Had a good time here with my wife. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great. I completely recommend this place if you are a noob or an aficionado.

Torch is a nice cigar bar nestled in the back of High Street. They have a very nice alcohol selection and it appears that they are constantly improving their humidor. I would like to see a little more organization (I saw the same brand spread out on 3 different walls), but I believe all of this will occur in due time. All in all, I thought it was a very nice place and I will definitely be going back soon!

Laid back and comfortable place to relax and enjoy some of the finer things. The owner John is a great guy! The staff was attentive and happy, and the owner was definitely in his element here. Will be back again!

Walked in yesterday with family to purchase a few cigars to go. First impressions were that the space looked really nice and inviting to stay, smoke and have a drink or two.However, the humidor was kept way too warm and had a pretty limited selection of cigars compared to other cigar shops in the area. It was 88 degrees outside and upon walking in we all were immediately shocked at how warm it was as soon as we opened the door. It was 85 degrees outside and felt much warmer inside the built-in humidor. Much warmer that cigars should be kept at. Ended up walking out without cigars and will go somewhere else.

Sean & Mikey were classic #1 hosts to a newby to the area - this place is high end and worth spending over an hour or so getting to know your friends and watching the game - the well drinks are top notch.

This place is an awesome hang — rolled in, talked to John who worked there, got a Padron, a glass of Angel’s Envy and sat outside by the fire table. John told me the bar was roughly modeled after Rocky Patel’s bar Burn in Naples FL, which I used to frequent when I lived there. Burn is great and so is The Torch. The vibe is laid back but in an upscale, decorated, eclectic way. I’d retire to this place if I could ...and I mean this cigar bar not Phoenix.

I am no cigar smoker but that rich, sweet smell lingering in the outside lounge was hypnotizing to my senses in a good way! Wonderful atmosphere, cozy, a radiant line of fire warms the outdoors furnished simply yet elegantly. A place to hang for all grown ups!

Smokes and dranks.This is one of the only places to smoke indoors with cocktails on the north side.Fox cigar bar is my favorite but this place is a close second.

This place is amazing. Perfect cigar bar. Excellent cocktails, nice selection of cigars from boutique brands. The outside seating area is particularly great, and there is ample bar seating as well as leather chairs.

They have a nice outdoor smoking area, but I stayed in the VIP lounge which was amazing.I will definitely return for more.

I LOOOOVE this place! Super relaxed vibes! Owner is really nice and awesome to talk to. Super knowledgeable staff about all of the cigars and liquors they have! Found me a perfect cigar and even gave me a free beer! I came in on a Sunday and asked for the Giants game and he put it on no problem since they have Sunday ticket. This place is 100% worth the stop for the atmosphere and the friendliness. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

This place was swanky and I loved it! The SOTL restroom had towels actual towels to dry your hands with. The humidor was small but had a decent selection. The bartender lit my cigar which I was not used to but it was nice. Torch is aesthetically pleasing and if you like a really beautiful bar look no further

A very nice upscale cigar bar. Good selection of stogies with some very nice ones for reasonable prices. Several beers on tap but the mixed drinks and whiskey variations (scotch, bourbon, etc) seem to be the stars of the show. Good ambiance, friendly well dressed staff.Great place for an after dinner smoke and cocktails. A large patio that is out of the sun for the most part.You can rent lockers in the humidor and keep cigars there. They have changed the rental option to include a lot of bottles of booze and a bar credit and some stogies. Seems to be a good deal, butnoutnof my price range.Will for sure be back.

I have attended this bar a few times. The place is very nice and comforting but a bit small on the inside. It has a beautiful patio with plenty of seating when the weather is not out of hand. The staff is very polite and inviting along with knowledgeable. The few criticisms I have is that their cigar selection is rather small. In fact it looks as though the humidor has more space reserved for private lockers than cigar choices. The cigars are reasonable but the drink selection is a bit pricey from my experience. All though the staff is very good the moment I walked into the humidor I am greeted by the cigar expert who is very polite but there are times that I wish to make my own choice and not be bothered by another person. But I will say that every time that I was there the experts were genuinely polite and didnt make you feel unwelcomed.

