Where do I start! This entire process was great! Our salesperson Kyle was fabulous and so, so patient with all of our (my) changes. The delivery guys, efficient and fast. The installer Calin was so good at what he does! And finally, Joey- genius problem solver! He took care of the minor changes we needed to wrap up this process! I especially appreciate the quick communication from everyone! We highly recommend Diamond Kitchen & Bath.

Im doing my own installation so I had Diamond Kitchen and bath design the layout of my cabinets. The interaction with Bill B was easy and efficient. The cabinets were produced by Kraftmaid ahead of schedule. The delivery arrived today. The delivery guys did get here an hour earlier than scheduled but there was an hour and a half delivery window which is much better than most deliveries so overall not bad. Victor and Ben the delivery guys were very pleasant and placed the boxes neatly at the back of the house as I requested. Overall a very good experience.

I worked with Josh on our kitchen remodel & I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! From start to finish, he was professional, informative & extremely communicative. He is skilled at kitchen design & showed patience with me as I was new at this. He’s kind & respectful, as are the other associates I encountered at this store. Also, Joey, our installer was great! He was efficient & took time to attend to every detail that needed adjusting. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect & it was. I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen & Bath & look forward to working with them again in the near future.

These two gentlemen are terrific! Juju and Eli are the kind of workers you expect to deliver merchandise but never get. They were not only professional but were gentle with my cabinets so no scratches were made by them. They made sure to place the cabinets in such a way that I can get around them with my walker. Josh did a great job of designing the kitchen and the cabinets were just delivered today. As part of the delivery, Victor unboxed everything and got it ready for the installer. He was very friendly and did a great job!

Oh boy! We ordered and signed our contract for new kitchen cabinets and granite in March 2021 after giving him several thousand dollars for deposit. We were told by our sales rep, Mike Johnson at the Tatum/Thunderbird location that it would take 8-10 weeks for delivery. Contacted Mike at end of May and he informed us the cabinets were never ordered due to his mistake not charging us the right amount for the deposit. We had removed everything out of our kitchen including all the tile on the floor. We asked if he could rush due to his error. The next thing I heard was delivery would be Oct 19th!!! (We paid and ordered in March). The cabinets did come but when they are delivered you have pay in full or they won’t leave. However we have missing drawers, molding etc. I have been unsuccessful in finding out when we will get the missing items. I would never recommend Diamond Kitchen.

What a fabulous company. They do everything they promise and more. Joey just came out to add a trim kit and adjusted doors a year after installation and he did a beautiful job. I will highly recommend this company. The salesperson, Bill; the installers, Conrad and others; and everyone involved were all highly skilled professionals.

We had a great experience with DKB, from Bill in the sales department to Dave doing the installation. Bill was always very prompt to call back if I had questions, and always kept me updated with estimated delivery dates. Very friendly service all around. I used Diamond Kitchen and Bath for a new island and pantry while remodeling my kitchen. Randy was my salesman and he was outstanding, reaching out to me to review the schematics of the cabinets for the project to make sure they would fit. He was quick to make an adjustment when necessary and matched my existing cabinets. I was very happy with the experience.Dave was my installed and did an excellent and thorough job with the install. He was done in less than a day and the cabinets turned out better than I could have imagined.Overall the process was super smooth. I put their cabinets in for a customer. I remembered what a pain they they were. But I figured in 4 years they may have changed their ways. I looked at 3 base vanity cabinets. Totaling appx. $800. Then to have them delivered to their store where I buy them they want another $175. People are a POS. Im amazed their still in business. Run from these guys, much better pricing elsewhere .

Ryan G. did a terrific job at installation- again, careful, talked to us about preferences, and he finished ahead of time. We had put in our order for multiple room cabinets and unfortunately had a problem with the house so had to make a move. Diamond K&B understood and immediately canceled our order at the factory and returned our payments. How great is that - I recommend them very highly.

When trying to figure out how we wanted to redo our kitchen/bathroom my husband and I had no clue where to go or where to start. There are just so many design studios that make it confusing. Luckily we walked into Diamond Kitchen and Cabinet and Josh was there to rescue us. We had been to two other places before and had such an awful experience we almost gave up, but were am so glad we found Josh. because he and the entire team at Diamond Kitchen and Cabinet were outstanding. They took care of everything and I mean everything. All we had to do was give him some simple measurements from our existing kitchen, and pick out a style we liked. From there, Josh had renderings of what our kitchen could look like within a day or so. AND, they didnt charge a design fee. Josh also helped pick cabinet types that make your kitchen more functional, like roll outs and drawers that open a certain way.They really do it all! Anytime we needed anything Josh was there to respond ASAP. He went above and beyond from the moment we met. If you ever need to redo your bathroom and kitchen diamond kitchen and cabinet is the place to go and Josh is the man to see!

