Initially very impressed by the dealership. New and clean facility with lounge, charging station, and beverages. Salesman Bill Durst was more than accommodating to keep me informed about the arrival of the vehicle that I was interested in. Once it was in, he get to the ok for me to drive the special edition vehicle so I could see if it was the correct vehicle for me, considering most purchasers want them without any miles. I was very impressed by the vehicles performance, features, styling, and price. This is where it went down hill...Due to my interest in the vehicle, I asked for some rough numbers. The numbers guy saw that I was an Auburn Fan and was so nice to write ROLL TIDE (Alabamas motto) on the bottom of the quote. Not a sales tactic I would use. Insult your potential buyer while also demonstrating your level of immaturity. That put a sour taste in my mouth and immediately knocked my interest for doing business with Coulter. After that the quote showed me that I was wasting time. A $4k market adjustment (aka $4,000 of money down the drain and straight profit for the dealership) plus $1,990 of theft, paint coating, and other BS items added $5,990 to the price of a car (priced about $6,000 under the competition) magically to the round number of $59,000. Its interesting that the dealer mandated additions and original price came out to a round number. This shouldve all been on the web advert by the way. It isnt and they are probably using this to bring in customers and bait and switch with higher prices like they tried with me.Well I didnt even entertain furthering the conversation as I saw it would be a waste of my time. I left and will probably be buying a competitors vehicle for what they were asking. Last good note is they at least let me take the quote with me.TL:DR Generally nice sales guy, but got insulted and bait and switched on price.
My wife and I are proud owners of a brand new used Cadillac Escalade 😀😀After Mrs. Benz told me that we needed a 7 passenger vehicle because we needed room for the grandkids and our other grandkids.Initially I thought I couldn’t afford an Escalade or even be walking in a Cadillac dealership. I applied online which made it convenient so we didn’t waste each other’s time. After I plugged in our information, we received an offer for our trade and rough numbers for the new loan.Due to my late inquiry, I didn’t get an answer the same day but it was worth it.Denise our salesperson contacted us first thing the next day. After an 45 minute drive, we arrived . She was very thorough, friendly and easy going and we couldn’t be anymore happier. Then the dreaded next step, the finance manager, ewww😩I’m not going to lie people, Mr.J. David Smoker explained exactly what we needed, GAP, extended warranty.I think he knew by his years of experience on what our needs were and met them.I would highly recommend them!!!But make sure you have all your ducks in row and I’m sure they’ll get you into your dream Cadillac 😊
Coulter Cadillac has called in service quality. I would recommend almost any other place to get work done. In recent years, customer service has disappointed me. I have been a loyal customer for many many years. I really like my customer service representative Gary, honest straight shooter. But the rest of the team is lacking. Changing policies after car is bought. Appointment setting is now done without any type quality. Loaner car department is so rude, borders on insulting. Stay clear of Coulter!!!!
I previously left a bad review because Coulter deserved it.. However, I gave them a second chance and Coulter came through big time.. Professional and courteous service was all I experienced. They completed my job in a reasonable amount of time and they washed my truck!! Thanks so much for a pleasant experience.
The dealership worked pretty good with me, but beware of the service dept. now, they tried to rip me off saying numerous maintenance issues that passed in Dec. 2020, a 1000k miles difference. Tried to charge me for filters not needed, did get a brake flush they said I or previous owner turned down, to find out it passed in Dec. tried to charge for a free service till I called them out (guess tried to recover from a discount), they told me over $1200 in reg maintenance needed, even everything passed in Dec, of course didnt get a copy of the inspection/ diagnostic report this time around.Tried to reach out for management to respond & got crickets other than the service guy that harassed me, will NOT deal with this dealership again.
Just purchased my car 2018 and it supposedly had the certified Cadillac inspection and discovered just before I drove it off the lot that the sunroof was completely unusable. Made we worried about what else may have been missed. Finally had the issues resolved, but wasnt very convenient to get it done. All of the issues that were discussed prior to purchased have now been addressed and as of now the car is great.
