This is probably the best GameStop location ever. Jill runs an absolutely amazing crew of people. All so very kind, upbeat and knowledgeable. If I ever moved far away from this location, I would still make the trip to see everyone, and give them my business because this location is worth it.

We were on the look for a new game and couldnt find it anywhere. Then we stopped in at this location and sure enough, they had one copy left!Super excited that we found this and just a short distance up the street, we were able to find one more copy of the game! Its a happy gaming night tonight! Thanks GameStop for being awesome.

I dont have a preference on location, but this one is a good one. Wearing mask and taking proper precaution for covid 19. No wait to get inside. Staff are helpful and very well informed. Very nice in general.

Ordered a game online from their store when I received it and tried to play. The game could not be read and when that issue was fixed it would crash every time I load into the mission

I like going here for muiltiple reasons:- I can always get a gift for my gamer in my life.- I can purchase awesome Pops figures, hats, t-shirts, key chains, blind boxes, and etc.- You can also purchase regular gift cards as well as gaming gift cards.Great place to go have fun and buy awesomeness.

Xmas eve was very busy, unsure of where line was. Store reps were extremely friendly and helpful. Always a great time going to any of their locations.

Never been so pressured to buy anything before going to this location. Honestly couldnt have a conversation for more than a minute at the register! Even tried to sell me additional accessories for a $300 purchase.

This location is pretty great. They have a knowledgeable staff and seem to have gotten some of the unruly employees out. The manager that came in after the bad era was Sean and he was awesome about taking care of the customers and keeping the right employees around, they slowly went uphill when he took over. I recommend taking to heart any advise from Gamestop employees when it comes to hardware, but, to remember game suggestions are based on opinion and you should form your own while listening to others experiences.

Great Store! This is our local favorite. My sons and I frequent often and they always have a great selection and are well stocked. We called to see if the new Ocean Shadow XBOX1 controller was in stack and they had one left, which they held for us for pickup. True to their word, it was held for us and we picked up a new copy of Doom as well. After getting home, we tried to install and it appeared that the disk has a factory defect, no scratches or damage, just something wrong with the data layer. Bobby inspected the disk and gave us a new copy without hesitation. The game installed fine after that and Game Stop has a life long customer. Thank you Bobby and GS for great customer service!

Like any reliable nostalgia store, its got your favorite games and ones you never got a chance to get. Even has many collectables than just games. Nuff said!

There were many good games to choose from but be warned there are a lot of people there on the weekends.

Wish they had good prices. They sell you a buy 2 get one for free. For a price that you are still buying the third game.

We have been to this location many times, the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Super nice people really helpful and game me a great suggestion on a game I should get when i didnt know what i wanted ( watch dogs 2 ) I bought it and I actually enjoy playing it unlike some games that have been suggested to me from people at othergamestops

Husband and I went to our local GameStop to trade in a broken Xbox for partial credit for some new games we wanted to by, after waiting in line for 40 minutes-we understand its busy- we are told that without the controller to the Xbox they would not take the console . This was very upsetting for us because my husband was a GameStop employee who worked for the company for years and also knows the game stop policies, so for them to make up such a ridiculous policy out of thin air seem unkind towards us and makes me believe these employees are unknowledgeable about where they work. The manager, whose name I didnt get, said rudely they had worked for GameStop for six years and continued to spout on about how he would never do an exchange without the remote. We said that we would buy our games online this time around,and whenever we decide in the future to buy games also.

Stores service is good but have gotten a few bad games that werent properly tested for the used section. Plus the line is busy most of the time.
