I have not had a good experience here. First though, I’d like to state that Kim was very kind and courteous.However, I bought a 3 gallon dispenser that was $19, and anywhere other business it would have sold for $2-5. I ignored the price tag because I figured buying from them would either give me some sort of discount for refills or at the least I was supporting a local business.That night the dispenser leaked. I had to remove it from the fridge so it wouldn’t soak my food. I returned it and asked for a refund. Kim said that there are no refunds and tried to fix it. It still wouldn’t work so he gave me a new one. He filled it with water for free, which was nice of him but not the water I drink (alkaline).The new one leaked last night. My wallet is now $19 lighter and I still don’t have a water dispenser for my fridge. It’s really too bad that they charge so much and then don’t back their own products with refunds. I would have liked to go here because the alkaline water (though expensive - $6 for 3 gallons) was delicious and it’s close to my home.

I like the owner here he always helps me fill my 5 gallon bottles and he is really friendly.

I went in for a quick gallon of alkaline water before leaving town on Fathers day with a serious time restraint. I thought about switching from 28th street and Indian School water n ice because of the water and Mr. Kim who is excellent with customers but this time I had a terrible consumer experience. Ive never been treated so poorly by an employee Im my life. All I asked is if I get my own water after saying excuse me. She was standing next to the counter talking with a male customer getting his own water and rudely told me that shed be with me in a minute just continuing her conversation as if I just ruined her flirting session. Mind you, Im already thinking Im behind schedule, I know it was Sunday but some people have things to do even then and cant wait for that conversation to end. I let her know I was strapped for time and she proceeded to talk to the guy about every day being ruined by someone like me who goes in the and who knows what she was saying because I was shocked that she was manifesting because I didnt know if I was supposed to get my water or wait for her to stop leaning on the counter and chatting. She went off and I just couldnt help but to be shocked at the audacity of this middle aged Hispanic woman telling me off. She wouldnt give me her name, she told me Im many words to stop going there, and how horrible I was, and when she started mopping the front half of the store, she told me that she hopes I fall and break my head or something. I just could hardly believe it. Im shocked that shes employed. The service is night and day with Mr. Kim. Hes great, water is pricey but it seems like its been decent with two gallons in. I just dont know if theres better water with consistent good service or at least not rude and menacing. Im still appalled. I cant believe shes employed, there has to be more people just not saying anything. Id love to continue getting water here but not when shes there. I felt the bad vibes for miles. Surely she was cursing me but I prayed about it all. Im really shocked and saddened by this mean lady. Like a vicious animal by the water hole.

Good alkaline, reverse osmosis water at about .50¢ a gallon. Seems some people think its overpriced, but considering how it tastes & feels better than any other machine or store its well worth the price. Probably because the nice Korean(?) owner checks & cleans the filters regulalry. (Hell also clean your coolers! Never had to but Id trust him!) Good quality ice, Thrifty Ice Cream (old Phoenix brand), & Hawaiian shaved ice! Decent selections of water bottles too. Quick & easy, good quality stuff & great customer service, perfect last-errand-of-the-day with the kids! Local business worth your time & money! :)

Ive been getting my alkaline water from Mr Kim for 4 years now. Hes a great person to work with, the water tastes amazing and just started buying the alkaline king cubes which makes an awesome old fashioned. Thanks Mr Kim!

Mr. Kim is so nice, great customer service and very good Water. We get the Alkaline water and he fills it up for us. Great local business - asset to the neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Its a given that phoenix summers will closely resemble hell. Nonetheless, water and ice stores such as this one give us hope that we may in fact survive and thrive. The small staff is always friendly and their prices for filling up a 5 gallon bottle make it the easy choice when considering buying individual/smaller bottles. If you have time, stop by and get one of their Hawaiian shaved ices. Treat yo self!

Ive been going to Mr. Kim for years. Hes outstanding and the water is the best. People complaining about .50 cents a gallon? You get what you pay for.

Oh my God the shaved ice was made with purified water and was like butter. ITS THE BEST SHAVED ICE IVE HAD!

Outside dispenser is 50 cents per gallon which is expensive. Did dispese even close to a full gallon. Machine was crusty and dirty