When I first came here December 1, 2016 I was greeted with a customer service staff that was transparent, friendly, and went above and beyond in regards to customer service. Well after spending almost 45 minutes trying to get routed to “service” today I ended up driving all the way to the dealership to speak to someone in regards to my vehicle.Once I arrived I was greeted by two gentleman who helped me. However, I’ve been coming here off and on for the last four years and I’ve seen a change in the customer service and I want to bring this to your attention. I feel that if it continues I will not be coming back. The operator who transferred me to “service” was rude and I could not get them to route me to a specific technician to speak to them “directly”about my car which is what I asked the operator to do. I called back and I asked the front desk if I could speak to a manager a manager in service and was again transferred to someone voicemail.Get it together! I don’t care how many years it’s been I still look for consistency when it comes to customer service I thought your name “Coulter Cadillac” meant everything to you as it should to the public. It is a name that is recognized in the valley for “quality” customer service care take pride in the people you employ. I should have been able to get someone on the phone!
The Coulter Cadillac Phoenix salesperson, Mr. Bill Durst, was exceptional. Obviously he had much experience for he handle himself as a topflight professional. He was kind, helpful, not pushy, and as such made the whole process pleasant. Also, when the financial department was busy and could not get to me for over an hour, he stuck with me, allowing the time to pass a we shared our backgrounds and stories.
We are very pleased with the service and attention that we recieved from Thomas Burroughs at Coulter Cadillac and the entire team. All of our financing and paperwork was taken care of and ready to sign when we got to the dealership that morning. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a vehicle, you will not be disappointed.
Was helped immediately and told what I needed to know right from the start without any run arounds. I was Assisted by Gary Shimp who was very nice and allowed me to stay with my vehicle because of the interlock device. The technician that worked on my car seemed dedicated and showed a true passion for her work and it was a pleasure to have her operate on my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back for all my automotive needs knowing that the experience will far exceed my expectations!
Great customer service! I am very satisfied with service I received!!
Worst Cadillac dealership to take your car for service wouldn’t recommend currently have a Cadillac Escalade Hybrid and they replaced a part that supposedly fixed probably just for me to take it back next day for same problem. Car was there being diagnosed for a week and that was there result. Still waiting on these mechanics to actually figure out what is wrong with the car and they don’t know anything. Should had took it to Arrowhead Cadillac instead maybe they have better mechanics that actually know how to work on the cars they sell.
I had a pleasant experience at Coulter Cadillac and was assisted by Titus. I just want to say how impressed I was by his professionalism, knowledge, and personable attitude. He was one of the nicest and understanding salesman that has ever assisted me. Thank you Titus! You are definitely an asset to this location and I hope you continue to thrive in your career! God bless you and your family.
This happens to be the worst place to get your vehicle serviced at. They literally had my car for 3 days and couldn’t even get a diagnostic test done. They never stated “hey we’re a bit behind and it’ll be a few days” No it was “oh, I’ll have to call you tomorrow” I’m sorry what?! I had to be the one to call and ask what’s going on and still same thing. “Well I’m having my techs look at it now” YET NO DIAGNOSTIC WAS DONE OR GIVEN SO PLEASE TELL ME WHEN YOU LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE?! Than after calling my warranty people they stated Coulter Cadillac NEVER contacted them like Mr. Mark Had claimed and they suggested getting my vehicle out ASAP! So they lied about calling my warranty company. Than after all this when we pick up vehicle Mark DeMedonza or wte said that he had to jump my car to get it started !! I DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR STARTING !!! The worst place ever and wouldn’t suggest my enemy to go here either… if I could give zero stars I would be glad to. Never again.
Working with Salesperson Dureen Olsen is always 5 Star!!!! Highly recommend.
GM Paul Glans and his team are truly amazing to work with. Coulter has been the ONLY dealership we have purchased from since 2014. From the time of purchase to regular maintenance visits, they always make us feel like part of the Coulter family.
