The staff are sooo rude and they are super sassy. When we called them to ask if our glasses were ready they said “well it’s Monday morning and I’m tired so you better wait your turn and stop calling us nonstop, you are not appreciative.” They are just ridiculous
I made an appointment online for an exam, thinking I would see a Dr. I walk in and was told that they now take pictures of your eyes with new technology and send it out to a doctor to review. If you want an old fashioned test, the doctor is only in the office once a week. Once a week? Are you kidding me?I told the lady there that the website should say this so people know what to expect, she just gave me an excuse of she’s been telling them (whoever “them” is).I initially made an appointment for when he would be in, but changed my mind days later and canceled it.I made an appointment elsewhere, closer to my place & I couldn’t be happier.Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. Not worth it.

Very rude. Receptionist level of customer Service was terrible. Asked to speak to the manager because of her rudeness. She said he eowou call me back and he never called. I liked it better when it was JCPenney optical.
They are absolutely horrible with answering the phone and calling back at a decent time. Staff isn’t the friendliest either. The doc is nice but that’s it really. They have a bad selection with glasses too
Not bad with price for one pair. The employees were sweet, and very helpful with choosing my first frames. I have heard horrible reviews and am hoping my glasses come in time, and also hope the quality of the glasses are satisfactory. Ordered them early this week.. Heard antiglare film wears off. Im hoping this isnt the case....

They just measure your current glasses and try to sell you on the idea of using the same prescription. Wasted money.
