I went to this store because I wanted to get my dad a birthday present. A associate came up to me and ask me if i needed assistant. I told him that I needed a vodka that good for people with diabetes because my father has it. He shown me a Texas Vodka that gluten free. I gave it to my father he really enjoyed it. I am very appreciate to Total Wine & More and the Associate that help me find a gift for my father. I wish I could vive Total Wound & More 6 stars

Came to the store with a friend yesterday, an employee went out of his way to offer help to us with the wine we were picking out. Checkout was also very fast! There were about 5 people ahead of us and we got through the line very quickly.

The best help around, I didnt realize how much knowledge they would have. This was my first time there and definitely not my last. I dont even drink but theyre so helpful Ill go there to podcast gifts for loved ones.

We used to drive to Mexico for a certain Tequila bottle. We could not find this anywhere! The surprise that we had when we had our first visit to total wine. No more driving hours and crossing borders to get our favorite tequila! The selection is mind blowing. I have many new favorites. (I walk out with a new bottle every time I visit)Staff is amazing and so knowledgeable. We are greeted with a smile everytime we walk in. Staff always asks if theres anything they can help us find... and they are happy to do so. The wine and other tastings are also a nice treat. This place and its staff will not disappoint. Cheers!

Always a great place to do business. Richly stocked with a huge variety of imported and local goods. Staff is always friendly and most knowlegable. If you cant find something theres no problem getting immediate help from anyone who works there.

**reply** Had a good experience, Im a long time beer and whiskey collector who recently found out from my Dr I cant drink anymore. Stopped in to explore option in the new NA world I now find myself in. Found the NA corner, was happy with the amount of options. The reason for the 4* vs 5* is that no one I talked to had any knowledge of the spirit offerings. Im the past when shopping for new whiskeys, beers or wines there was always someone knowledgeable to help guide, make recommendations and occasionally offer a sample before committing to a purchase. Sadly on this trip, all that was told to me was this is what we have, this one gets returned a lot, I dont know anything about the rest of them I know its a small niche of the business but disappointed that this area isnt given the same level of attention as the rest of the store.

Total Wine is absolutely my go-to place for anything alcohol not carried by the mass market stores, specifically Shiner Bock, which is a delightful pale lager with no (discernable) bitterness, and Angels Envy, my first choice for a small batch bourbon. I have only been to the store on Camelback just west of SR 51, but the staff there has always been very friendly and helpful.

On this visit I was shopping for instacart they have a huge selection of beers and wines etc. The store is very clean and looks very nice actually. If youre looking for a specific alcohol is a great chance that they more than likely have it!

A small wine shop and bar with an enchanting and relaxing atmosphere, good background music, and superb food. This wine shop is to die for. They had a huge collection of wines and liquors. Everything in this shop was affordable. The staves were very accommodating and friendly as well. This wine shop will be my go-to wine shop from now on.

I have no complain about this place, I just wish that they have more employees who would be more active at replenishing items that are empty at the sales floor. As an instacart shopper, it is a big headache to see items out of stock for the items customer orders, and it is really is a lot that I have to walk around to find an employee to ask if they have those items in stock. If shopping for myself, I could have been more flexible with getting the items, but I have also seen better alcohol prices at Bashas-- I dont think a 750 mL bottle of Tequila would be $8 anywhere else.

They are always so friendly and helpful! Ive compared prices of multiple items to Bevmo and Total Wine wins every time. That and their unbeatable customer service and great return policy is why Im such a big fan. (That and their free samples!) 😜

My husband and I went for a couple of bottles of wine because we planned to take it to a local restaurant for lunch. We never expected to not only have the most wonderful wine tasting experience, but also to make a new friend. The proprietor is well-informed, courteous, and a fantastic storyteller.

This is a great place to bottle hunt. The sales team is highly knowledgeable. I have been able to find bottles there that I cant find locally. I am also able to get better pricing on some of the brands they carry.

I turned 21 and couldnt get my liscence for the first couple of months due to covid, I was told I couldnt purchase any goods without my 21 liscence within the first month after I turned 21 even though you cant get the ID normally either. The manager there has a real problem, and they can be relatively strict. Otherwise they have a cool selection at a bit of a higher price!

The store appears to be well stocked.I spent approximately 1/2 hour in the recommended wine section and not one associate approached to ask whether he or she could help me find something, there were several employees standing around in the front of the store.

The best place to buy spirits

I stopped over with this shop last week and ordered beers and champagne. I like the way on how the waiters and waitresses looked like. They were decent, kind, and wears a smile. However, Mr. Brad D. was familiar and able to make an excellent recommendation that was rather reasonably priced. He additionally highlighted an exceptional bourbon, complete with a buy-back guarantee that I couldnt pass up, and shared some amusing anecdotal information about the competitive world of vodkas.If you are a serious collector or looking for the most indie, small batch liquors then I doubt you will be blown away here. That being said, as your neighborhood store I absolutely recommend it.

This wine shop is a premium wine store that specializes in unique and difficult to find selections. They had a huge wine range that you could choose from and to taste as well. Since they had a free tasting before you buy that certain bottle of wine. The staff was very detailed in explaining the wine. This wine shop is a must-visit winery in town.