Stan Powell was great and I love my new 2021 XT5!
Awful service experience. Previously took our Cadillac (a dozen vehicles) fleet to Coulter and was very happy. Called 9 times in a three day period leaving messages to schedule a service appointment. Finally asked for the service manager who was very sarcastic and rude. Called back and asked for the general manager and was transferred to a generic voice mail box with no greeting. Fully understand places being understaffed due to Covid; but zero excuse for leaving a half dozen messages with no return and then being treated with sarcasm and unwillingness to help.Called Courtesy Chevrolet across the street and they answered right away, were super nice, and made a next day appointment.Your response is very generic. How might you do that?
I was an out of state buyer however I do own a home in Goodyear, that said my sales persons name was Onan, who was difficult to deal with. I paid cash for the car and wanted to pick the car up on 7/4, Onan did not want me to pick up the car because he was not working that day, I agreed to wait until today to pick it up by 10:00am however that was to early for Onan he wanted me to wait until 12:00 noon when he was scheduled to work. He did show up to deliver the car however in my book that is not good customer service, what ever happened to the customer comes first?
Love this dealership. Bought my 2016 CTS a couple years ago. Paul G. the GM was so accommodating when I needed help. I have taken my car in for service a few times for issues under warranty and a few oil changes. Gary in service has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me, he provides me with ALL the info I need and he always has a smile. I am happy he is my service guy. Thank you!
Had difficulty setting up the appointment, the person was also not very friendly. Had appt. for the dealership to pick up my car at 9am from my work, but by 10am, did not hear from anyone. Called the service dept. and was told they are short staffed but they finally picked up my car at 11am. They were also confused as to where they were picking up; when setting up the appointment, I asked to pick up at my work, but the work order had them picking up at my house. Did not hear anything about my car as the day went on, had to call at 430pm, as I needed my car to leave work and pick up my son from daycare. Was lied to and told my car was on its way and had already left the dealership, however, I checked my location on my app and my car was still parked at the dealership. Spoke to the service manager who was also not very friendly. He blamed all the delays on being short staffed due to COVID. I can understand that, but a little communication and friendliness can go a long way. Its the lie for me.....
If you need a car, go to Coulter. Very pleasant folks, very helpful and very clean facility.
I talked to Michael the Service Manager today. There was a big misunderstanding, from my first calls and visit to Coulter, buthe explained and took excellent care of me. I do recommend themfor the care of your car, and customer service. Have a Blessed Day!!
I made an appointment to have my oil changed. I decided to wait at home. Dropped the car off at 130pm. Called at 4 to see if the car was ready as I hadnt heard anything from the service manager. I was told they hadnt even started yet! The car wasnt ready until after 5pm! When I spoke with the service manager about the long wait he informed me they expedite the service of people who are waiting in the lobby ahead of people who are not in the lobby waiting. Excuse me? I made an appointment to have my car serviced and you put others ahead of me? How is that even remotely acceptable? Because you chose to make me wait nearly 4 hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE you gave me 10 dollars off my service. So, youre willing to lose money over improper time management? Very poor business model indeed. I absolutely will not return. And, I was told by the service manager they dont really pay attention to the reviews...maybe you should since were the people who bring you business. Very Very disappointed with this company
They never fail to impress me,, the most recent was a air bag recall,, got it back way sooner than expected,, even cleaner than I had it,,bunch of good people there,,wished I could have. Thanked each one individually, hey kudos Coulter Caddie people!!!
Crystal Fletcher is an excellent sales person for Coulter Cadillac. I will refer our friends to go to Coulter Cadillac and see Crystal for the purchase of their next vehicle.
I brought my car in for an oil change today and I was on time. The service guy didnt even come out for 30 minutes to talk to me. He told me it would take 2 hours to change the oil. 3 hours have passed and my car is still not ready. I learned they didnt even start the oil change until the 3 hour mark. I will never come back here for service or even sales (bought my car here). Wish they had offered to bring me home while waiting or at least informed me they were running behind. Complete lack of communication and the resulting level of service is apalling.
