Super great cleaning! He was super fast, effective, and friendly.Showed up on time and did a fantastic job with my couches and rug and chairs!!! Almost all of the stains are gone!

I called and set up an appointment right away and they were accomodating which I appreciated. The technician came and explained the process and that I would be happy with the outcome. I had 3 rooms done and one of the rooms was extremely dirty and he said it would not be a problem and to my surprise it really did come out great. I am extremely happy and will not hesitate to use them again.The tech was very good and helpful and got right to work which I appreciated. The cleaner has a nice smell to it as well.Gloria

I call this company because they had great reviews and now i am less then satisfied. I scheduled them to come out and clean the carpets, a day before moving into my new home. Asked them several questions about how it all work and if they would be able to get the pet odors out, let behind by the previous owners. The man i spoke with assured me they would be able to take care of that issue for me. To my dismay, when i arrived the next day to move everything into my home i could still smell the pet odors and the carpet itself was still full of pet hair. It didnt look as though anything had been done in my opinion, so i broke out with my vacuum cleaner and ended filling it up with dirt and pet hair in just the living room alone. NOT VERY HAPPY with this service. I paid $200 for nothing. When i contacted the company about it 4 days later cause i was busy moving ect...they said why didnt you call us sooner! Um i dont know...moving into a new house isnt time consuming or anything. They said they would talk with the tech that came to my home and get back with me. Well its been a week and havent heard back from anyone! Just now i called them and asked for my money back, he said he would talk with his boss and get back to me next week. If they refund my money i will remove this post!