If you like great cocktails, well cared-for cigars, and an inviting environment, then this place is for you. Not going to find better owners in the business! Brand-new & Torch, is doing it right. Modern amenities with a cool atmosphere in a great location. I bought my membership before it even opened, and encourage knowledgeable clients to check-it-out. Go for a great time. C H

This is the first time that that Ive ever written a poor review! My wife and I drove 20 minutes to come check this place out on a Sunday to spend a date night away from the kids. We were under the assumption that closing was at 10pm. We showed up at 840pm and started browsing the amazing A. Fuente options that this place has and the 4 foot tall bartender came into the walk in and told us that last call had already been called and that we were free to buy a cigar and take it home. The other customer browsing with me seemed confused and expressed his frustration by explaining that he drove over to have a cigar and whiskey and was wondering too why we were being rushed out 1.5 hours ish early. The bartender explained that he had 3 customers all day..I counted eight including us..I jokingly told him that he had 3 more customers in the walk in ready and willing to spend money..he awkwardly chuckled and just said, yeah!. I did purchase a cigar along with the other gentlemen and quickly left. This place looks amazing but that particular bartender was a complete jerk. This is not the type of behavior that I would allow from my employees in my company. The 1 or 2 hundred that we would have spent is a drop in the barrel for this place but the principle of pushing customers out the door is really why Im giving a 2 start review.

I really enjoyed this place. Love their specialty drinks and they have an excellent selections of cigars. Location you cant beat right off the freeway the 101 and the 51. High Street also has a lot of cool bars and some really good restaurants.

Good for cigars good ventaltion. Whiskey prices high. There needs to be a list of available whiskeys as the tenders dont know all they have.Some lighter smokes would be nice maybe some Connecticut wrapers.Over all pleasant experience but room for improvement.

For a cigar lounge they have a small humidor. The vibe is more open concept Scottsdale Bar than relaxing cigar lounge. My go-to scotch cost twice as much here as at my normal cigar lounge in Old Town. Overall a decent experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good place if youre in the area, but there are better cigar lounge options 15 minutes in either direction.

I went to a friends party and had a very nice time, nice embience, good food, great location. However, the service wasnt the greatest, had to wait quite awhile to get a drink but maybe they were short staffed that night. Regardless, I will definitely return.

Awesome atmosphere, great staff, and always friendly service. I love the location, and its usually a really great time. If youre into whiskey this is your place to go. They make an amazing Old Fashioned that is a must try if you visit here.

Torch was an unexpectedly great spot to meet up with my girlfriends. The bar is beautiful and has delicious cocktails. The staff was friendly, the service was perfect, and the ventilation system is awesome which is key at a cigar bar! I will be back for sure.

Every time Im in town I try and hit a cigar bar in Phoenix. Id been hearing about Torch and glad I was able to finally check it out. It was a 10. I liked the open atmosphere instead of the usual dark stuffiness of cigar bars. Jon was a legit guy, too. Broke down some nice cigar and drink pairings.

Great place and one of the few that carry my favorite whiskey. Great place to relax with a cocktail and enjoy a great cigar. Great service and a good knowledge of cigars.

I love this place. My boyfriend introduced me to this place for his love of cigars and all I can say nothing but good things. As soon as we sit down the waitress (sorry I forget her name but she’s blonde and super sweet!) she immediately brings our drinks that we usually get and the owner always walks around asking if we’re doing ok. Also another plus is this place offers m&ms and Chex mix which is awesome to munch on while smoking a realGood cigar. Everything about this place is amazing.Even the restrooms are kept nicely and fully stocked with towels and mouthwash which is a realGood idea for people who want to freshen up their breath after a cigar. All in all I love that my honey and I are regulars there And we have been to many cigar places but by far torch is the best!