My service was excellent at Coulter Cadillac.Thank you!
I am happy to say I was contacted by Paul the general manager and he help me Straighten out a few issues and get back on track And both parties are satisfied I really appreciate his efforts And professionalism Something thats hard to find anymore. Thank you Coulter Cadillac by the way I love my car...
I have purchased several vehicles from Coulter Phoenix over the years and have always had a straight forward, professional experience. The manager, Paul does a great job. Highly recommended!
Bill Durst was my salesperson. He gets an A+!The easiest & fastest car negotiation/sale of my life.Zero pressure & provides realistic advice.Ask for Bill, if you happen to shop at this dealership.I love my 2020 GMC Terrain Denali!Thank you, Bill!
Previously I took my car to get the oil changed at Earnhardt Cadillac in Scottsdale. Was not happy with that service or the advisor- so decided to give Coulter a try. Much friendlier advisor, vacuumed my car, ran test to see what you may need soon- Scottsdale was the opposite, they where rushed. I asked about my battery and they ignored that and seemed like his goal was to get me out of their asap. So I appreciated knowing that at Coulter they did look over and inspect my car as well as take care of me while I was there.
Fast, friendly service, good folks.Praise God!!
Its a nice place very clean and very professional looking. Our salesman Bill was great no pressure and very professional. The sales manager gave us a little attitude and caught giving us an eye roll when we first got there (Maybe because we are a young couple they thought we wouldnt buy). We bought a Chevy Tahoe with very little haggle and he still wasnt very nice. All in all though a good experience, Bill made this very easy and the finance guy was quick and to the point and didnt pressure me on the extras. They also gave us a fair deal maybe would give 5 stars if they had any kind of snacks like most places do while you are waiting.
Coulter is the place to go for your new car purchase. We purchased 2 cars for Paul 10 years ago at A different dealership. That experience was great so we followed him down to Coulter. We went in “just looking” but buy the end of the afternoon we were driving home a new XT5. Between Paul and our salesman Alan, the experience was fantastic. My wife loves her new truck and we look forward to a long relationship with their service department.
Since my bad experience with company i was reached out to and received apology and offer to make things right and that is very kind and shows the ability to accept and move forward from feedback.Went ahead and gave extra stars for trying to make things right .... 1st interaction with service... Beyond disappointed...Feeling frustrated after someone hit my Cadillac and broke the tail light i went into the dealership to get replacement the service person could not have been more rude and basically snubbed me. After not saying more then what do you need and the garage is behind dealership he handed me paper of tail light cost and walked away. Really disappointed me with the customer service level. Specially when i did jus buy my Cadillac a year ago. Sadly i will be looking to take my business elsewhere.
0 stars is what I rate. Mike and Gm Paul are extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. I trusted in GMC because I purchased my vehicle from Coulter and Coulter had done what I thought was good service on my vehicle. However, the customer service and treatment I received from Coulter forced me to take my business elsewhere. Mike and Paul’s unprofessional, brutish, and demeaning way of communicating over issues regarding the car repair, a repair which I shouldn’t have needed, given that I had brought in my 2013 GMC Terrain to Coulter for the same issue six months ago, was evident when they insisted that the issue was resolved. Turns out, it was not! And when I pressed this issue, Mike responded that it was my own fault for buying an “old car.” Mike and Paul did one thing right - they made it very clear to me that purchasing a used car from Coulter is a huge mistake, and that my money can better be spent elsewhere. If you are looking to get swindled by the some of the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, and patronizing car salesmen, look no further than this place.
Really enjoyed the food in the cafe. Breakfast is amazing and lunches out of this world. They do breakfast and lunch Monday thru Friday. All meals r $3. The staff is friendly and always accommodating. Looking for a quick lunch or breakfast u should check this out.
Michael Ludtke and the whole service staff took great care of me!!!
