Nice people and they do great work, but I think its their corporate policies or maybe theyre just too busy. Theyre more than ready to take your money and provide all these warranties and services and lifetime service but good luck trying to get in to actually follow up on that service because its always a long way cant get an appointment and very frustrating just to get a simple thing done like a tire rotation. And then your tires dont last as long and you have to go and spend more money.
Went in for an oil change and ac service and was treated with respect by the staff who helped me.I love how they were transparent with educating me on the repairs of my car but true to form they come back with a laundry list of other things that need to be done. Not necessarily a bad thing but consumers come to expect it when dealing with mass chains. At the end of the day they serviced my initial needs and I am back on the road for the time being 😊

Honestly one of the best experiences Ive had with a tire/mechanic shop the manager Rob i think his name is has superior customer service skills and i dont say that or give 5 star rating that often. Even with all this covid bs going on he still made things feel normal and honest. There was a few problems with them delivering the wrong size but he got right on the phone and got the right tires to the shop in under 30 mins. Like I said my overall experience with this shop was fantastic and would recommend if anybody is having tire or mechanical problems to go here and ask for rob!!!

2.5 hours for an oil change and that is with an appointment on a Saturday morning. Ridiculous! If I call and make an appointment why not tell me that you serve walk ins before you serve people with appointments? That makes no sense..... I’ve had plenty of services here before with no troubles but I do recall having to wait 3 hours once for a new battery. Lost my business today and in the future for poor communication and absolutely no customer service for returning customers.

I went to have my oil changed and in their looking over the vehicle all of a sudden my license plate light bulb needs to be changed, transmission fluid, and things that I already knew about. I paid $17.00 for a license plate bulb to be changed that I had both changed a week before I got the oil changed. I ask for the old bulb. I didnt get it to document maintenance to my vehicle. I will not go back.
I had my car in for a break check and they said to replace the front brakes and rotors. They said the back were ok for now. I drove my car for a week with squeaky brakes. I returned to them and now they say both brakes and rotors need to be replaced on the rear. So one week of driving the back breaks are bad. Hummm.
Call into this place the bay before needing work. Was told over the phone to come in first thing in the AM. So I go in the next morning, and I am met with extremely illmanered employee. Total lack or respect. I ask if I can get work done and he snaps at me with they wony have a tec till tusday. There is a reason their parking lot is empty and now I see why.
Terrible service, rude manager, and they will overcharge customers for basic repairs. They even hung up on me mid sentence. If your car is having problems and that is the closest shop to you, then I suggest you should start saving for a new car instead of throwing your money away there.

Considering that my issues with my tires were left unresolved. I feel its time to write a fair review about this location! I went in to get one tire taking care of because I needed to leave town. The one tire I needed to be fixed did not get fixed and I took the car back. Again a second time around they still failed to fix the proper Tire. So then because I had already paid for the repair I tried to resolve my issues at the Firestone in Peoria. This location lacks intelligence in a major way I cant even explain it. I dont think they would like to try either because I gave them the opportunity a second time to make it right and they screwed up again which is completely unbelievable how can you mistakenly change the wrong Tire are twice!? Especially when it has a gash in the sidewall?! The world may never know!? But now you do... Make your choice wisely watch them do the work or choose a different tire repair shop the choice is up to you
I had my car in for a break check and they said i just need my brake fluid changed. I drove my car for a week and my brakes were still squeaky. I returned to them and now theyre saying they cant help me and refused to take a look at my car. Very terrible customer service, will never return to this store again.
These guys went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. They did more than they had to, and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my truck is done for, but it was not for lack of trying on their part. You can trust Josh at the front desk. Hes the 40 looking gent with tattoos.They had replaced my spark plug wires, and a few vacuum lines free of charge, to show me they had tried all they could.

But they will try to up sale you when you are not aware.I guess it is the way it is.The last time it was not bad.But last year Someone recommend to replace a cabin air filter since he said they check and it was dirty. for our car that does not come with one from the manufacturer.How do you recommend something that does not even have one from the factory.LoL. Or the best was when the guy up front was telling us that we need to take our car to a body shop to get the car to be adjusted since our car cant be adjusted for the alignment. And we need to have them install a camber kit.Even when the printout paper shows its allot better numbers than the first alignment they did a year before. We have the lifetime alignment.The staff was friendly. You just have to read and be aware with all the lies.
I was extremely pleased with the staff here! They gave me an oil change and oil filter for free because my car was leaking oil and I just got an oil change last week! Everyone was helpful, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this Firestone, I will definitely be back!

I stopped by for a walk-in oil change and was pleased with the whole process. Less than 90 minutes w/o appointment and only $25. Sure, they tried the typical upsales, but nothing out of the ordinary and it was probably the least pushy of sales pitches Ive gotten over the years.A+

Been coming to this Firestone for a little over a year now for oil changes, rotations, and fluid replacement. I trust these guys and I have never felt taken advantage of. Theyre also not pushy which I love.

