Batteries Plus has the products I want and need, the staff is capable. Marcos has great patience and a careful approach to the auto battery replacement process. He changed the battery in my Infiniti G37 that has a ridiculous amount of housing and shroud assembly that must be disassembled just to access the battery bracket. Marcos did everything perfectly, putting all of the parts back exactly and leaving no fasteners undone.

Came in with a dead motorcycle battery. Lady at store said to let her try charging it rather than replace it. A few hours later they called, my battery was toast. Thing is- she tried to save me money. Customer service is very important to me and I felt that she was trying to do the right thing as opposed to selling a battery. I didnt mind coming back as its 80 bucks for the new one. Ive been coming here for years and always have been happy with the service and products.

I ordered the battery for my Prius. The battery listed was a good price at about $175 I tried to put it in and it wasnt even close to fitting. brought it back and had to pay more for the right one. I wanted to fix my car already so paid the extra $58 for a battery that would fit and now paid more then I could have gotten it at a dealer. The person behind the counter was nice enough but told me my choice was take it or leave it. Ill never buy anything from this scussy company

Come here for all your miscellaneous battery needs. The hard to find ones. IDK if I would come here to buy my triple A batteries but TBH IDK what they charge so maybe you get a better deal at the store, maybe you get one here IDK. What I do know is watch batteries, laser pointer batteries, rechargeable batteries, you name it, thats what you come here for and they have a good price.You can get hard to find light bulbs too but I have never used that here so cant comment

Very pleased with Batteries Plusresolving the issue with my 2 dead batteries I bought from them 3 years and 10 months ago for my 2009 Dodge Ram with a Cummins Diesel. Paid $426.00 for 2 of them and they were still under the 4 year warranty.They replaced both batteries with no charge to me.Cant get better than that.

Good service but a little awkward. I didn’t know what battery my device needed. Gentlemen opened device and suggested the battery. Asked if I wanted lifetime guarantee to which I declined because the battery I was replacing lasted more than 5 years. With two that’s 10 more years of battery. He wasn’t clear that he asked me that because putting the battery I just bought back in was not something they do without an additional charge. He said you know what I mean.” I said no, I don’t know. Anyway, he replaced the battery but he it was so awkward. If he couldn’t do it just say so and I’d get the tiny screw driver and do it myself.

Well thats great and dandy I got you shop around the store or window shop if you will I didnt spend no money and I got to see all kinds of neat stuff they have need stuff at this place lots of it if you need things like batteries they got them in the chargable kind of the solar kind the theyve been charging you can never charge them again kind and the kind that fit into specific devices some of which they have if you have a power tool they probably have the m************ battery for it I believe it you should leave it Michael Buble in this place is all right and Knot Adidas Approved

I purchased a car alarm from this location approximately 3wks ago. Later the alarm stopped working. I returned to the store only to be told the battery wasnt any good in the alarm. The alarm has since stopped working AGAIN and Im heading back to the store AGAIN to have this issue rectified hopefully with a refund of the alarm. I aim to give anyone in customer service environment a lot of lead way, however the salesperson who initially waited on me was not very friendly nor on my return did he approach me to ask what my issue was with the purchase. A female helped me and replaced the battery at my expense. Explained the battery shouldve been checked before putting in the alarm. Due to these unprecedented times, merchandise Im sure hasnt moved since March and I believe I was sold an old alarm and battery at the initial purchase. Lets hope Batteries Plus do the right thing by the customer.

No one will answer the phone perhaps a visit to the store would change my mind but why would I had there without knowing if they have a certain item? I transferred to many other stores and no one answers at all! Are these stores even open during the pandemic?

I went to batteries plus because a battery for my bike light was dead. I was going to buy a replacement but didnt want to wait to get it from the internet. I called and asked if they would have my weird battery. They said it wasnt likely because it was a lithium ion. They said they would be able to check if the battery needed to be replaced. They put a tiny bit of charge on the battery and explained that lithium ion batteries dont charge when left dead for a long time. They explained that the little charge they added would help the battery to charge and that there was nothing wrong with it. All this was for free. I decided to buy a replacement fob for my car that I didnt care about replacing because of the awesome service I got. Thanks for your help!

