Rarely stocked properly. Machines always down. No communication. No carts ever. Not very convenient. Id give less stars if I could. Only thing good about this store is every once in awhile you get a good employee.

How is that the store closes at 9pm when the doors are close and the manager or whom ever is in charge is kicking and locking doors at 8:30pm?!?!? There are still people driving up and wanting to go in..... like it’s not Walmart, people aren’t gonna go and spend 30 min looking around, usually people go to the family store for a last min item so it’s an in and out situation!!!!!! I just don’t see why they are closing the doors and kicking everyone out by 830!!!!! I rather spend my money and my time at another store, even if I have to drive a little more to get to it!!!!!

First time in this store..great prices but seriously I was in this place like 20 minutes almost done shopping when the manager decides she wants me to leave my sons diaper bag behind their counter. Meanwhile my bag is unattended in a terrible neighborhood. The lady in front of me was already in front of me discussing her bags being taken, yet they want me to leave my diaper bag. Ridiculous Ill go to my Dollar Tree and 99 screw this place. If your gonna take someones bag do it upon entry not when Im nearly done with my shopping trip.

I love this store!!! I come to this family dollar over any of the other ones because its got everything i need! Clothes, makeup, hygiene, cleaning products and almost all there products are good quality!

I arrived at approximately 9:53 to pick up a couple of quick items, but the doors were already locked. The store is supposed to close at 10. This is just pure laziness on the part of the employees. And on top of it they gave me serious attitude through the window as i informed them it was not 10 PM yet.I get that its family dollar. But come on, the very least the can do is their job which is to not lock the door until 10 pm.

This store stocks up on the cheep electronics. Bluetooth speaker, head sets, chargers, and other cool stuff. Employees are really friendly and helpful.

I am a 52 year old gramma raising 6 grandkids ... now mind u I have carried a back pack for years when going out to carry my things it is easier for me. This day was no different. I walked into the family dollar at 26 th ave and van buren in phx to grab a few things and was literally made to feel as though I was homeless. I was told I would have to leave my backpack at the counter while I shopped. As if thats going to happen. I had my wallet phone tablet and other items in my backpack. Why would I leave it with a stranger? Or take it out and put it in an open shopping cart? I turned around and left this store with no purchase at all. Upon calling there cooperate office I found out Family Dollar has no such policy for backpacks. How deliberately rude to ask a senior for there chose of equipment in which works best for them . Shame on you Family Dollar.