Coulter Cadillac Phoenix is the best place to take your Cadillac and get. Ive had a really great experience taking my car there and getting really good service from one individual named Titus Petty who usually goes above and beyond and shows the excellence of Coulter Cadillac. 😁
I just recently purchased a 2020 Escalade from Coulter – Phoenix. I had been shopping around in various states to include Colorado, Arizona and Utah. Coulter had the best prices overall. Being remote and trying to do online buying, Coulter was the only dealership of the three I was in contact with that expedited the process and completed a deal via e-mail and phone. I have had the vehicle about a week and I have just received the first deal on paper from another dealership that I was in contact with. To put that into context, within a 2 day time frame, Coulter had me in my vehicle driving off the lot, whereas the other dealerships I have not heard from, or a delay in responding or they are still sending me silly e-mails saying, hi we are following up with you and asking what they can do for me. To make this happened, Coulter and my sales person Samantha Marciniak, contacted me at the beginning, I told them what I was looking for, they offered the best vehicle selection that got me more for my money. Samantha handled the process to include filling out the application over the phone, getting it into financing and a follow up phone call asking me when I could be here to pickup the vehicle. I could have drove off the lot sooner but wanted to drink beer on Friday afternoon so I told her I would be there on Saturday instead, so the 2 day time frame was really me pushing it to the following day. So the efficiency of the staff was impressive. To all of the staff, I say thank you for what I found to be a remarkable experience.
Coulter Cadillac went above and beyond to provide a great purchasing experience!
Amazing service and great quality vehicles!!!
Would give zero stars if I could dropped off my car got the oil changed and never had a leak and they told me afterwards they saw a crack and wanted me to change it, but told me if I had never seen oil then it’s fine. Next day walk out to my truck and puddle of oil underneath it. Called them to ask what they did and said it was cracked and I should have had it replaced. They will mess up your car to charge you for extra services don’t go here
Love Coulter Cadillac!!! My contact Samantha is the best. She found me a beautiful car Cadillac for a reasonable price. She made me a believer. I have a 2020 xt4 for less the my GMC Acadia. Love having a brand new Caddy
Prompt service department and trustworthy
They serviced a Hummer for us. Very kind, communicated with us every step. I felt like they were honest. We will return next time we need service.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! I found the perfect car online at Coulter Buick. I proceeded to discuss the warranty details that were listed in the sellers description of the car with my sales person. He informed me that the warranty information under the sellers description of the car was a mistake and didnt apply to the car I wanted to purchase. Then he was quick to offer an extended warranty agreement to me at an additional cost. The car was also listed as a Certified Vehicle that had passed a 172 point inspection. When I made inquiry about that....the salesman said it was NOT a Certified Vehicle. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! THE WARRANTY DETAILS AND OTHER INFORMATION LISTED IN THE SELLERS DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR ARE FALSE REPRESENTATIONS OF THE TRUTH!!! BE AWARE OF FALSE INFORMATION REPRESENTED IN THE SELLERS DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR!!!
I have been in the automobile business for over 37 years. I have managed sales staffs and dealerships. Coulter Cadillac is a very well run dealership, from the sales staff to the service department. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past 3 years. I have had excellent service from Gary Shimp in the Service Department. I had the best experience ever buying my car with the help of Stan Powell, a real professional salesman. Financing the car was made easy with the help of Sarah Burt. It is my opinion that if you are in the market for a car, go see Coulter on Camelback
Awful service and no communication when having any maintenance done on your vehicle.
Am here with my room mate she is getting the oil changed in her car today.
Jeanne, the receptionist, is reason enough. Kind, thorough, articulate & professional. The best Christmas tree as well!!!
Was so impressed and Thankful for the Amazing Service Randy Russo gave me today. He was very Friendly and My car was fixed in less time than I thought it would be. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and even had My car washed for me!!Thank you so very much Randy. You deserve 5 stars. I appreciate the great Service.
Great friendly service and quick! Too bad Bill Luke service isnt the same way. I need to ask him the next time I go in if they would take my warranty work for my Dodge and my Ram.
