These guys are straight shooters and will give you a good price for alarms and stereo installs. I got a quote from 2 other shops and was not happy with the price they quoted or the customer service skills at all. Custom car concepts quoted me a great price right from the start and they installed same day and in about 1 hour. I highly recommend using them.

CCC had installed a remote start earlier this year. Recently it had stopped working (I had inadvertently put it in valet mode). Mike was able to quickly diagnose and fix it. Matt gave me some quick advice on how to use some of the features of the remote start that I hadnt been using. They put new batteries in the remote and sent me on my way. Nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend CCC.

I attempted to do my own install for the first time, which for the most part was successful, but when it came to cutting wires behind the dash I am glad that I chose Custom Car Concepts to finish the job for me. Matt and Mike are definitely the dynamic duo. I brought in my car, and it was definitely the spawn from hell. They had to disassemble the dashboard to get the stereo out. But they did a great job, and it looks perfect. Yes, there were issues along the way, but Mike and Matt worked it all out and the end result is a thing of beauty.

I called to ask what services they offered, because I am working on a personal project I need help with. Once I explained the mode of transportation I was working on, I was hung up on. Matt and his team are awesome...First off, before I even set foot in Matt’s shop for 2 weeks he was already communicating with me through phone and email coordinating and letting me know what I need for my install he answered all of my questions and there was a lot.. Awesome experience with these guys today! They found time to get my truck in and install a stereo I got as a gift, while also fixing my backup camera. They even printed out a cheat sheet for me for my new stereo to help me get more familiar with it. After all was said and done, I got a quick walk through (after they were supposed to close) of my new stereo. These guys are truly professional, and know what great customer service means!

Great guys & great service!Ive gone to this shop several times for my Ignition Interlock and theyve always been very accommodating. Ive gone to 4 other shops all with bad experiences, but, Matt & Mike here at Custom Car Concepts are always smiling, and have helped me with problems that other shops could not.Its crazy how much more intelligent these guys are over the other shops in the valley. My truck has an aftermarket system, and interlock, and the other 4 shops couldnt figure out why my battery was draining. Outstanding experience. Made an appointment to come in one morning to have front and rear security cameras wired in my Audi. They did a stealth install, everything done clean and perfect. It was about an hour from when I dropped off the car until the job was done. Great, very professional service - cameras work great! Would definitely recommend.

This place rocks! Michael Lopez is an awesome installer. Both the owner and his staff are knowledgeable and honest about costs and issues. They carry high quality products (Pioneer, Viper, etc.) at an affordable price. Michael helped me with troubleshooting my stereo system and we determined it was my 4 channel amp. They offered a great deal on a more powerful smaller amp (under seat mount) as a replacement and installed it for me. Now my system sounds phenomenal! Thanks guys! Took my old 2005 Pontiac Aztek to them when I couldnt get the right wiring harness for my aftermarket radio. The ones on Amazon were not clear as to what I needed and the correct ones were way expensive. When I called and told the manager my problem he said he had the harness for 6.00!! I picked up the piece and not only did he have it he gave me the print out of my cars complete wiring diagram. I dont know of any shop that will do that because they want to get your money. He also told me if I had any issues to call him and hed help. Well I had issues because older GM cars dont wire their cars normal. I called back and he told me to get the car to him first thing in the morning. Not only did they wire my radio in for me... they ran my power line from the car battery to the rear of the car with no wires showing. Totally professional. I was blown away by the job and will take any other cars I have to these guys. They will also wire up items you buy as well ( of course you take the chance of not getting a warranty because you didnt but it from them) but they stand behind their work and will make sure everything is in working order before you leave. And the price was almost like they have it to me for free. Highly recommend!!!

Got a serviceable backup camera system installed at a fair price. My Ford dealer wanted $800 to install and connect an OEM backup camera to my F-150s built-in dash display. Matt Ogram, owner of Custom Car Concepts, offered me an alternative installation using a camera that displayed in the rear view mirror for about 1/3 the cost of Fords camera. I opted for a basic camera without guide lines (more expensive cameras were available if I had wanted one). The installation went smoothly and was first rate. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

We were in a bind. JUST bought a car. The car literally looked like someone had ripped EVERYTHING out of it. Deck, parts of wires everything. So he gave us an estimate said he could rig something so it doesnt look crappy. Came back gave us the exact thing we were looking for. Its perfect. Solid. Works well and he did it in a pinch. Super impressed and would send someone there anyday!

I went over to this place to get a price quote. As everybody know technology has changed. I dont know what a two way is, nor difference between remote start and remote start security. Asking the question Luke just made me feel stupid. I confronted him on it and all I got was sarcasm. Told me oh complain to the manager oh wait thats me. Dont know how this guy is in business. Do yourself a favor and take your service somewhere else. You deserve better. There a lot more better people and companies that will take care of you like them selves and your vehicle. The cheapest price is not always the best price, you will get what you paid for.

Im getting old...I bought my first speaker box a little over 30 years ago, before I even owned a car yet, thats how much I love the sound of music. These guys are some of the best in the business forsure! My car had all sorts of audio problems. They went ahead and cleaned up all the messy wiring from the previous people that messed with it and got the stereo running again as well as the buttons on the steering wheel and got the back camera working as well and a bunch of other little things wrong working again. And top of that they gave me a great deal on a kicker & subs! I recommend anybody to check them out. Wont disappoint.

I stopped into Custom Car Concepts a few months ago to inquire about upgrading my 2008 GMC truck stereo system.I met briefly with Matt (the owner) and explained what I wanted to try and do. I mentioned that I had 2 high quality amps from several years ago that I kept from a competition pro street truck.I sent Matt a picture of the amps and Matt told me that they would work well and that he would have no problem using them in this upgraded system. (Matt could have said no-and sold me his amps)Matt and I made a deal on a great deck-(technology is amazing these days), an under the seat box mold fitted to my truck and upgraded the mids and tweets.I stopped by the shop while they were still working on it and noticed the woofers I paid for were on the floor and asked why-?The reply was that these particular woofers were too big (height wise) to fit in the custom box-so Matt put in another set-better quality and higher price but was just doing it rather than asking me for more money. I also discovered that he was, as well, installing a back-up camera-unknown to me that it was an option, again without asking me for an additional dime!I must say that I was very happy and surprised at the level of customer service and honesty I found in this young man and his business. I own a successful company in the Scottsdale Airpark and have enjoyed an A+ Accredited rating by the BBB for many years as we strive to exceed our customers expectations and desires.It is very nice to know that there are still honest people who work hard and are honest and give a bit more than the paying customer wants or expects.My hat is off to you Matt, and your staff! Good job with stereos, but not a full custom car shop like the name implies

After spending over $800 on a deck, amplifier, speakers and subwoofer The system proceeded to short out after only two weeks of use . I made the mistake of saying that I was an out-of-state customer and now the shop will do nothing to fix their equipment that they did not install correctly. The manager only had sarcastic comments to make and pretty much said that I was screwed unless I could get it back down to Phoenix over 1,200 miles away. He also said there was no warranty on the offbrand deck that I bought which was not consistent with what he originally told me because I always like to buy things with warrantees and that would be a red flag in my mind that the equipment was garbage. Do not shop here! Save your money and piece of mind-you will not get a quality product!!!!