We had Diamond Kitchen and Bath install a small bar area for us and everything was great! Randy Smith was excellent at walking us through the design phase, and handling all the scheduling. Our install was quick and did a great job. One of our doors and he noticed and ordered us a new one without us even having to ask!

My wife and I were unable to pull out our dishwasher and our cooktop romex was trapped behind the dishwasher. Jedd was solution oriented and fixed our issue in minutes. To top it off, he fixed a leak underneath the sink as well while providing feedback on what he was doing and why he was doing it.Great guy and professional. That good ole Midwest energy.Thank you!

100% recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath if you are looking for kitchen cabinets. Great service, great product, great price. Cabinet install is done in-house by pros, not contracted out like you get with the big box stores. Go see Josh at the Tatum location showroom and he will take great care of you like he did us. We ripped out our kitchen to the studs/drywall. Not only did DKB have affordable cabinetry in the style we wanted, but the quality of the cabinetry surpassed by far what Lowes or Home Depot proffered AND it was less expensive INSTALLED! Randy Smith managed to accommodate ALL my custom requests and Regis was THE master installer - the whole kitchen in two days by himself - superior craftsmanship! This was 2015 and people are still so impressed with my custom kitchen! DKB is the best!

He has a genuine sincerity in his professionalism.I met Logan more than a year ago as a Real Estate Agent helping sellers improve their homes to sell for HIGHER prices. Logan went through the grades of cabinets...furniture board vs plywood...pricing. He also discussed the wood inlays and vs particle board inside. The REASON this was so HELPFUL to me was because I need to determine budgets for the Sellers to be able to remodel their kitchens.This year we did OUR KITCHEN and dining room and Logan helped my husband & I DESIGN and he ADDED to our plan. From the first time I walked into the store and throughout the entire “remodel “ I was impressed with Randy’s customer service and professionalism. Working with Randy Smith on our kitchen and master bath was a genuine pleasure. He has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience. We especially liked that he could translate our rough descriptions and drawings into something meaningful that we could see clearly. The store has a lot of product, displays, and samples so the choices were initially overwhelming. Since there were many decisions to make we greatly appreciated Randy’s patience and guidance. Additionally, he steered us to what best fit our requirements and budget instead of pushing us in a one-size-fits-all direction. No hard-sell pressure – just good, honest salesmanship and a concern for doing right by the customer.I also want to mention the great installation job Leroy did. Not only is he skilled but also very meticulous about his workmanship. It was a large installation that took a week but he always cleaned up at the end of day. When he started, there were empty spaces and no trash. When he left, there were beautiful cabinets and no trash. BTW, Home Depot was one of three options we were considering and the rep we were working with recommended finding our own installers.Finally, the out the door price was not the lowest but the quality of Diamond’s products and the service made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision. Now that everything is complete and we are enjoying our new kitchen and master bathroom, that feeling has not changed.

I was remodeling a rental property I own and went to Diamond Kitchen and Bath. Randy Smith was my salesperson and he was great to work with. He had my budget in mind and didnt try to oversell. He came up with a great design that maximized the small space I had to work with. The contractors were all great, from the demo to the install. They came back quickly to address some repairs from the punch list and fixed everything. I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath.

Ordered cabinets 3 months ago and they arrived with an incorrect drawer. We ordered a replacement (6weeks to arrive). When the replacement arrived we discovered it was incorrect. Another 6 weeks and we discover the replacement for the replacement is wrong. Randy will not accept responsibility for the costs involved. My homeowner wants reimbursement for their out of pocket costs. Randy denies any liability. 3 INCORRECT DRAWER ORDERS is proof of incompetence. Randy’s refusal to compensate is proof of dishonesty

I worked with Alex Jackson and I couldnt say enough great things about my experience with him. He was always so kind, and was happy to walk through options with me and when I was in a rush to place an order he stayed late just to ensure the order got in that night, so I could have it by a specific date. Every time I called in or emailed to check on the item he was always so kind to keep me updated on when it would be available without hesitation (some companies may react annoyed to give updates-but definitely wasnt the case at this company). Ill say everyone I have spoken to at Diamond Kitchen and Bath have all been very nice so Im so glad to now be working with Alex as well. The item ended up arriving even earlier than expected to top it all off, so I was very pleased!! I definitely recommend them!

I went to several places to price cabinets for a full kitchen remodel, then found Diamond Kitchen and Bath. I worked with Mike Johnson to design the kitchen and he made the process easy, answering all my questions, mixing cabinetry from different lines, and redesigning as needed. Great customer service! Randy Smith at the Tatum location has always been great to deal with. Purchased cabinets, counter tops and sinks in 2017 and just contacted Randy for some warranty work.... no problem so far with getting the work started.