$170 and 6 hours later for them to change a tire. It’s a joke. I go to the back and the guys are just hanging out. No wonder it takes 6 hours for ONE tire. Only because my tire was completely flat if not no way I’d go there. Never again.
Took my car in to replace the tires and I made an appointment a week ahead of time. It took them 3 1/2 hours to finish my car! And once I drove the car for more than 20 minutes that same day, my tire pressure alert came on. They didnt check the tire pressure or fill up my tires. This is not the first time Ive had problems with this location.
I was supposed to have an appointment at this location but was told it was not there, it was at the other Firestone less then a half mile away. Even though this location is where I always go. The person said that it’s a problem with google maps. So I went to the shop down the street and had the worst oil change experience of my life.The manager Pete did an inspection on my car, came back and asked if my car normally shuts off on its own. I told him ‘no, that has never happened before.’ My car was working perfectly fine before I showed up to this shop. He took me outside to show me. Every time he turned on my car, it would shut right off. So I jumped in to try and start it and the car magically started. I explained that all I wanted was an oil change. He told me that he would not do the scheduled oil change I had and “would not touch my car”. When I asked why, He proceeded to tell me that It was because I was accusing him of doing something to my car. I didn’t accuse him of anything. I just told him my car has never done that before. I asked to speak with his boss and he told me “I am the boss”. I have read several other google reviews of people being treated poorly when they are just trying to get an oil change. It seems like if you don’t buy the fake problem from Pete, he treats you bad and tells you he won’t do your oil change.

I came here for an oil change and to have a funny sound checked out because I’d been before for a couple oil changes and the service was fine (two stars for previous experiences). Today, I called three Firestone locations to see if one would be able to get me in and out within a few hours so I could go to work. I called right when they opened and was told to come into this one; the two other locations said they couldn’t guarantee that timeframe. When I got there, the front desk guy Bryan made a point of telling me how concerned he was for my budget and explaining their 6-month financing program before he even knew what was going on with my car. He told me they could have the problem diagnosed by 2 or 3 pm, which would be seven hours later, or “by the end of day at the latest.” I was frustrated with the used-car-salesman feel of the experience but I was already there and didn’t want to drive all over town trying to figure out a different solution. I had to call out of work. The inspection and oil change was $90, which I signed for before leaving my car. The quote I got for repairs and such three hours later was $1670. I discussed the quote with other shops to learn that this was absurdly high and it was likely that not all of the repairs/services were necessary. When I came to pick up my car, Bryan seemed personally offended I’d decided to take my vehicle elsewhere; he didn’t even ask why. He informed me they’d taken off a belt to get to the water pump and not knowing what that meant I asked, “is it safe to drive?” He huffed, rolled his eyes and said, “well, it failed inspection.” The other guy who actually processed my payment and such was super nice. I had all of the work done at another shop by the end of the day and the customer service was fantastic. They also found something else that needed repair and everything still came out to less than $1000. Guess I won’t be needing that 6-month financing...
I booked my appointment a week in advance at specific time for a reason. They girl who booked my appointment must have forgot they zero after the one. For my 10am appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was very unapologetic and really didnt seem to care about the inconvenience they caused. No apology, not a care. This was a blessing in disguise having to take my car somewhere else.
I found that I had a flat tire after work (4pm) I called this location and asked 2 questions: If I get there by 5 PM can I have it done by the end of the night Bryan said Yeah sure, no problem and I asked how much the cheapest tire was Bryan told me They start at $82I made it to the shop at 4:53 and when I made sure it could be done by the end of the night, I was met with a firm NoThe didnt have any of the $82 tires in stockThe part that blows me away: I have never had a tire change take more than 30 minutes. I was waiting for my ride home for about an hour and the ENTIRE TIME they were standing outside smoking.DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this location. No matter what they tell you on the phone.They also try to get you to do a survey and like to you about how the survey works. I refuse to go to this place again.
These guys are great. Ive brought my car here as long as Ive been in Phoenix. They go above and beyond to make what can be an unpleasant experience as palpable as possible. William is wonderful - friendly and courteous. Larry (master technician) is great too. He drove me back to work when I had an unexpected problem, that necessitated leaving my car overnight. These guys exemplify the reason that I swear by Firestone.

This place has exceptional customer service! I called on Friday night 15min before they were closing desperately needing 3 tires. Jesse Lavender, the store manager, agreed to stay open past store closing time in order for my vehicle to get serviced. I arrived 5min before they closed and after their long business day he and his techs changed my tires, which kept them almost two hours past closing time. Jesse gave us a great deal on tires and took his time to explain the product and compare the quality. He provided education on how to keep tires in good shape, all with a great smile on his face. What a blessing this gentlemen was in a desperate time of need. Thank you!

