RUN. Ive never left a negative review, in my life. we started to notice problems, early on but were force to this company by our franchise. They continually put off delivery of the unit. Get this, one excuse was because of the hurricane in Oklahoma. Are you serious. They damaged our clinic when they finally did install the unit. Then they went into High Gear to deny they did it and were scrambling to figure out away they did not have to take responsibility for the damages. Now Quench will send a response were so sorry. This will not do anything to rectify what has happened.Like I said, I have never put a negative review on anybody or any company, ever. This is Not Hype.Hope this will help people in their decision making processes
Quench took over the company Aqua Chill several months ago. They set two service appointments to change my filter and never showed. They arbitrarily showed up at my door one day to service the machine with NO appointment or advance call. They recently sent me a bill for 3x the amount of the normal payment, yet my account is paid in advanced until November of this year. You try to call, you will ALWAYS get VM. This company in AZ is very inept.
