This place is amazing they do everything! From fax and mail to notarazing signatures and selling various things in the store such as masks and nicknacks this is an all around great place.

I been coming to this place for 2 years. And the staff always smiles and ready to help you. I appreciate the girls working in this stablishment.

Great place. Helpful and friendly. I had a fax sent out and the staff was helpful and helping other clients while awaiting confirmation. Its a small place but treat you as you were a VIP.

I opened my post office Box at this location months ago. I can say from experience that the level of customer service is great. I have never had to wait an excessive amount of time nor have I come across an individual behind the counter that was lacking in customer service.

They advertise a notary being on staff during operating hours. I had a very limited window of time during my lunch break to get some documents notarized and to be sure I didnt waste my time we called the store in advance to ensure there would be a notary there during the time we needed. No one answered the phone (at 10am, they should have been open?) so we left a message detailing what we needed and never got a call back. I took a chance and went anyway on my lunch break, they had a note on the front window saying notary services were limited due to staffing issues but still available 8-3:30. It was only 1pm so we should have been fine. We waited 20 minutes in line only to find out that there was no notary in for the day. Would it have been so hard to put a note on the front door? There was already one there saying the times were limited! Would it have been so hard to answer the phone DURING BUSINESS HOURS? Or return someones call when they leave you a detailed message? I would give this place zero stars if I could. This was a complete waste of my time and my husbands time, I was not able to get the documents notarized on my lunch break because of the amount of time I spent in line and we ended up spending a lot more money for a mobile notary to come to my workplace because the documents needed to be overnighted that day. The clerk behind the counter was somewhat polite but that doesnt at all make up for their complete lack of overall professionalism.

I have been using The Mail Shoppe for over 10 years and have found them to be friendly ad VERY convenient! No long waits! I highly recommend them!

I am not a regular customer in here but I decided to stop today, I still surprise for the good prices that they have, I was expecting that it was going to be more expensive. The Lady who helped be was really nice to me, even that I only walked in asking for how much would cost me to send my package from here (because I wasnt sure if I was going to send it from here) she helped me, gave me the different options, and at the end I decided to send it... I used the USPS service and the difference in the price between here and the post office was less than $2, which, in my opinion, it isnt that much and this way I didnt have to drive all the way to a post office (like 10-15 minutes drive) in this heat...

Really good, they helped decrease the rates. Would go there all the time.

Im writing this in defense of this business... RACIST??? No, not at all. Im over 300 lbs, look like Suge Knight, covered in tattoos and Im relatively intimidating by stature and they have never treated me anything but amazing. Maybe, we need to take a look at how we come across in conversation and doing business. We are so quick to yell RACISM when we probably could have changed our entire experience by acting with class. Im sorry youre experiences were interpreted as such, but no one in that building has a problem with me. And Im as minority as it gets.... Cadillac and all.. :-)

They have great prices on their mail boxes and the ladies here are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have always been treated with respect and the lady who attends the shop is very kind.