GM Paul Glans is a class act.Contacts me about a complaint, and completely ignores it, and takes 0 accountability. Just points the finger at me for his dealership straight out lying to me.
First of all I towed my car in for a recall and a diagnostic and they had me pay for a new battery and since the car started when they installed the new battery they figured that fixed my problem which it didnt so they call me up and said my car was ready for pick up and its running they never performed a diagnostic they gave my car back dirty so I got car back home and it wont start again im stuck back in square one big inconvenience and waste of money and timeI hope no one has to go through what I went through dealing with Coulter Cadillac
Thank you, Bill Durst and Coulter Cadillac for a most enjoyable and professional car buying experience. Its great to buy a quality automobile that is fairly priced and get service that exceeds your expectations. Thank you all again for my most enjoyable car buying experience ever!
Coulter did a great job of being responsive to my needs and listening. I contacted a number of Cadillace dealers and Coulter was by far the most responsive. They delivered the vehicle to my door and made the whole process seamless for me. This was a 5 star experience and I bought a great new Escalade without having to experience a sale. Rather, what I experienced was simply service. Well done Coulter Cadillac.
Paul Glans is highly professional. Prices are high. Gary Schimp is the best.
First time buying a car from a dealership and thanks to Roger and sarah I am now driving away with a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado! Best service and will definitely come back for my 2nd dealer car. Will definitely recommend coulter Cadillac to my family and friends! Thanks to renee tullani for helping us out!
Ryan Teed and Bill Durst are an exceptionally professional team. We could not have received a better deal or had a more satisfying experience in leasing the 2020 XT5. The entire Coulter Cadillac team is first rate.
If you are GMS or GM employee do not buy from Coulter. We bought a Cadillac Escalade from them a few years ago.Went back to buy another Escalade and they refused to honor GM employee pricing or GMS.
They wash car after service and some how they managed to make it look worse than what it did when I brought it in. Moved seats mirrors...
The facility is nice, but the dealership showed no respect for my time. Twice, I made a service appointment for my Cadillac, and despite reassurance of an available loaner car, twice, the service department didnt have a loaner car for me. I planned my day around their appointment time! Never again. Ill be servicing my car at another Cadillac dealership. To add insult to injury, the GM responded to my review and asked me to call to discuss. I did, left a message, and a week+ later, no one called back. Shameful. Stop posting responses to make yourself look good. If you cared, you would have called me in the first place -- you have my contact information.
We worked with Stan Powell on the purchase of our new Cadillac Escalade and it was a terrific experience. The entire process from beginning to end was easy, simple and clearly consumer friendly.I cant imagine how the experience could have been better on the sales end or when we picked up the vehicle the following day.
I thought the Cadillac was reputable until I found out about this place. Shady deals are done here. Would not recommend buying any used car from here unless you get it THOROUGHLY inspected by an outside source BEFORE purchasing.
I was looking to trade in my truck for something more fuel efficient. I contacted this dealership after a unfortunate experience with another Cadillac dealership and Im very happy I did. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I felt valued and was helped every step of the way. Very wonderful people working there for sure!! Im super excited about my new crossover and couldnt have been more pleased with the overall experience. Class. Luxury. Respect---Thats the core of this Cadillac dealership.
Just thought it was funny this place is still sending me coupons they havent honored the first time around (10% off coupon). Its been 6 months and I still havent received my little $30 check that Dan reassured me would be in the mail the next day.... Maybe by Christmas?? LOL...I wont be holding my breath, and I stick by my original review. This place sucks!!
