My old car (2012) drives like it is brand new. Car came back thoroughly cleaned. I was very grateful.

They were very polite and professional. They need to check before they do work on a vehicle that they have parts in stock. My oil change took 2hrs instead of 1, that they had to order part.

My transmission light came on and they first had me go buy gas cap to make sure that that wasn’t the issue and they didn’t charge me. Then they reset the transmission light and told me to drive around and it should take about a week or so and if the light came back on then we knew that there was another issue than just a gas cap. They didn’t have to do that that was super kind of them but they didn’t charge us for that service. Unfortunately my transmission light did come back onWe took it back in to the shop and they did the smoke test confirm that there was an issue they immediately fixed it at a great price. Everyone was super professional. I definitely recommend them for any of your car services.

Long story short our work van had a lot of work done to front end suspension and steering, we had an alignment done at a different place after all work was done everything was great.... A couple of weeks later had a little incident that needed parts replaced and the alignment rechecked took the van back to original alignment shop to have it checked again still under warranty AND!!! I would of paid again because I knew it needed an alignment yes I did tell them what happened. Left the van for 2 hours there, they called me to pick up the van and told me everything was good it didnt need a realignment..... they didnt even look at my van the second time. Because it definitely needed an alignment I drive it every day and it was still not driving straight as it was before the incident, I was definitely not going back to have them recheck nothing again.I found Greg Clark Automotive. Kelly was great to deal with I told him the situation, he got me right in and did the alignment it was definitely proof for me the first place didnt touch the van second time. My family and I have been regular customers of this establishment for 17 years and will continue to show our patronage for the foreseeable future. Over the years, we have stopped going to any other automotive specialists due to the exemplary quality of work and customer service presented at Greg Clark Automotive. My husband & I have went to Greg Clark’s shop for the past week planning on getting our mechanic work done there and every day we show up when they tell us to and they keep giving us a run around about why they can’t work on our car that day & to come back tomorrow so after 3 or so days of the run around we went in there today 7/31/20 and the guy at the front says We are not to be held responsible if something goes wrong with your oil change because you use your own royal purple oil & filter & we inform him we always use royal purple. I notified him that our car is a lowered car with a body kit and that if he had a Lyft that actually had to drive up on that it would scrape and he said it would be fine and drove our car up and scraped our body kit and pretty much ruined the left side of our quarter panel. And then after notifying him he was extremely extremely rude this is one of the worst places I’ve ever been as far as an auto mechanic. Please do not take your car here please do yourself a favor.

All of the employees showed genuine professional knowledge of my situation.I had my alignment checked/ adjusted and my vehicle had Internal problems with a froze-up turn buckle, etc.They had my truck in shop most of the day, made the adjustment needed so I can keep tire on right front. I can replace the worn parts and I will have it rechecked for the perfect alignment.VERY nice shop, professional mechanical knowledge and was a good experience! I had previously taken my truck to the dealership and another shop for oil changes. Both said it needed an alignment. However, Greg Clark checked it out and told me it didn’t need the alignment showing me the printout of the alignment diagnostic.These guys could’ve sold me an alignment service but they didn’t and the honesty goes a long way. I had another great experience bringing my vehicle in. They had suggested some work the last time I was in and I called very last minute before a road trip. They ordered the part and told me to bring it in around 9 am. It was ready before the end of the day as promised. I was running late but they waited for me while I battled through traffic. I truly appreciate their professionalism and them going that extra mile so my family and I could take a much needed last minute mini vacation. This place was recommended. I spoke to the manager and he seemed nice, but my problem is with the front desk guy. I think his name is Frank. He needs to retire because he tries to rip people off. I came in and got a quote. After getting my car done, I asked if this place is AAA authorized which I know it was and I was entitled to a 10% discount. He said they were and I said oh okay Im a AAA member. Then he says oh I gave you a discount. Im thinking how can you give me a discount without me telling you I was a AAA member? After i heard that I felt this was the last time I would patronage this place. Businesses should be honest, that is not asking a lot. After comparing their prices to other places I have used -- they are a lot more expensive.
