Will not honor refund, even after they assured us we would get a refund. I’m still scratching my head about this apparent bait and switch they pulled on me. Fortunately there are other options; Home Depot, Discount Door and Trim, just to name a couple.

Have dealt multiple times with them while we decide which doors to buy. Their supplier is closed on Saturdays so dont go then expecting to get special order pricing or anything else thats not standard. Prices are competitive. Cant speak to final purchase until we buy.

They have terrible customer service, they choose who they want to give the good service to and who they dont. I purchased base and then they sold it to someone else. That was already mine. Tell me first come first service. Without Check inventory to see availability. You dont sell isomeone elses order. So I came down here this morning with my trailer wasted my time to pick up my product that was already purchased.

I can’t recommend this place enough! My mom is a designer and recommended this place and she was so right! Everyone was so nice and so helpful! I walked in not knowing what kind of baseboards I wanted and they were able to help me pick a solution. When I went to pick them up the next day, they were very helpful in loading them up for me too! They are also very affordable! 10/10 highly recommend!

Received a quote on December 27th for 4 1/4 finger jointed primed at 97 cents a foot (Written on a business card). Arrived on New Years day and they were closed...ok sure. Arrive on 1/8 and prices were just raised to $1.10 that day..can you believe it? I asked to speak to a manager and it so happens to be the same lady that quoted us the 97 cents price. Best she can do is 1.05...fine delivery by the 13th. We verified multiple times we wanted primed not raw. I even took a sample that was raw and confirmed with the warehouse that mine would be primed and this was just a sample of scrap. 13th comes nothing, 14th nothing, 15th and I call. Apparently Im wrong and delivery was always for the 18th between 11 and 2. I check the invoice and it says the 8th (day of purchase, clearly someone goofed and cant admit the mistake). Whatever only 3 more days. 18th comes its 2:00 and guess what isnt here and no one has called. I call and after being put on hold for 25 minutes he calls the delivery guy. And wouldnt you know it while I was on the call it was my turn and hes already on his way. What a coincidence... boards get here and guess what isnt primed... I called the manager and told him all of this. He can come pick up my order and deliver the primed stuff in 4 days (9 days after original delivery) but Id have to pay another $150 because the invoice doesnt have the primed code on it. Like I know their invoice codings and had any ability to double check his employees work. This company wont take another cent from me and I recommend you dont give them yours either. Poorly trained, cant follow their word and have a widespread problem with admitting when they messed up. Bush league...

First off,I spend a lot of money here,really loved this place until I called today, Giovanni answered, I asked for some MODERN SURFACE, ESSENTIAL GLUE DOWN VINYL. 500-SQFT,he then very rudely told me they dont carry this product,I then told him I always buy it and then proceeded to tell me they dont take orders over the phone,very rudely!he needs to be educated on all the products for sale in the showroom, and most importantly some customer service skills, thats all,thanks

The ordering desk take all the time need it to answer your questions, their prices on doors is cheaper than Homedepot, you might have to wait 3-5 days for doors, 1-2 days for base.The guys in the warehouse are great, they load the materials for you and if you ask them nicely, they help you tide down your materials. Dont be afraid of asking questions.

This place is the best, prices are so much cheaper than home depot and is the same material. Since I have found this place every house I work on I have told my clients about this place.

I shop at the Arcadia location frequently. Im always able to get quick competent service. Lots of materials are in stock and special order items arrive quickly. Prices are competitive. Deliveries always run smooth.

I had a door that i needed to replace. The door knob hole had to be drilled out but more importantly the door hinges needed to be flush. So i went to this store because home depot had plenty of doors but they dont do the door hinges. Plus there doors cost a lot. So i went to baseboards & more and i got exactly what i needed and the price was right. The staff helped out a lot and i got my door in a day and a half. I definitely will go to this store again and u should too.

Great selection and even better prices. I was shocked that they were half the price of home depot! Santiago was a huge help and never made me feel rushed with all of the questions I asked. He let me know they had the 5 inch baseboard and matching corners I wanted in stock and called to have the matching flexible baseboard ready for my installer to pick up early the next morning. Their showroom was set up nicely and very clean. If you want quality baseboards at an excellent price, this is your place!

It won’t let me do one star but this place is horrible. They lied multiple times about when out doors would be done and where to pick them up. Plus after I placed my order and paid in full he said when you pick up the doors the price might go up. And when I came to pick up the doors I had to pay an extra 20 bucks. The worst place

This has been the worse experience We have ever gone through. They have been to our house 5 times and they have to return again. They sold the doors and then seemly don’t care about the outcome. We were advised to bring all the doors to them and they would use them for the exact measurements on new doors. After the 2nd visit I asked if they had the doors we dropped off? One person said yes, the next said no. I asked for a call back again from the manager and owner, no call. I was told on 2nd visit that most often the homeowner is wrong and the doors usually fit. I made a bet for the cost of the doors that they did not fit. Maybe that’s why Daniel refuses to call back. I would never use this company. I hesitate to post because we still are waiting for the last door. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying.

