Rich, Roy, and Pete at Quality Bumper Phoenix have been outstanding! I had a Pace Edwards electric bed topper installed at another company which was malfunctioning after I was rear-ended. The body shop which repaired my truck tried to fix the topper on several occasions... but it would always fall out of the track a day or two after getting it back from them. The original installation company no longer works on these toppers so I was forced to find someone else who would. Thankfully I found Quality Bumper!I was worried the expensive topper wouldn’t be able to be fixed but Rich expertly tuned it and I haven’t had a single issue with it in the three months since.While I was waiting for the topper to be finished Roy reviewed the options for tinting my truck to reduce the heat inside during the sweltering Arizona summers. The tint was expertly installed the same day as well as a retractable sunshade which is so much more convenient than the old fold up one I used to use (and lose). I also mentioned some of the led lights for my Amp Research retractable side steps were not working. Rich confirmed they had burned out and was able to replace them quickly.Now I am back at their shop with an issue on the retraction of the sun shade and they have replaced it at no cost in less than 5 minutes.This shop is a heck of a drive from my home in Scottsdale but the team at this location are outstanding and I will happily drive to them for all of my truck upgrades!

Armando Estolas was extremely helpful in getting me a hitch for my new RAV4. Uhaul told me that they would have something in two days, and a week later they informed me that the hitch was on back order for two additional weeks. I called Quality Bumper, and spoke with Armando. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He told me he could take care of me within a day or two, which is exactly what he did. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this establishment to a friend.

I had a truck bed cover installed. They went over all of the options to help me select the right one for me. Also had hitch and step bars installed. The gave me a great deal and discounted each item. The installer went over the operation of the cover. They are tinting my driver and passenger windows for me today. I had been to the Quality Bumper in Peoria and the service left a lot to be desired. Kinda rude. Said one thing and charged me for another. Go to Quality Bumper on Grand and around 12th ave where everything was perfect. No complaints. You will be happy with the service and product. I highly recommend the Quality Bumper on Grand.

The first time I use quality bumper was on November 4th 2019, they installed a tow bar for my blue ox on to my 2011 Cadillac SRX. Armando was more than willing to help me figure out what I needed and a time to come have it done.Unfortunately on December 17th I had a wreck and totaled my car.So on January 2nd I called Armando and he ordered the base plate for my 2011 Lincoln MKX and they installed it within a few hours.Everyone at quality bumper was more than willing to help in any way they could to get us back on the road.Thanks to everyone there... Mondo, sales representative; knowledgeable and demonstrating integrity. He respected me as a shopper needing to buy accessories not a gender. (Im a lady and that has happened to me at other locations and I detest being treated as a simple sale). Mondo demonstrated a company vehicle that had installed what I wanted, allowing me to try out the step I needed. It made a huge difference on the selection of choice for me and the only downside is his suppliers’ delivery time. With a possible 6 weeks wait time that is physically not an option for me. If I am unable to find the part expidiently elsewher, I will make the order with them. Thank you for your patience and time!
