This place was absolutely horrible the worst service in the world. They would not let us even get into the building. We were literally met at the door and was trying to conduct Buisness outside OUTSIDE!!!!!!!! Who does that??!!!!? Very rude and unprofessional I highly recommend somewhere else.

Tuesday I went in looking to purchase my first vehicle. I had help right away and she(sonia) helped me find the perfect car within my price range. They have flexible pay and even helped us over hours! I’d highly recommend this car shop Whether it’s your first car or your third car or whatever Rulys is the place to go!

This place only helps and looks out for their on people, I went here to check out a vehicle and they wouldn’t even let me look inside nor could I test drive the vehicle until I got a credit check, even after the check came back good they still wouldn’t let me test drive nor hold the keys, they unlocked the door for me to look in, mind you the cars are all blocking each other in anyway but you know who did get to test drive and hold keys, laugh and make jokes and take pictures, try out and look at different ones and get the best customer Service as possible, their La Familia.. if you notice their best reviews are from all Mexicans, so if your not Mexican this is not the car lot or dealer for you!!

I would have given them zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. I recently went and bought a truck and maybe two weeks of having it the engine light turned on, so I called and they were happy to fix it, so I get it back and what do you know a couple weeks go by and my truck is making a noise and at this point I have trust issues with mechanics. So I hired a family friend to look at any issues and what do you know they clipped my engine light wire so once I got it back the light wouldn’t turn on again. It sickening l, I have small children and I can’t even fathom the thought of these people sleeping at night after doing something like this. Please watch out!!!!

My husband purchased a Tahoe from them .Not even a month of having the truck it broke down. Not only did it break down but they had us pay a carnote directly to them and he didn’t even have a finance company yet! We took the car to them to be fixed and supposedly it was fixed! They wouldn’t even tell us what was wrong with the truck The truck broke down again now they won’t answer calls from us or the finance company! They are unprofessional and very rude! We put $2500 down and all we wanted was for them to give us a different car or truck but they won’t answer any of our calls! I believe all the cars on this lot are lemons ! BEWARE!! Now my husband will have a Repo on his credit for the next 7-10 years !!!!

I don’t recommend this place at all. These people scam you. I make payments and they want to take my car back after they are lying straight up saying I didn’t make a payment to United Auto Credit when I actually made payments. What’s funny is I caught them in lies because they switch their story around. No professionalism whatsoever! It’s only a act if they do show professionalism but they are in it just for the money and not the customers. It’s ridiculous! Buyers beware.

I really dont recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. I went in looking for my dream car (Mustang GT) and yes they had two of them and I ended up liking one of them more than the other. It was an 07 mustang gt with 84,000 miles on it (not bad), the price was 12k which was a bit too high to be honest. They ended up dropping the price to 11k, which was a good thing from their part. So after seeing how nice the car looked and how nice it sounded, they took me to their office to make numbers. Wasnt able to test drive the car before running my credit because apparently they dont let you test drive until they run your credit. I got approved fairly quickly. They asked for a down payment of $2,300 and a monthly payment of $361. After signing papers and closing the deal, they finally let me test drive the car that I thought was in great condition. When I started driving it I felt the shifter getting stuck when I would change gears and I asked if they could please fix it but they said it was normal which Im 100% sure that its not normal at all because Ive driven other manual mustangs and none of them were like that. The sensor that goes inside the dashboard didnt work so I didnt know how much gas was in the tank, so they told me to leave the car there to fix it and it took them about a week to get the sensor fixed. Then I realized that the emergency brakes didnt work, I also asked if they could fix it and they said come pick it up tomorrow itll be ready. So I left the car there again and went to pick it up the next day and yeah it worked good there but once I got home it started to fail again so Im sure they just tweaked it a bit but didnt fix it completely. So a couple of days passed and the car broke down on me and so I called them and asked them if the warranty they gave me would fix the problem and they just said I dont know. So I had to fix the problem with my own money. So a couple of months passed it was almost a year and I called the bank to give a payment, and I just thought about asking them how much more I have left to pay for the car and they said 11k and I was surprised when they said that because I had already given about 6k for the car. I asked why? What was the total price of the car? And they said 18k plus the $2,300 of the down payment which Is over $20,000 for a car that shouldve been sold for like 9k or 10k. Then later on when it was time to change the shocks the mechanic lifted the car and the mechanic saw that the car had the frame welded from the front and was crushed from the middle behind the engine, which means the car was crashed hard before and Im sure its illegal to sell a crashed car in a dealer or car lot in general and them not saying anything about it. But Im glad I recently got rid of that car and got myself a much newer mustang gt 5.0 at a Ford dealership for way less and better condition.

As far as customer service goes they are very friendly and I love how quickly everything was done I was in and out in about an hour and a half tops. My check engine light came on and it was fixed within 2 days. I felt like I had to ask a lot more questions rather then them giving me information but considering how everything else was handled I didnt mind it at all. The fanily is great and i would definitely come back for a second vehicle from them! I love my car and Im blessed to have come upon this location.

People act like you didnt pay good money for a car, and will tether you around if you let them.Vehicles are priced as if they are immaculate, lots of cars on the lot. Claudia and Taty are the best. I went to another dealership that I had phoned ahead and told them I was coming I arrived to find that the car was not there and nor were any people that worked there. So i was walking down the street came upon Rulys Auto Sales and they had a Lexus is250 in Silver and in much better shape than the one that was inpowered to not be there. They took great care of me and I pick it up in the morning. Thank you guys for all you have done for me. I personally recommend Rulys to anyone needing a car.

Just bought a truck from them it has a lot of mechanical issues so they told me to take it to them because they were going to fix it and it’s been almost 2 months and they haven’t gave me back the truck I keep calling them and they don’t answer my calls I have gone to the dealer and the owner apparently runs away cuz he is never there and once I saw him hide from me so I see that funny and I feel terrible cuz I am stuck with a payment of a truck that I don’t have and that doesn’t work I told them to give me in exchange and they wouldn’t give it to me so I really don’t recommend this dealer to no one..

I went into this rulys dealer like 2 weeks ago and saw a 2009 bmw 335i coupe that they had just received. The car had 125,000 its a used car so i didnt expect such a high price despite it being a bmw and that its a 2009. But god damn was i blown away by there insane price of $12,900. I didnt know this until they had run my credit and said i need to put $2,500 down and monthly payment of $395 for 48 months (4 yrs). If you do the math thats $18,960 plus the down payment of $2,500 thats a total of $21,460 thats crazy. I dont know about you guys but this is basicly stealing from the customer right in there face. Who is going to buy this car at that price? Let alone all there bad reviews with non fuctional cars. There are so many bmw 335i in many other dealership with really good prices. Hopefully they can worry about there customers more than just trying to steal. If i could give no stars i would.

They weren’t very friendly or welcoming from the beginning and then they insisted I had to fill out an app and have my credit ran before I even got to test drive the car after they ran my credit they said I would have to pay $421 a month for down payment since I had no credit but that I still couldn’t test drive the car unless I wanted to buy it !!!! That doesn’t even make sense. Will not be returning or recommending them to anyone else.
