I ordered this service to make life a little easier since we dont have an RO at our house. The first delivery arrived 4 days late. I sent 2 emails about this with no response. I thought I had cancelled the recurring charge on the app, only to have more water delivered. I am currently on hold to cancel the service because this company will not allow me to cancel online. Dont waste your time.
The drivers are cool, but everything else about this company is ridiculous. 7-10 day wait times for support, 30-40 minute hold times on the support line (if it even works that particular day...) and the constant price increases over the last 4 years have made me finally terminate my account, which has been a week long process. proceed with caution.
Overpriced and its going up with the new delivery uptick next month. My fiance has been a customer for several months and dishing out $36 for 4 5-gallon bottles, which have not always arrived on time. Called to end service and first customer rep was not authorized to cancel service in which I was transferred and put on hold for 45 minutes, I am sure in hopes that I would hang up. They made several attempts to talk me out of discontinuing, but with local bottle refills at $1.50 each I couldnt validate staying even if the price was cut in half. One extra star due to having no complaints about the water.
This company has a great product base but their customer service process needs help in a big way. Ive been a customer for a few months. Everything has been done online, which for me is preferable. Working 2 jobs and being a student doesnt allow for lengthy phone calls. Then I moved. I tried for days to figure out how to change my address online. I clicked the contact link and sent a message requesting to change my address. It said I had to wait 3-5 days for a response. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. My delivery was now 2 days away. I had to use Google to find a phone#. When I called, I couldnt believe what the recording said: there will be a $4.99 charge to speak to a person! My thoughts: are they going to give me my fortune or talk dirty to me? What about seniors or people who just dont have access to internet or a smart phone? This is terrible customer service! When I finally got through the recordings, the office was closed. I called first thing the next morning and was on hold for 35 minutes. If you have that many customers who need to reach you so badly theyre willing to pay $4.99, then you have enough revenue to provide decent compensation to a larger customer service team!
Do not use! They don’t deliver when they say they will, constantly “reschedule” and then not deliver. Waste of time and money. Customer service is a joke and you can only contact them through email

Recently I was informed that I would be charged for a full delivery, even if I didnt need a full delivery. To make matters worse I received a letter stating that the price of a bottle of water is going up by $2.00 a bottle. Totally unacceptable. As soon as I can find another water delivery service, I will be cancelling my account.
I had ordered extra product on my last delivery and i did not get it. I inquired about it via email and NO RESPONSE. from anyone at all. I guess it is safe to assume from some of the reviews that i might have made a mistake by getting delivery service from thi company. Ill have to rethink this service before my next delivery before it goes on. This is only my second delivery.

Delivery driver picked up my used water bottles, took my dispenser, replaced nothing and left. Customer service wont do anything about it. This is unreal how bad they are.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible SERVICE at ReadyRefresh. Terrible, terrible, terrible unit. We had to exchange the bottom load water unit THREE times while we had it due to delivering room temp water, simply not turning on and now leaking all over my pantry. However, since Im 2 months out of warranty I have to eat it. Oh, AND I had to wait 28mins on the phone to get this little tidbit of info. Suffice it to say I have cancelled my subscription - which they have raised the price every two months on since I joined. Not worth it guys! I would rather forage for water in my neighbors trash then use these guys again.
Worst experience ever they will over charge u every month then refuse to refund and lie about fixing there mistake at one point I was charged 130.00 for 3 5 gallon jugs
Ready fresh was a terrible experience! If you are thinking about it dont do it. I let myself be fooled because the nestle name was in it. They billed me when I didnt get water, over charged me, theres no customer service tried daily to be on hold for hours, the customer service people didnt speak good English, and now they put bad marks on my credit, I tried again to get a hold of them to have start yelling at me like they called me! I want this nightmare over with this company! Its almost 4 years later!
The water is fine, but the service is terrible! Missed my April delivery altogether, I called them and they said they are updating their computer system and apologize! That’s not my problem and a ridiculous answer! The May delivery they showed up after I called and asked if they were going to show up this time! Now today June 13th it’s 6:37pm and they still haven’t showed up! They sent me an automated email at 4:44pm saying “we’re on our way”.... like when???? I called their customer service number again! On hold for 22 minutes so I hung up. I’ll be canceling my service and going with Sparkletts.
I just called right now to get a quote for my new place the rep that I was speaking to Sounded like she did not like her job she was really rude And I told her That I will call right back and she just hangs up on me really professional I’m sure that’s who I want Delivering my water Very dissatisfied
Worst customer service. Didnt show up with the items that I ordered and when i called we were told we had to wait another 2 days for what they were supposed to deliver the first time. When i told the lady i didnt really have faith they were going to get it right she said Im very apologetic. Are your people reading from a script????