We had traveled a ways to get to Coulter but believe it was worth the trip. Christina Rogge had responded to our email inquiry in a timely and courteous method. Too many dealers wanted our phone number and didnt wish to communicate by email. We were sad to learn that Christina was ill and not working. Another sales consultant took her place in getting the car we were interested in seeing. That car we did in fact purchase the next day. The finance manager Mr. Smoker was a pleasure with which to finish the purchase. There was not any pressure to buy add-ons that we didnt want. Thanks Dave for helping complete the paper work quickly. We do not how the commission structure works with sales people but would have preferred Christina could have been there. Her replacement did a good job in getting the sale done but we have to deduct a star because of no follow up on his part after the sale. Since it wasnt his sale maybe he didnt feel obligated to return our calls. Otherwise he is a good sales consultant. We hope to have a 5 star review after our first visit to the Coulter Cadillac service department.
A dealership Service Department that actually listens. Fantastic Service. They definitley earned a customer for life. Thank you Titus and Coulter Cadillac
These guys were awesome. I called them on Friday and told him what I was looking for and within an hour or two, they countered with exactly something I could handle. I drove up Saturday morning for a no-frills deal. They even helped me load my Harley Davidson in the back of my new truck so I could get back home! These guys Rock!
I love my Cadillac ! The ladies were friendly and thorough from start to finish. I tend to get inpatient with the car buying process but not this time around. Excellent! Thank you!
Great customer services! Jose listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. He went the extra mile to ensure we were in what fit our family and our budget. Overall awesome experience.
Our car was recently totalled and we needed to replace it with a used one. I spent weeks trying to find a good used car and visited several dealerships. Coulter was the only one to treat me with respect and interest in my needs. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting when I arrived. The sales process was very transparent and quick.I was very impressed that they replaced the AC compressor after I bought the car but before I picked it up because they found it was not working correctly on their final inspection. Now who does that after the car is sold. If Coulter has a car I want the next time I am in the market you can bet I will buy it there.
I had stopped into another Valley Cadillac dealer last week and honestly felt they didnt want my business so when Coulter was suggested to me I took a ride and visited them. Big difference in atmosphere from the get go, I wasnt greeted by 10 hungry salespeople. Enjoyed Austin my salesman and he worked up numbers with me before my husband arrived. Drove away in my beautiful XT5. I do believe they have my business for a very long time.
After visiting a near-by Nissian dealership and having bad customer service, we decided to try Coulter out. Thomas, our sales person listen to us, the manager worked with us, and Sara was outstanding. A great experience and we have our Nissian truck. Thank you.
Amazing family owned dealership with the best staff to help with all your needs.
Great service with a positive attitude toward find my vehicle. Below market price!! And Excellent feedback. Thank you Allen!
Waited over 3hrs for a new battery, only to be informed it would be $385.00 for a new one, as I now wait for another hour. My prior experience for a scheduled oil change took 4 hrs and very pricey as well. Coulter Cadillac is over priced and not worth the hype. nrecommend.
For anyone else who has a problem with Paul Glans their careless GM. You can find him at his house.Paul Glans6688 E. Red Bird RdScottsdale, AZ 85266
Love the CT5. It runs great and looks fantastic.
Had a Wonderful experience at this location. My Salesperson was Jose he was very professional, polite, and made this miserable task of buying a new SUV very pleasuable. I told him before I came down I did not want to spend all day at the dealership. He said tell me what are your looking for and when I got there had the Vehicle in the front waiting for me. Jose was very knowledgeable about the Yukon, he gave me a tour, sat in the truck and explained every feature to me and how it worked. I have not had a person so caring to make sure I knew what and where everything in the truck was I needed. I then dealt with the fiance manager John Smoker, the entire process with him was 30 minutes. I have nothing but good things to say. This Dealership was a GREAT choice and appreciate them for making this process so easy.
My sister and I are from out of state we had to get to St. Joseph Hospital every day, our Chevy van had issues and would not start I towed it to a shop they said wiring problems, I knew it was simply a battery. So I was referred to Coulter Cadillac was treated so kind! The service writer called me and yes a battery, very quick and fair service! They have know idea how much I appreciate their kindness and fairness! I Highly recommend....
Very nice people- Doreen is a very clear, direct- no baloney representative with many years of auto sales experience. The dealership is competitive and aggressive. A definite winner!!
Amazing Dealership, Great Service and exceed all expectations!
