To put it bluntly, it is a bit rough of a location but everything is kept nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Jorge helped me and was great.

I like QT theyre good all over the valley but this one here they hired a security guard that running off all your customers because theyre supposedly loitering when theyre sitting in their car in the parking lot eating a donut and drinking a milk that they just bought inside the store I dont think its going to fly too long and you probably wont have any customers if he keeps doing that so therefore its a one star for me today but I will fix it in the future if you fix the problem its not very good business when I go there all the time

This QT is the worst I have ever seen. It is disturbingly dirty. I was going to use the restroom but I couldnt stomach it. Customer service was great though.

Love QTs but location at 27th Ave and Northern should train cashier better customer service! Not only rude to me but a man was walking into the store as she was ringing me up and she was yelling zip up your jacket she didn’t think he had shirt on and he did-embarrassed the man was! She wasn’t paying any attention to ringing me up then I said $40 pump 10 as I forgot to look and 10 was out of order so when I got to my pump pushed help she came out she had nasty attitude and said I told you ??? Guess wrong pump. I am 55 year old mature woman and she was so disrespectful I will not go to that QT just happened to be the area needed gas.She was in her 20s long black hair, petite young lady.Needs training I thought QT only hired Nice People!!Kym

QuikTrip never fails to deliver. I received great customer service and ordered the new breakfast scramble. Which is really too much food for one person. Unfortunately, this location is overwhelmed with transients inside and out. As a result, the bathroom was out of soap and the condiment selection was limited. Im thankful I was able to get ice.

Cashier left 6 customers just hanging to have herself go outside and take pictures of people stealing a bag of chips and soda. I just walked out. Cirkle K got my money today. Btw Youre not security. Youre the cashier young one.

I consider myself a loyal customer to QTrip, very disappointed that in this particular place is very poorly managed. People enter grab and walk outside like nothing, serving food, drinks and anything they want. I have seen guys walking with soda 12 pack without paying for it come back and go for a second pack. Cashiers said that they cant do anything about it. As a result of this there is no ketchup, no mayo, no onion, no nothing for us customers. Too bad that this location was the most convenient for my work.

Their gas pumps are rigged. The gas meter will jump 6-10cents before you even start pumping the gas.

This is such a busy QT because of its location on Northern and I 17 and the staff is always friendly. But the crowd outside to be a little rough.

The quiktrips in this area are really poorly ran which says alot about the character of human being that resides in the area. No soap in the bathroom, so no one is washing their hands, tea clearly has mold in it and the staff could give 2 f words about you being there. This is the kind of quiktrip that I avoid.

I don’t really review Gas Stations ⛽️ but the service here was just so refreshing. I was having kind of a grumpy day but Leon was very uplifting. He provided such a friendly service and he definitely knows what he’s talking about! You can tell he is all about his job! Truly an all star of this location!Thank You Leon and Thank You Quick Trip!

This place must practically be a great source for spreading bed bugs, lice, scabies and etc.I think the QT employees and their supervisors have gave up the idea of keeping the place clean.I do understand that they are lots of street walkers visiting this place or hanging by it but that is more reason to try to keep it clean.All QT gas stations used to be kept cleaner. That is how they used to be for many years, but not anymore.

I live right around the corner from this QT and Im scared to death to go here. There are so many homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and inside the building. Im always approached by someone asking me for money. There has been shootings here several times in the last few months. I love getting my gas and snacks at QT but not this one. They need to clean it up and get rid of the beggars and thugs.

I really like the variety of quick grab food there. Its always clean and well kept up as well. And even if theres a line it seems to always go quickly.

Not a place I would go at night.. lots of bad hombres.. the staff is friendly but the place is not clean... so many homeless or addicts and pan handlers.. just down the street from a Methadone clinic.. they need to clean up the parking lot.. its to bad it can be a nice place..

Am there all the time, these guys are usually great! My car down so had 5 bags from Dollar General and stopped to get few things. Asked clerk if I could set bags down for a sec and got few things. He did not, and I didnt make sure as I should have, double bag my things. All the Dollar General bags held out, but the single QT bag with 4 cans and few other items tore open and fell out on my way home. Fearing putting all other bags down to retrieve, I just kept walking. Im 55 years old and was cold and wanted to get home. I know sounds lame but in retrospect, a double bag really would have been appreciated and I should have said something, I really wasnt paying attention. But.,....still think the best QT in the valley! Always kind and security is there and helpful as well. God bless.

Sketchy spot. Super sheltered from my QT experiences in Tucson. Made the mistake of thinking they are all clean. Not this one. Bathroom is stinky and dirty. A lot of people standing around outside waiting to ask for money.