Good service on tire change and alignment. Had an issue where I wasnt given the spec sheet on the alignment because if it doesnt print then its lost. The staff were able to do another alignment and they explained the spec sheet.

They were not helpful at all. My husband and I called to get our brakes and tires changed. We had already purchased the parts we just needed someone to install them. They told us to return all the stuff we had already bought and come to them and they would give us an estimate to take care of us. We came in and the workers there acted like they didn’t know who we had talked to and they didn’t even come check out the car to give us an estimate of cost. They just said it would be $500 all together, if they already knew the price of what it was going to cost why didn’t you guys tell us that over the phone? Waste of time and money making us do extra stuff for no reason. Bad service
Not a good experience. I took my car in for an A/C check and they drained it. They made it worse so I would go back. I paid them $43 for nothing. I took it somewhere else for an estimate and it was $300 less. In my view, not a very good place to take your car for a repair--theyre dishonest!
I went int because my engine light was on, error was a cylinder misfire on start up. They first gaveMe news about another persons car as if it was mine. Apologized that they made an error. Then they said my #3 cylinder was dead and #4 goes up after 2 minutes. They said that I need a new engine or car. I went back because another firestone in another state had replaced coil 2/spark plugs- so it was under warranty. My mechanic said go see about getting it fixed under warranty.I told my mechanic what this FS said., after looking at it, and he they are not correct all my cylinders re fine @ 145. Their FS is incompetent, if I could give them a 0 I would.

I have been taking all three of our old cars (1986/2006/2007) to these guys for over a year. They are ALWAYS on it... They are nice all the way up to closing, they NEVER over charge me AND they get the job done ASAP w/great communication about what must be done and what is optional....You really cant beat this shop.

Awful customer service. I just called for a quote and the woman who answered told me that she could not find Isuzu under 2001 and asked if i was sure that was the make of my vehicle and not another name. She did not know the labor rates and couldnt give me a quote for a basic repair. She told me that she nor anyone else at the shop could help me and that i would need to call back tomorrow. I called with over an hour of time until the shop closed. USELESS. Worst experience ever.
Took my car in for a oil change. One of the techs stripped out my window lining and said it was like that when I pulled in. Convenient enough they said it was a dealer fix and to come in the next day. which I was working a 12 hour shift on. They didnt offer to even comp the oil change.
We told staff we were going out of town and got their so called comprehensive inspection. We ended up losing half a day at another auto repair shop on vacation fixing what they missed. Take your vehicle elsewhere!!!
Bryan, Kate, and Ron all greated me with a smile and friendly welcome. I was suprised walking into a car place. Very unusual but great. They were able to guide me with knowledgable advice and was nice to know my vehicle was safe when leaving the place. I have had my battery die before it was cool they checked it for free and let me know. Very informative and kind.
They will only install parts purchased from them so they can rip you off and upcharge you on the parts AND the labor. Took my Hyundai to a dealership and saved a lot of money VS going here.
I had to go to the firestone down the street to fix the improper job this location did.Brian who runs the front is a slimmy sales dawg, who does not actually listen to your concerns. Instead, he would rather lecture you on all the car things you don’t know. I get it, I’m a tiny girl but that doesn’t mean I don’t understand cars. All I wanted was the loud noise and rattle to go away in my car. Yet, when I paid for my parts and labor, Brian assured me it was all good and quiet and then again tried to sell me on something I didn’t need.Yet, when I drove off it was louder!!! I called and Brian told me to just give it time it will settle down. REALLY!!??!! Then like a cruel joke, I went to look at my mileage and they had set it to kilometers. This isn’t Canada. If your going to do it wrong just own up to it.So I went and had my car checked by another firestone and they asked who worked on my car last because it looks like they did repairs that where not needed. Why am I paying for things I don’t need!!!! Oh yeah, because Brian is all about sales and needed to meet his quota for parts and decided to use me to get there and not actually help me with what I asked.Go to the firestone down the street at least they care and actually want to help.