I did my kitchen and master bath in August and came back in February 2020 to finish my 2nd bathroom. So smooth, the ordering process is simple and easy, tear and installation is professional and well done. I am overjoyed with all the work done and highly recommend this company.Very happy customer. I worked w Mike in the showroom at Thunderbird and Tatum - he fully explained the process with me. Their selection is very good, my options were many, but Mike helped me narrow it down. Cabinets took 6 weeks from order to install - the guys that came to tear out my old kitchen were prompt and friendly, and very clean given the work they needed to do. Dave did the installation which took 2 days and its perfect. The whole process was extremely smooth, professional and courteous and the price was what I expected. Highly recommend using this company.

My cabinets are AMAZING!! Staff in the store were friendly and knowledgeable. Installation had structural challenges which were met precisely. Kevin Mantooth was professional and efficient. He brought the issue of my unlevel floor foundation to my renovation contractor and made certain all my cabinets were installed precisely! In addition he left my rooms cleaner than he found them! I would highly recommend this team to others!

We have worked with Randy Smith during our kitchen remodel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us design our new kitchen. Our cabinets were delivered the exact day Randy said they would be here. We are pleased with the quality of the cabinets even though there are a few doors that need to be replaced. I ordered kitchen cabinets through Alex Jackson at Diamond and what an amazing experience this has been. Alex has been very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The coordination of delivery and install was very accommodating to my schedule, even when I had to change it on them! We finally completed our renovation of the kitchen in our 44 y.o. home. And in one word...Fabulous. The cabinet design, granite counter match, colors, textures...everything has been done just the way we had hoped. However, the main reason for this success story is due to our Saleperson, Alex Jackson, at Diamond Kitchen and Bath on Thunderbird and Tatum.Without his guidance, patience and continued support, we would never have completed the kitchen we envisioned, but were not experienced enough to know how to achieve. He answered all questions, inquired about our goals, cared enough to learn our likes and dislikes and was always readily available with timely responses to our concerns and multiple queries.Not only did all process proceed as promised, when we had a couple of problems with doors (which was not Diamonds fault), Alex ensured proper remedy of these as well. He remains one of the most courteous, friendly, and helpful salesperson I have meet in any profession.I also want to acknowledge Mike at the store who never hesitated to assist us whenever Alex was not available. All in all, a great experience with our first renovation. We plan to continue using Diamond and Alexs services for our further bathroom renovations of our home.

He has been so helpful in coordinating the delivery and installation of my kitchen cabinets! I ran into several delays during the renovation of my property, and he was able to change the dates for me so that things went more smoothly. He was courteous and friendly, and I couldn’t be happier with my cabinets. They look great, and I would most definitely reccomend Logan Peterson and Diamond Kitchen for your cabinets!

Excellent professional service from start to finish. Logan Peterson designed and organized a beautiful new white kitchen in one hour. I outlined what I wanted and he pointed me to perfect granite and new appliances at Spencers.Each crew showed up on the scheduled time did their job and cleaned up.Amazing company!

My wife and I bought a house that had not been remodeled since the early 70s so a full remodel was in our future. We shopped around and decided to go with diamond. Nick was our salesman and he was awesome! Very easy to work with and really helped us along the way. Even after the sale. Jedd was our install guy and I literally think he is Ron Swansons son. I have no doubt he could build a kitchen from scratch. There were a few snags, as with any home remodel, but Nick always resolved the issue immediately without any hassle. People that have seen our kitchen 15 times still comment how incredible it is. Two thumbs up!

We were referred to Diamond Kitchen & Bath when our vacation condo kitchen was unexpectedly ruined by water damage. Logan Peterson was a voice of calm and experience in a trying time for our family. We now have a kitchen (and bath) that is gorgeous. Logan helped with every aspect including installation details, much of it from over the phone and 1000 miles away. We highly recommend Logan & Diamond for peace of mind with a big project.

I used Diamond Kitchen & Bath to install new vanities and countertops in all three of my bathrooms. In all cases, I went in and discussed what I was looking for and went over options with them. They were patient and took their time answering all of my questions. The delivery and installation of the vanities went without any delays in the timetables they established. The quality of both the products and the installation was great. I was very happy with the entire process.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and my sister saw the ad from Diamond Kitchen and Bath. I really enjoyed working with Randy. He came to my house that day and did all the measuring. I needed cabinets that would work for me and Randy made suggestions on how to make them work for me. I love my cabinets and countertops. There are a few adjustments that still need to be made so I cant give it 5 stars but nothing major. I would not hesitate to have them do my bathrooms when the time comes.
