Not professional. Natalia was late starting my first two appointments. My second appointment, she was 30 minutes late.On my third appointment I showed up on time and she was not there. She claimed that my appointment was at an earlier time and was argumentative with me. She sent me a text 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and states that she left because I didnt respond.I dont text and drive. When I tried to reschedule, she doesnt even respond.Must be nice to have so much business.Wouldnt recommend this girl.

Their manager apparently doesnt really come in much so there is no one else that can assist you. There is another place in Scottsdale called Salon Zoya. They have a deal where you can get an eyelash lift for $45. The cost for an eyelash lift at Lash House is $75. We scheduled an appointment there and will be going there from now on.Full StoryI brought my girlfriend here for an eye lash lift. She scheduled her appointment 2 weeks prior and was really looking forward to it. The person she scheduled her appointment with was Carol Kelly. I can for sure tell you that my girlfriend was extremely excited when we were on our way to the appointment. We drove all the way from Mesa. We were 1 street down from their location, at a red light, and unfortunately the traffic got stopped by a funereal escort service. We couldnt get past it. My girlfriend immediately called Lash House, double confirmed her appointment, and then told them that we might run 5-10 minutes late. We did not know how long the funereal escort was going to last. The person my girlfriend talked to on the phone was the owner of the business. She assured us that we would be fine. Also, they had a 15 minute late policy, so we were still going to be able to make it. We got there 10 minutes late. We immediately went inside and found Carol, the person who my girlfriend had scheduled her appointment with. Carol basically told us to go back home, and that she was not going to accept us. She told us it was too late for us. As you probably already guessed, we responded by telling her about the 15 minute policy that they have and that we were only late 10 minutes. Carol ignored that, and for the next 5 minutes she kept on insisting at not accepting our appointment. Finally, when it was 15 minutes past the appointment time, she told us to leave because now it was 15 minutes past the appointment, and that she wouldnt be able to take us in due to their policy. Next, we tried to talk to a manager, but apparently their manager doesnt really come in, so we were not assisted by anyone else. We ended up leaving. Pretty much wasted time and gas for all that. Natalia did a Great job with my brows. Very knowledgeable and she took time to really look at them and make sure they looked great. She knows what she’s doing!

Had my lash perm done for the first time today and I absolutely love my lashes. Carol is so awesome. She explained every procedure she was doing to me. Shes very friendly, we were conversing while doing the procedure and it was like if i knew her for a long time. The time went by so quick. I definitely recommend Carol! Cant wait to go back!

Shes very responsive to texts if you ever need to reach her before your lash appt. Shes very friendly and makes you feel at home at her lash studio. I got a lash perm and tint and the girls who helped me were awesome. I had to get my lashes done twice because my lashes are so straight but they really worked with me and helped me right away. The girls are extremely sweet and willing to answer all the questions you may have!

I have been here for a few different services. I’ve done the lash lift and tint and recently microblading on my eyebrows. I have to be honest, this was one of the best experiences! I drive all the way from Chandler for these services. Natalia is AWESOME! She let me know exactly what to expect for both procedures. I received communication before the procedures with instructions (don’t drink caffeine, etc). She is always really quick to respond when I have questions or to setup appointments. She is extremely professional and kind. After reading some of the reviews I’m a little surprised. For instance I am a bit of a germaphobe and had there been anything in sight that concerned me i would have walked out.Anyway, I have to say my brows and lashes look amazing and I get compliments on them all the time!!

I recently went in to get a lash perm and tint on Sunday May 5, I was super excited when I saw all the pictures on the website and I booked right away for the soonest appt that they had because all the lashes looked so fantastic. So I went in for 1 hr and when the job was finished it look okay, they said no water for 24hrs, so I did as I was told and didnt wash my face until Monday night. When Tuesday came around my lashes went back to the same way, I spent $75 for someone to brush my eyelashes for a whole hour. Total RIP off !!!!!

Ive been going to Lash House in PV for 3 months and have always had such a great experience. Mildred is professional and very thorough. She tries to get every lash that is lashable! The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease. Overall I recommend this location.

There was no hesitation or delay in booking me with this special since I was flexible with my availability. Might be slightly different if you are booking during her busy times. I went to Lashhouse first for a lash perm & tint and was so happy with the work that I referred a few friends & family...who had nothing but great things to say as well. I had been considering getting my eyebrows microbladed for a while but I was too nervous. After seeing the work on the lashhouse instagram I decided to go for it and I absolutely love my eyebrows!! So happy with everything I’ve had done, the studio is very clean and comfortable and I can’t say how happy I am enough with my brows & lashes!
