Carpets of Arizona was great. I called in looking to replace the original carpet in my house and spoke with Elizabeth who was very friendly and accommodating. She came out to my house shortly after we spoke and was helpful in my decision of which carpet to choose. The price was competitive as well and their lead time for installation was not long considering the delays from Covid-19. My installer was Jose who really surprised me with how respectful and careful he was replacing the carpet and leaving no mess behind. He treated my house like his own, even being mindful of the noise level of his work since my wife and I were both working from home. Very nice man, thank you Jose! I was even greeted at the store by another rep (Corey) when I dropped off the balance check who thanked me for doing business with them and gave me a quick tour of their facility. Carpets of Arizona did a spectacular job on very short notice. I got an estimate and installation within a week. Cheryl was extremely helpful; coming to do an in-home inspection and estimate. Hey all! Carpets of Arizona is amazing! They truly care about getting what you want but keeping you within your budget and offer so many different options. They are a family run business, that truly cares. The installation was so EASY! I was terrified of moving and tearing down furniture but the installers are apparently moving experts! They even put my bedroom furniture back together quicker than the place I bought it from. I truly only had to put away breakables on the furniture and they did the rest. Even put some stuff back where I wanted it instead of where it originally was. The flooring is beautiful. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!

Install looks beautiful. He was fast. Informative and polite. He and Elizabeth were terrific.

The phone rep was extremely rude. Insisted that unless they could sell us the flooring, they would not do any install. Obviously we went somewhere else. The 1 star is for the rudeness as well as a very bad business model that most likely is setup to take advantage of customers. If they sell their product they make more money. Now while that in and of itself is not bad, i.e. running a business to make more money, being rude / dismissive and not wanting any other work but the ones that exclusively give you the best buck is not what I expect from ethical businesses who actually want to provide a service to the community.

All of the personnel were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. They didnt try to upsell us and the installation was done on schedule and very professionally. The carpet looks great. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for carpeting.

They came to do our in home estimate saturday, called monday to schedule our carpet install and had an opening Wednesday and was in and out within 5 hours. Which included ripping out the existing and installing in 4 rooms. They were even super quick to come out and fix one of the nails that got missed. Super happy with their service and our carpets.

Everyone was great to work with. Corey had the patience of a saint as he ordered and dropped off numerous samples. It took me 3 months to decide...YIKES!The installers were very hard workers. The first day they worked 12 hrs to complete the entire upstairs which allowed my husband and I to work remote the next day. They finished the downstairs the next day and even created some carpet runners for us at no extra charge.We loved that this was a family owned business and felt taken care of by all. What an amazing experience. After going to a big box store and getting no satisfaction we visited Carpets of Arizona. We discussed our needs and budget with Cheryl and she showed us carpets and pads, then drove to Casa Grande to measure and bring us samples. Installing new carpet and baseboards throughout most of our home seemed like a daunting task. Then quite by accident I found Carpets of Arizona in Ahwatukee. Corey, our salesperson was knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and very comfortable to work with. He removed any stress. C of A does all the work. Our baseboards and carpet were delivered on schedule. Our installer, Louis and his partner had a task list and together moved all our furniture, pulled out the old carpet, sanitized the floor boards, installed our new baseboards and new carpet and moved the furniture back in place. They vacuumed and swept the floors and hauled off the old carpet. It was a 3 day process. Like our salesperson, Louis was efficient, very pleasant and accommodating. As for the carpet, it looks fantastic. We are very pleased. I would highly recommend this small family business.

I chose Carpets of Arizona due to promptness of installation, most reasonable price and the quality of transactions. I need to have the carpet installed as soon as possible and the company provided the installation within two business days. I shopped around quite a bit for the best price and the company also provided that. The carpet replacement for entire house took two days and there were very minor workmanship issues (I am OCD btw) . The company sent a crew to fix the impurities the next day even though it was on the weekend. Im happy to support the small business and I would look them up again when I need another flooring upgrade or replacements.

We decided we needed new carpet in our kids’ rooms since we have original carpet in our 13 year old house (yuck). We had no idea where to start except for the big box stores. We chose an in stock carpet because of the price and availability but we’re told it could take a week to schedule the install.The next day Geraldine called me and said there was an available installer on Thursday.They showed up at 10 and were finished by 1:30! Awesome. The installer even repaired a piece on one of the closets that was missing prior to the install. Great customer service!The carpet is beautiful, soft and makes the rooms feel like they are in a brand new house. I will be using COA again when we are ready to do our master bedroom!
