some supplies please go to a different location I will never step in this store again because of the rudeness!!!!!! I also worked at Sallys a few years back the location on 99th ave lower buckeye.I was trained never to be rude to customers and I had a great manager a good team when I worked there just saying.......

Employees were sitting on the floor behind the counter, then when I asked if they had more of a color of hair dye they said they do, but theyre not going to unstock it until tomorrow so I should go somewhere else or come back later.

Most likely will not be going to Sally beauty Supply anymore because of false advertising. If you spend $50.00 you supposed to recieve a free tote bag. And I spent $114.86 on 6/23/17 at this location.
