The employees are straight trash, uneducated lowballs to the extreme. I saw fakes that were priced like they was real if your gonna have a store run it yourself don’t hire rude employees that aren’t no help. I won’t ever be coming here again there’s way better “thrift” stores with better customer service.

Just a dope spot man. Greeted at the door, they ask for help, they don’t bother you while you look, if you have something in your hand they ask if they can hold it while you continue, if they don’t know something they will figure out for you and not bs. Haven’t traded/sold just yet, only because I like to know what kind of customer service is offered before doing personal business. Small owned business, great ownership. Definitely will be back! Great selection and customer service!

I’ve been visiting AZTHREAD since they’ve opened! They Owner Edgar and the staff have always provided a great experience and great customer service! I was looking for a grail and Edgar found it for me! I always receive a warm and super friendly welcome from them when I arrive.

They misguided me on the yeezy women sizing, came back to trade them for something else and they offered 50% of what they sold the shoes to me even after misguiding me. Don’t put revenue over loyal customers. Not good for business when your clients know they can buy it online for $60-100 cheaper on STOCKX.You lost one customer today don’t lose the business you worked hard to build over a few bucks.In response to the owners reply. I tried to tell your employee but his reply to my concern was “oh idk” and had no interest in doing anything. Was very disappointed in the selection of jerseys and shoes. I called during the week informing the staff that Id by dropping by to see what I could get for some of my vintage shirts, shoes, and jersey collection. I came in with a various jordans and retro suns/diamondbacks/lakers jerseys to possibly trade in, but was beyond upset with the offers. $25 store credit for a like new champion size 48 kobe jersey is a joke. Id recommend you stay away from this place. Lots of FAKE SHOES AND SHIRTS in their inventory!!!

Tried selling and they wouldn’t take it because it was very used when there was slight cracks on the font and also it was apparently in very bad condition I’d say it was atleast a 7/10 condition for what I was trying to sell, and a couple months before this I went and bought a shirt with a big rip on the bottom and obviously I couldn’t see it because they didn’t let me open the bag they store them in so it doesn’t really make sense and I’ve seen fake Supreme in the store, the first I visited was nice but now it’s different in a bad wayWouldn’t recommend to buy/sell/trade

I genuinely needed the money and needed to sell a pair of Jordan 11 72-10s and I did wanna get rid of the shoes, I came in yesterday and he offered $120 and they were in great condition, the bottoms were not yellow and looked great, and I see on Instagram that they are now selling them for $225, I am definitely unsatisfied and angry, like $170-$200 would have been fine, but I used to love this store and now its just a scam, thanks for screwing me over guys.

First built a relationship with them at their Glendale Location, when they moved to the East Valley still continued to go down & shop. They keep it professional but at the same time chill. The staff there are like family. They help you out when you need it the most. Highly recommended if you like Shoes, Clothes or even Supreme. Better than any other sneaker shop. Dont @ Me !!

As business you should never steal from someone bringing you revenue. I came in to sell my stuff, they told me that they were only interested in two hats and a jersey. They told me to leave my stuff in the front while I look around the shop for anything I might like and I did trusting the fact that this shop is a formal business now. When I got home I noticed that they took some of the hats they had initially said they would pass up on. I later seen them put my stuff up for more then double what they told me it would sell for.I dont care if they clothes made from solid gold, there class, honesty, and schemes are only of benefit for them; not the consumer. They are the GameStop of retro clothes.They officially lost a customer for good. I will never shop there again.

This place is extremely overpriced, I drove 2 hours to go to a store trying to sell their shoes for $200 above StockX prices. Not only that but they completely low ball you when you try to sell to them. Extreme waste of time, don’t come by!

The atmosphere and commentary during a potential purchase was negative. Afterwards, an associate of the business purchased merchandise at reduced price. It seemed convenient at the time and makes you question the integrity with business deals.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT OVER PRICED FAKES!I was scrolling through their Instagram page looking for a pair of sneakers to buy and just seeing what they had, since I’ve never heard of them. I saw a post about a pair of Air Jordan Katrina 3s for $100, which a good deal. Since I was skeptical because it’s a really good price, I looked at them side by side a real pair on StockX. They were obviously fake and before I called them out, I saw a horrible fake of a pair of yeezy Oreos. Once I called them out, they instantly blocked me and deleted me comments. Don’t buy from here unless you want to be scammed

They sell a lot of fake inventory and try to take advantage of kids. They will look at you like your crazy if you say you won’t take an offer. Also, if they say they’ll buy something online, don’t trust them. Lowball on everything I’ve had.