I went back to after four years and still remembered the owner Alfredo. Horrible service/product. They shipped the doors to my house and almost every day had very visible flaws in the gaps/workmanship. They sent the manager over to inspect the doors. He agreed that all the doors were garbage and they would be over the next day to pick up the doors for repair (great, repair brand new stuff). After they had the doors for about a week, they dropped them off again with seemingly no corrective work done to them. The manager had written the instructions on each door and the employees failed to accomplish these simple tasks. They all had to go back for the same reasons as the first time. It makes me sick that such craftsman ship can actually leave the doors of that building, twice!! The 30 year old doors Im removing are markedly better than these new ones. Bottom line, garbage work.Update: when they drop off or pick up the mistakes from my house theres never a phone call or schedule. Apparently Im always supposed to be home and ready to adjust my day to their schedule without noticeUpdate: it just gets worse and worse. Yesterday (2-20) they had unauthorized charges on my credit card. Manager cant explain why they did this. Showed up at my house again to pick up the bad product without calling again. What the declare and accept as acceptable craftsmanship changes with every shipping attempt. Even the delivery drivers of the company said they would not install the doors in their very own homes due to poor quality.

I was expecting to love this place based on the reviews and our experience in store. My husband and I went in on a weekend to order some doors. He had got an estimate via email but we wanted to see the doors in person before purchasing four of them. We were ordering shaker style solid core interior doors. When we went in, however, the specific door was not in their sample line up so the salesman showed us a similar one. We liked it and ordered four, having them delivered. The salesman asked about casement and we said that we had purchased casement and baseboards from Home Depot, describing the type (although we had not brought a piece with us). We asked him what their price would be for the same style and were pleasantly surprised. Not only was it slightly cheaper, but we could have it delivered, which was wonderful because 16’ boards are no fun to bring home on the top of your car.Delivery: Quick, on time, good communicationThe problems all arose when we started working with the products.1. We immediately wiped down and painted the doors with a spray gun outside. As we set them up to paint we thought they felt a little rough but had a short amount of time before the Arizona sun came up and baked our paint job, so we just got started. After finishing them and really taking a look though, we realized the entire door needed to be sanded thoroughly. Every single edge was sharp and rough to the touch. The door came primed EXCEPT for the front edge. So if you’re looking for consistent paint adhesion, that will need to be primed. Additionally, there are large screw holes on the front edge from the screws that held the doors together, which needed to be spackled, sanded and primed. Additionally, the places were the shaker style wood edges (since it’s not a molded door) meet are raised. We had to sand and spackle all of those to make the door look like someone did not just cobble it together. Pretty much the doors are quite unfinished.2. The stops on the door frames were not set up correctly. After installing the doors level and latching correctly, none of the door stops were flush with the door when it was shut. My husband ended up pulling them all off and nailing them back on correctly. Also, the latch on the door did not match up with the frame and many of the holes on the door or frame had to be routered out as they were the incorrect depth or not wide enough for the door handle to even go in!We are not contractors and imperfect in our work but have installed numerous doors from Home Depot and had none of these issues with them, not a single time.The doors in their sample line up were not of this caliber, so I’m assuming they are showing a manipulated version.3. BaseboardsThis is the one that almost makes me cry. The baseboards are a 1/4 inch thinner than the casement we purchased from them, as well as the baseboards we were matching that we purchased from Home Depot. They are disappointingly thin and it looks cheap. Every time the baseboards meet the casement, it makes a corner instead of a flush edge. This makes it impossible to use them as door headers, which is what we bought many of them for. Additionally, we obviously can’t use them anywhere we already had some baseboard installed. Finally, there are times the gap between our floating floor and wall is too big for this size as we were using the other size as a guide when we installed the floor.Honestly, we spoke directly with a salesman telling him exactly what we were doing and asking him if he had something that would work. He promised they had just what we needed! Ugh. I feel manipulated and disappointed and would not go back here again.If I had only one word to describe all the positives and negatives of this place, it would be “cheap.”

Baseboards and more is an excellent company and gives great customer service. They went over and above to install my door and door handle. I ordered, a door handle, from a different company, that was very difficult to install. They took the time needed to install the handle and did not leave until it was right. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Arrived at store 1 minute before closing and door was not even locked. Lady walks to me and says theyre closed and could not help me bacause they wanted to go home. I know everybody wants to go home after a long day of work, but come on...I was there before closing and I went to their store from my work just to simply order a door, how long was that going to take?

They have a wide variety of baseboards, molding, windows, doors. Found what I was looking for, and got it at a low price. Definitely worth taking the trip from Buckeye.

Baseboards I purchased some of them were chopped up I couldnt see them because they were wrapped up in the middle of the bunch.