This is my favorite gas station. Everyone is always so nice and patient. However this review is about Esteban P. I left my bank card inside there at the counter but Esteban was quick. I seen him when he came out and saw that he was looking for someone and didn’t know that someone was me. He came up to me just as I was getting into my car and said Ms you left your card on the counter. I didn’t even notice that I didn’t have it and that meant everything to me. I appreciated that dearly and with that said he is definitely a great representative for this company. Thanks Esteban I want forget this.

This location has a huge selection of cold beverages and snacks. One of the few locations that carry Redline energy drinks in multiple flavors. The service is always fast and friendly. The gas pumps work great and there is always plenty of windshield wash. The area is well maintained and security is usually on duty for added piece of mind.

Best customer service of all gas stops! Store is clean, check out is fast, bathrooms are open to anyone. Only complaint is, sometimes I feel like people are actually living in the bathrooms and when youre in a hurry and need a restroom on-the-go, sometimes you have to wait awhile for a stall to become open.

I have shopped at the this QT during the good times and the bad. No matter what I was going through the employees always treated me with respect. The quick trip off 27 Ave and northern is a great asset to this community. Whether it be to cool down with some ice and water or to utilize the rest facilities, get cooked food or a cold drink; quick trip is a no brainier stop. Thanks for helping make this area great!

I love quick trip would give it a 5 star but this quick has a massive homeless issue (not quick trips fault, more of the surrounding stores) employees do a good job of dealing with along with the corporation itself (armed security guard). But still clean and friendly staff inside.

Way too many tweekerss that hang out there and security doesnt do much about them. Ive sat and watched as the guard chats and laughs with them outside. And why have i seen security stocking the shelves, numerous times???Nice staff though.

Whoever is in charge of this QT needs to seriously step in. Ive never been scared to go inside a gas station until I entered this one. From the parking lot to the bathrooms, plain disgusting and unappealing. I go to QT to avoid the circle k places but yikes. Management please check in on your employees, I even feel bad for them.

Although these gas stations vary greatly on location and management. Theyre usually a safe place to get gas and a snack. Their kitchen has some good options and some not so good options as far as quality and flavor. I wish the consistency would follow all the QTs but its not the case. Their shakes are pretty decent as well as their pretzels and cheese. Their pizza is not very good but their hotdogs are ok. They seem to attract homeless like all other gas stations but they have far less. I say its safe because since its PD friendly and the costumer service is usually very good. PD and other first responders come frequently. They usually have a lot of gas pumps a big drive way so great for travellers.

Dtopped in to use the restroom, it wasnt as clean as most of them are. I was able to get the spearmint gum that I had been looking for though. Always greeted upon entering, which is greatly appreciated.

As a Lyft driver, I usually use QT because NORMALLY they have the cleanest stores and bathrooms. This QT has topped my list of WORST QT locations. Bathrooms were not only horribly filthy (compared to other QT locations) but there was used Syringes, bent spoons and other paraphernalia in the trash can inside the handicapped stall of the ladies room. I did, discreetly, tell a member of staff what Id found and cautioned him to not get stuck, but suggested it needed immediate attention as the used items, while in the trash, are still accessible to small children who accompany their mothers to the stall. However, if this review makes it to any senior or executive level management, this store needs an intervention ASAP!

Need to have Phoenix police or security full-time in the parking lot after dark. Looks like drug deals going on, but probably loitering and weird dudes hanging out. Even Sunday night at midnight.Both this QT and the one on Peoria a few miles North have this problem.

I love any QT period :)!! yes their prices are out rageous but honestly sometimes it worth a few more dollars or the best out of everything they have too offer is their gas and budget friendly gas prices !!! cheapest in town right now :)!!! no lie ;!! I went yesterday and did unleaded and was surprised that for about 10$ I got almost 5 gallons. !!

Gas and food off the freeway at Northern -, low lifes, hookers, and bums. Get your gas quickly and leave the 27th Ave ho stroll. 😂

Not friendly at all! They laugh n smile with their co-workers....try and ask a question and they totally act like you are bothering them! I thought it just may have been an off day... but Im going there everyday to fill up and get my drinks( I drive for uber) and everyday its the same cant get a smile not a hello nothing! Im going to go farther down the road from now on! I want to start my evening with smiles not like Im bothering ppl!

Qt staff and facilities are always great, but they seriously need to address the problem of homeless people begging at their stations. I choose to go to a qt because it’s not the environment of a circle k....

In Tempe as soon as you walk through the door, employees greet you with a smile and and a hello, not just one employee but every employee. The employees here were a bit rude and seemed like they were standing around doing nothing the whole time I was there. When I went they were accusing a man of stealing something even after a worker verified he was not stealing, it was honestly very ridiculous. The bathrooms were disgusting.

This location has a very bad drug problem and the staff dose nothing about it 90% of the time I see 10 to 15 tweekers on bikes out front.
