Tried to place an online order...Was sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number...Tracked the shipment to see that it had been canceled...I had to contact them to find out why...No reply to refund questions AND they attempted to charge my card three more times the day after the Initial transaction, forcing me to dispute and shut down my card. Seems sketchy.A FOURTH charge attempt was made to my card on 10/12/20.

I order online monthly from this store and the service has been excellent! They are very conservative in their shipping time estimates, but have been delivered way earlier than expected every time. Their custom juices are great quality and fairly priced. Also, their juices of the month provide a great deal opportunity. Normally I dont post reviews (especially for companies across the country from me), but I decided to write this when I received a second personal email from whom I assume is the owner of the shop thanking me for being a repeat customer. Great shop online, just wish the storefront wasnt so far from me (I live in Orlando, FL and they are in Arizona) as Id love to see the place in person!

Well it’s been 9 days since I ordered and my package has been in Arizona this entire time. I order juice in enough time for a normal order to get here so I don’t run out but now I’m out of juice and will have to go to a nearby shop which I hate doing because I’m high risk for Covid and it’s much more expensive. I emailed Bashar yesterday and have not gotten a response back. I understand that things can happen with packages but for it to sit in the one place for nine days something is not right. I’m hoping that I’m able to get in touch with someone to either replace my order or I can get a refund so I’m not out 30 something dollars. If this situation is resolved I will update this review.

I haven’t been here in almost 4 years and I was hoping by now they had juice that was good. It’s like they add no flavor on purpose and sell you glycol with nicotine in a bottle. Very distressing when my vape tastes like plastic parts. Almost disgusting that they haven’t gotten a formula down.

I am from St. Louis and have been ordering from these folks for about 3 years. Only 1 time was the order not right. After buying over 12,960 ml of juice only 1 mix was off. Because I came here when I started, I thought headaches were part of vaping. Why I came here was the monster sized bottles for the low low. You get what you pay for. People a great tho. Prices for mods cheap too. Just the juice quality and ingredients are questionable.

They have clearance bins something like a buck a juice if your really in a pinch. And they treat everyone equal which really matters to me. Great prices I have spent hundreds of dollars there but when they sold me a device that didn’t work they would not make it right. It turned on but didn’t do anything...they said since it turned on then they wouldn’t help me because it turned in they said it works. But it didn’t do anything after turning on. Went there so many times. They never pick up the damn phone
