Very relaxing in here with all the wonderful fragrances. Prices seem a little higher than expected, hence 4 stars. Still, the staff was nice and very helpful.

Mostly nice staff. Yesterday seemed to be the exception. Never had issues here until my most recent visit. Just didnt feel the normal warm, caring, friendly vibe. Cashier was curt.

I was shopping today with my sister and friend and we took advantage of the amazing semi-annual sale! While shopping, I dropped my vaccination card and didnt know it. Jennifer contacted me to let me know she put it in safekeeping for me to pick up. Thank you so much, that really meant a lot!

So raced over after work to get candles and they said sorry were closed. They closed at 8pm and it was 7:50. I said your closing early she said sorry were open tomorrow. Lol missed the point!!!!!!! You closed before your hours posted. Waist of my time! Will not come back.

This is a nice location, just be prepared as you walk in, or even as you just walk by, I hate the smelly lotion, or rather my sinuses do! If youre willing to brave it though, they do have some gems in their lotions. My wifes biggest complaint is after awhile you cant even smell what your smelling because everything else smells so strongly.

This weekend I the made mistake of visiting your Deer Valley, AZ store. Absolutely will be my last visit! Was excited to get some hand soaps for the holidays. Ready for fall/winter scents. While shopping and standing in front of the soaps deciding all we wanted to purchase, YOUR associate reached across us, grabbed a scent and then attempted to put it in our bag. Needless to say before the need to social distancing there used to be some civility. No excuse me, pardon me or just hey you move out of my way. I would expect such from a customer but YOUR Associate - really? This associate has no common sense and apparently no training for social distancing or what some would call basic customer service skills. I did make it known that I was not happy and upset with it. The other associates in the store turned their backs so I assume that this is common practice and actually the way BBW runs their business. Told others I felt violated and was upset. They were more than happy to check me out take my money and get me out of the store. Really not one associate apologized or asked exactly what happened. Not a problem. I will never return to this store. Will post reviews everywhere and make sure I tell everyone. Grant it I only spent $50 today and my business is certainly not valued. Looking forward to the day this store closes for horrible social practices.

Lady outside told me they were at capacity and I’ll have to wait which is no big deal. some girls walked up, the employee and them hugged and they sent them inside. Pandemic is happening and you’re breaking the law to let your friends in the store so they don’t have to wait behind one person. They don’t follow regulations.

The store hours are until 5pm, but we were turned away at 4:40pm and not allowed in the store. The excuse... COVID! Really?!?!? Give people extra time to shop?!?! What?!?! Because wearing a mask causes people to have a brain deficiency, which is exhibited by a slower shopping experience?!?! EXTREMELY bad customer service. So few stores are open, we had to drive 15 miles to get here just to be turned away.

Best candles on earth

Customer service is non-existent at this location. I was turned away from the store 15 minutes before closing. I called and asked to talk to manager because maybe there was a misunderstanding but I was told “we are very busy” - yet, looking in the window there were 6, yes, exactly 6, people in the store. Unfortunately retail customer service is a lost cause at this location.

Wife took way too long trying to figure out which Christmas smell to buy in the hand soap. Staff was very friendly. Jeffery Epstein didnt kill himself

I will never go to this location again. Ive been here multiple times because its convenient but, every time I do I regret it. The girls are rude and today I was here, and my feelings were confirmed. I will drive the extra seven miles to go to the Paradise Valley Mall location. The girls there are much nicer and actually dont mind helping the customers. The only saving grace this store has is Devyne. Shes the only one who understands what customer service is.

The girls that work here are fantastic always greet you when you come through the door and are always ready to help you! Love this store!

No special deals right now other than $10 off a $24 candle. A few Fall candles in the small jars but no hand soaps or any other Fall items available. There were 1 or 2 wallflower plug ins that were Fall related. But mostly summer flavors that looks like theyre trying to either get rid of or people just dont like those. There are Fall related items on the website so I just assumed they would be available in the store. I was mistaken.

Though Sally they did not have the whole blubbery scent, Im doing to try!

I have been to location numerous times and spend quite a bit of money on candles and other home fragrances. I went in yesterday and bought $100 of home fragrances and check out with the RUDEST workers and ladies I have ever met. Kim was not the least bit pleasant and seemed rather bother that she had to scan some candles. Never once said hi or made eye contact. I will still continue going shipping here because its convienente for me, but lord help me if i get the rude worker Kim again!

LOOOVE BBW, always stop by when near one. Unfortunately, after today, I wont be returning to this location. Walked in and wasnt greeted or even acknowledged, which is whatever. However when I went to the counter to pay, the cashier (#3005614) was on her phone texting and left me standing there unacknowledged while she finished texting. I know this isnt store policy. Wont be back.

*I can buy 3 get 2 free!!!!* I happen to like getting shower gel from Bath and Body Works but the people that work here can be a little obnoxious. And wait, did I say you can buy 3 get 2 free? Are they commissioned? Honestly, when I tell someone Id just like to browse, I really mean, Id just like to browse. Perhaps, smell a few fragrances. I dont really need a play by play of every fragrance in the store. Oooh, that one is fresh! How do you like that one... very clean! Oh yesss, sultry!! If you buy 3, you can get 2 free! You realize I can buy 3 shower gels and get 2 free? I mean that is 5 freakin shower gels, how many do I need? The employees are friendly enough buy maybe they should back off a little unless the customer explicitly asks for help. P.S. I was at the check out, paying for my soap, honestly just wanting ONE. For old time sake, I was once again asked if I was *sure* I only wanted one. Hey did you know its buy 3 get 2 free?
