This is a heads up for the installers, these people dont take responsibility for the material that you install even though the product that they deliver to you is way off than what you purchase base on the samples that they have in the show room at the store, false advertisement on their material, be careful because what you see is not what you get.

Best place to buy materials in Phoenix Arizona

Grea guys! We have bought a good number of stones for out stone wall. The team here were very patient and helpful in making us understand each type of the stone etc. They have lot of catalogs as well to refer. Will definitely recommend them. And also they provide good discounts.

I’m a contractor and ordered several pallets of Phoenix paver, which they delivered. I specifically told the rep that I wanted 800 sq ft in total of 6x9 and 6x6 on territorial, native and Norte because the Twinkie sizes were behind in production and some on the slate color. Everything was done over the phone and promised an email receipt/confirmation. I had to call about 3 times to ask for the receipt to be emailed as promised because they wouldn’t do it. Once I got my order delivered and my guys started working on the driveway, we got 750 of the 6x9s!!! When I called to let them know of the situation, they wanted to charge me more than $240 to swap them out. I spent over $3700 in material and was going to use them more often because of the reviews but now I’m wondering if they make their customers change their reviews once they complaint on here! I’ve never had issues with my other suppliers - Marvel, Horizon and Monterrey tile. If a mistake is done, which is rare they take care of it without over charging like these guys do! Never will I use them again or tell my clients about this place. They lost my business for sure!09/07 - update - haven’t had time to update my post. I decided to give Antique another try. The gentlemen from the office always assists me with my orders and he completely won me over for ALWAYS figuring out the material needs. Because of him, antique is my #1 supplier for now.

Great company! I couldnt say enough of how everything turned out. We first went in to look at the colors of travertine and where amazed to see how much lower their pricing was compared to Marvel. We got silver premium for $1 less a sq ft than quoted at Marvel. The delivery was during the time frame given and the driver was willing to place it where we wanted it! Cheapest pavers and synthetic grass around. Products are good quality. Ordered 5 pallets. Two pallets arrived damaged and they didnt have anymore in stock. The manager let me pick any product they had as a replacement and delivered 5 new pallets of the new product the following day and picked up the old pallets. Good management. Getting ready to do my next project and order some more materials. We shopped a few places. I recommend this place.

This was the worst place to go. Went there to get estimate for cost for 450sf pavers and materials and materials for 450sf grass we bought else where. The guy there was so rude he could even give cost for materials we needed to lay grass and pavers. His response was the landscaper should have to give you that, that he couldn’t do that. I responded to him that We where buying all the pavers and materials to install pavers and grass but that I wanted it installed correctly so what was needed to install correctly . He responded I don’t know I can’t give that to you, we don’t know that my landscaper has to give me that. So poor service why does he work there if he does not know what is needed. Lost my 1800,00 I just went back to Pioneer the place that was able to give us amazing service. But thanks for your bad customer service.

If you are one brick shy of a full pallet, you are not allowed to return the excess material. So, in other words, this business has a zero refund policy which is bad business. This is why I should only shop Home Depot.

I called and they said I didn’t pay and I said you didn’t send me a total—no apology. I realize I probably should have called Friday when I didn’t get the total to pay but I am busy and after all, they told me they were going to call with the total. I was further told I shouldn’t have called after business hours (4:22 pm—didn’t know it was after business hours) but someone did answer the phone. To much attitude for me.

If it was possible to leave a zero I would leave a zero I purchased pavers from this company A while back and I went back again today to get some of the same pavers to build another patio in my backyard I showed him a picture of what I needed and how much I needed he proceeded to tell me that I had to purchase a whole pallet of the pavers to purchase any of it. What I needed was 70 ft.² a full pallet is 200 ft.² or more he said that because I was getting such a good deal at a dollar a square foot that it shouldn’t be a problem for me to purchase the whole pallet. This was supposedly the owner of the company that I was talking to. And then him and another employee their continued to Basically attack me and tell me that if I didn’t buy the whole pallet someone else would. They sell their pavers very cheap there and now I understand why they treat you like garbage!

So disappointed. I placed and payed my order on Thursday. We agreed on the delivery day to be on Monday. I called on Monday and they confirmed the delivery to arrive between 5pm or 6pm. I got a call 20 min before they closed and left a voicemail saying the truck broke down and They will deliver untill Tuesday. I tried calling back but no one answered. Now Im stuck with my workers wanting to charge the days worth of work for..... This is terrible. So they agreed that they would deliver on Tuesday at 10am. I called on Tuesday to verify,they changed the delivery for 4pm... I of course told him I was upset and that it was 2 days In a row that I had to send my workers home with a payed day. He didnt care, he said that he could cancel if I wanted and went ahead and canceled my delivery!!!! What is the deal with these people !not only did they cancel my delivery. They canceled my order!!!

Bait and switch routine.I called and got the price quote and weight for 100sf of pavers.When I got there, I was told they will only sell by the full pallet.The kid did not care what his brother told me on the phone, but insisted I could only buy in full pallet quantities. Wasted time and money going there.And then I see another of their ads stating,No minimum purchase, buy whatever you needWill not waste time again.