BRYAN is the worst! Im speechless for the service firestone approves of.Ive never been so upset leaving a place. I went in there wanting an oil change and Bryan brightsomething provided the worst experience ever. The General manager should not have to tolerate behavior like Bryan provided me tonight.Bray started to ask questions about my income and I replied with why is that information relevant? He look at me and responded with a condescending tone -for the credit card. First of all what value does a cc have for a 60$ oil change? Secondly what was the credit card pitch? Because I obviously missed it. Thirdly what the heck was he thinking. You dont just start asking questions and ask for personal info. There is No value. After I said no he literally rolled his eyes, got red and sighted really loud. I was very confused. With the biggest attitude told me to sign a paper so I started reviewing what I was signing I ask questions and he gets even more upset. I told him I didnt want the expection and replies distrusted idk where I lost you Bryan! You didnt I simply said no thanks. He roles his eyes, sighs and gives me more attitude. I finally reply - what is your problem, why are you giving me attitude? He was a child! I take my keys from the desk an I say forget it shred everything.Firestone your approach and ethics are out extremely disappointing. I will always talk about and remember this experience and strongly recommend to others to spend there $60 somewhere else.
About a week ago i had break pads and rotors replaced. The breaks would not stop squeaking. When taking it back for a check up calibrator was jammed causing the breaks to squeak. After being advised would be fixed in 15-20 mins . I waited over an hour. Waiting on a tire to be put back on, watching the workers not work.

Spent a lot of money at this store over the years. Will not not go to this store again or spend a penny there!

Ive been here twice for an oil change and some other work done to my car. I was somewhat unsatisfied with their work. They bent the stick that I measure my oil with and lied to me about how worn my tires were.
Completely disgusted, never fixes the problem the first time, they fixed my wiper blades without permission and charged me an additonal $50 plus labor for it. Manager and employees are not professional, I do not reccomend this firestone in particluar.
The cashier refused to let the mechanic put a wiper on my truck today. I needed help it was starting to rain, even though the mechanic had already put the one on the drivers side.

Booked an 11am appointment the day before for a slow puncture to be fixed. Turned up the next day at 10am because I needed the car back no later than 2pm due to needing to drive out to East Mesa to pick my daughter up from day care. I told them this and they said ok no worries. 2pm comes around and no call from the garage to say it’s done. I call them and they say that they can’t repair it and I need to buy a new tire. Which is fine I’m not bothered about that, but why did nobody call me earlier? No I’m angry because they are saying it won’t be ready for another 40 mins!!! If they had called me earlier I could have told them to do the tire and I would have the car back. They tell me when it’s done they will call. At this point I’m sceptical so I walk down there to be there on the time of 40 mins. I get there and the car is ready, but yet again nobody called to tell me it was done! I was so angry, they knew I needed it ASAP and had 4 hours to do a simple job yet still took 5! No apology. Customer service here is terrible. They also said I need the two front tires done soon and recommended having warranty on the tires. They must be stupid to think I’m coming back after this.
Another head-aching experience with Firestone Tires Several years back I experienced A similar situation you would think I learned right?!! Nope’ another change given & still same issues. purchased new tires, alignment and a a/c charger, vehicle has been having issue ever since we picked up. Check engine light on, stalling in the middle of the road and making loud noises. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND @firestone if they were the only shop in Business take your own chances !! Don’t pay them hundreds of dollars for them to give you an excuse and lies to the condition of your vehicle. When knowingly your vehicle was in excellent condition prior to them working on it! Spread the word and help getting the local news stations involved.

Ive actually been a very loyal customer to them for 1 YEAR, Kate the manager is always very polite but i dont know what is up with her staff, IVE TOOKEN MY CAR BACK FOR THE SAME THING 3 TIMES already and the last two times they had my car they said they Couldnt find what i was talking about and that what i heard was not out of the norm, YEA FREAKIN RIGHT!! ive literally spent probably more then the worth of the car just trying to fix it, I take the car to my mothers mechanic and they LITERARY fix and find it that same day i took it into the firestone. ALSO the staff is TERRIBLE on getting back to me with un update, I ALWAYS bring my car in early so that hopefully by the time i get off at 2:30pm it shiuld be done if not atleast ill get an update, BUT NOPE, NOTHING! the past two times ive taken my car ive had to call them first to get my update. This place is a joke, ive literally seen thee staff joking and laughing in the garage. This morning i took the car in and once again they tell me, there is nothing wrong with the car. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! We live near this location and had an employee by the name of Chris come to our house to sell us some coupons. We made sure to verify the coupons by calling the store and we were told that they were legit so we paid the $80 for 2 coupon flyers. Everytime weve redeemed the free oil change coupon, we were met with resistance and overall low quality customer service but today takes the cake. We were told that they are no longer accepting these coupons, weve lost our money and if we have a problem with it, we need to speak with someone in the corp office eventhough this is the same person who verified the coupons when we purchased them, THE STORE MANAGER JASON. In this day and age, customer service will make or break you. Ive opened a complaint with consumer affairs and I would advise you to stay away from this place!

Went in for a front end alignment. Came out with a bad alignment. 150 dollars later...alignment same if not worse. Tech tried to sell me some BS that it wasnt them it was my vehicle, which was BS. They gave me the report and it shows how they Fed Up. Either these guys are crooks or totally incompetent. Either way...go somewhere else.