Worst service I could EVER imagine. I asked MARCOS which battery was the correct size for a battery pack that I’d received.After inspecting the pack, he suggested a Nure18650 flashlight battery.I suggested that the battery seemed too big, but he assured me that it would fit.He offered to find a test battery in an effort to prove it to me.After leaving me to assist and then ring up another customer ( who arrived after me), he apologized because he could locate the “proving battery”.At $12.99 per battery ( I needed 3), I asked again about the battery size. I then decided that we should check the fit while at the store.THE BATTERY WAS TOO BIG! I proceeded to explain that I was not interested in purchasing the almost $40 of batteries because they didn’t fit. The clerk then insisted that I pay for the battery that I opened regardless of the fact that it was under his recommendation.I would like to believe that this is poor training, but he seemed rather adamant.I paid. I also took a photo of his ringing me up while I hold up the battery that I plan to share.

My computer doesnt work anymore so I went to best buy to fix it. The guy who worked there suggested me to call battery plus and get my battery replaced as my computer kept saying it needs a new battery. On the screen of course because computers cant actually speak lol but yeah it was right before Christmas so I thought it was gonna take longer but great communication and great service by the employers. They answered everytime I call and they were so polite too. The girl fixed my computer in an hour and now its as good as new.

I liked the fact they they changed my batteries in my mobile scooter casing while I waited. Being a granny, I was somewhat taken back by the 130.00 cost. It may very well be the going price these days.

I’ve gotten my screen fixed there 3/4 times now. always very helpful, always familiar faces and able to fix my phone in a timely manner. last time i went in there was a 10$ discount for making an appt online (which i had seen but just went in first thing in the morning) and was rewarded the $10 anyways without having to mention it. and your warranty is also a lifesaver. great service, great company. thank you!

Where as other stores in the area make appts when they dont have the parts, this one up charges $140 for the same part 11 miles away. super shady and really dont have much of an idea what they are talking about. glad it took three incompetent stores to tell me no to convince me not to trust significant investment to them. i cannot imagine how hard it would have been to get competent work out of them. i consider myself saved a major headache. save yourself one and find a better place.

Had a gate opener that used a A232-A battery, and they found them promptly - even put the new battery in the opener I brought in, albeit backwards, as the LED doesnt light when you press the button. Pos/Neg? Shouldnt be hard for the techs to spend as much time talking l...At least I got my batteries... I can fix their mistake...

My car battery died on a Sunday morning, so I called Batteries Plus Bulbs and Mike helped me pick out the right battery for my car. I chose Batteries Plus because they switch out your batteries for you. When I got to the place Mike tested out my battery to see if I needed a new one in the first place (nice to know he wasnt just trying to make money). It turns out I did need a replacement but Mike did not feel comfortable replacing it (which is totally fine) since it was a luxury car. Before I started to make phone calls outdoors in the 100+ degree heat for someone to replace my batteries on a Sunday afternoon, Mike offered me a cold bottle of water and to come make the calls in the store.Mikes coworker, Luis, heard about my dilemma and decided to check out my car. Even though it was a pain in the butt to replace the battery due to the battery location, Luis got to work in the 100+ degree heat and replaced my battery for me. Thankfully for Mike and Luis, I was able to avoid going to the dealership and even got a great price for my battery.I hope the higher-ups read this review and reward Mike and Luis because they deserve it. I will definitely come back here if I need to, and also refer them to all of my friends.

The backup battery for my security system was failing. I checked online and found Batteries Plus Bulbs had the exact battery that I needed in stock. I walked in and the 2 guys where hiding in the back. I wanted to have my battery checked to see if I needed a new one for my car, the didnt even check it all the asked was if I wanted a new one of the same kind. No hi or anything and it was dark in the place. Totally quit as they rang me out and no good by. Im done with this place. Weve been coming here for 6 plus yeats and they just get worst.Ill start getting my car battery at Costco and look else where for other stuff.

It took nearly 30 minutes in line to be sold the wrong items. The associates seemed like they had a lack of knowledge. I went in to purchase 2 t8 4 lamp ballasts. Believing I was sold the right part, I didnt even look at them before leaving. that was my own stupidity . I got to my job, and went to install the new ballast to quickly learn that they were 2 lamp, not 4. The trip was a waste of time, and I had to go back to return.

Very friendly, helpful, and thorough staff. Even though I didnt end up buying anything because they helped me find out that my laptops power supply wasnt the source of the problem. Highly recommended!