I bought a pre-owned Chevy Suburban from Coulter and had a great experience. We visited and talked to several other dealers and salespeople on Saturday but Bill Durst and Coulter stood out as the best. Bill was extremely helpful and took more of an advisory role than an aggressive sales one.Ryan in Finance also served us well—the process was quick and easy. Dante and Esteban and everyone else we interacted with was great. The whole team went above and beyond during the sales process, and Ive already received quick and responsive post-sale support. Id certainly buy a car from Bill Durst and Coulter again.
A very no nonsense experience here. I spoke to Dante on the phone, and Donte greeted us at the door. He was very transparent and easy to work with. The whole staff was great. None of the usual games weve experienced at some other dealerships. If youre in the market, I highly recommend working with the team at Coulter.
It was a little far to travel for a car from where I live but the service was awesome. My salesman was great as were all the members if the Coulter Cadillac team even thought actually bought a GMC Yukon from them. I was still treated likes a very important client. I would purchase from them again.
Zero stars. I called from out of state and the salesman that picked up stated the the car was being test driven and may be spoken for but the would call me back. Within minutes he called and stated the the car available. I asked if he could walk the car and confirm the mileage. He texted back a pic of the odometer and a video, which was very poor quality. I had several questions as I could not see or drive the car at this time and he was not helpful and acted like he was being put out to answer questions. This was followed up by unprofessional texts. I spoke to the service manager who seemed very helpful and interested in my business. As it was late in the day, he said he would look into costs for shipping the vehicle and have a detailed video put together for my review. He stated that he would follow up with the used car sales manager who would contact me the next day. The next day came and went with no response. I called the next day, got a VM and the used car sales manager returned my call. He said that he didn’t get the information and said that the car had been sold and driven away two days ago. I found this odd as I had seen pics and a video from the day in question. He apologized. This dealership got great reviews which is why I was willing to possibly buy a car that I liked, but couldn’t easily see in person or drive.Unprofessional and poor follow through.UPDATE:Two days after my review, I noticed a boilerplate response by the GM inviting me to call and discuss my review. As it was the weekend, I waited until Monday morning to call. I was told that he was in a meeting and given his VM. I identified myself and stated why I was calling and left all of my contact information, which they already had.The day came and went with no call. It would appear that his request for me to contact him was nothing more that a ploy to show others reading these reviews that he sincerely cares. I guess that this business’ poor communication goes to the top, or starts there.
A complete scam! Unprofessional service especially from Nick Lopez.
Excellent experience! Professional, friendly, fast! Thanks Coulter Team Paul, Sarah and Jose!
We were welcomed and treated like family. We came in to get our Escalade’s oil changed and ended up purchasing our new Cadi. Bill Durst was our salesmen from before and for this car as well. He is so accommodating and very knowledgeable We recommend Coulter to everyone we know! Thanks Coulter!
I love Coulter Cadillac!!!! I drive 45 min., from my home to get there! Randy Russo is my Service Admin. & he is really great to work with. I went in for tire maintenance & windshield issues. I ended up getting 2 tires & a new windshield. Everyone was very helpful! Ive already had mobile service on my windshield & scheduled service to calibrate the back-up camera. These are things I didnt know, until Coulter staff, informed me! So great !!!
Paul and Jason were excellent. They worked hard to help with my car buying experience. I would recommend Coulter in Phoenix for your car buying.
This is a family own dealership and they make you feel like family. I would go buy there again and recommend them. Salesman Roger and group were fantastic. Never thought Id buy where they have that catchy jingle. The dealership with the car on the roof!😎👍
Great service is always quick and friendly. But it should be when you buy a Cadillac. I never take my car any place else but here for all maintenance. They take care of you and make sure youre happy. Ive never been disappointed.
Randy Russo is Amazing! I have always had great service at Coulter Cadillac but this time was incredible Randy took care of everything and make feel good by checking in and keeping in the loop about my car. My Car runs amazing again! Thank you guys.
