From the moment I booked my same-day appointment online to the call I received to confirm I was met with friendly professionalism. I was actually told over the phone that I could come right in so I did. When I walked through the door, the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I breezed through my check-in process and examination (my eyes had even improved since my last exam about 5 years ago!). I then selected a couple different frames and arranged for my original frames to be set with my new prescription with Alix and Elias. In and out within an hour with everyone complete. Fast forward a few days and two of my frames were complete with one to go. A couple days after picking up the first two, the last pair was ready. When I went in to get them they were not quite correct. There was a misunderstanding (due to my not being familiar with the lingo) on my part about what we agreed to order. Regardless, once again Elias and Alix were incredibly apologetic and helpful (even though I felt the problem was a mutual mistake and that no blame should be felt). In a flash, Alix corrected the request and I was told my glasses would be redone and ready in a couple weeks. They were ready three days later. Both Alix and Elias should be recognized by their management for their effusive attitude and grace in providing superb customer service! Thank you both!

I was very impressed with the Dr. who examined my eyes. I went in for an eye examine for a new prescription & to discuss a floating thing in my left eye. The Dr. dilated my eyes and did a thorough examine, explaining everything to me. I totally felt comfortable asking him a few questions during the examine that be answered in a way I could understand. After leaving I said to my husband I really liked that Dr.. I will need to return to pick out new frames soon, I wasnt able to do so at that time due to my eyes being dilated.

Pick up second pair of buy one get one free glasses. Mailed it to my son. The glasses was stolen. Called them to see if they would do a replacement for us. Instead of telling me that the glasses was picked up by us and not their responsibilities any way, they went all the way to so call district manager and told me they would offer me 60% off. Which you can get easily.Even though they knew that we bought many pairs of glasses from them in the past, they just used this as an opportunity to get one more sale out or us.Disgusting practice!!!!

Everyone I encountered during my visit was friendly, efficient and actually really fun to work with. The doctor was thorough and patient. I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

I had an appointment but had trouble finding the place. I arrived in the vicinity 5 minutes early then called to see if I could get the exact location at the shopping center. The auto-answer system disconnected my call several times before I was finally placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes. I kept driving around the center and found the place while still on hold. I entered the store and was asked to wait to be checked in. When someone came to check me in she said, because you are more than 10 minutes late I had to reschedule. If they had answered the phone I would have been a few minutes early. Instead, I will have to reschedule when I have the opportunity to leave my office early again. It may not happen for a while but when I do reschedule it will be with a different eye-care provider.What a terrible way to run a business!

Great experience at Visionworks Village Square II. The Doctor was very informative. He really took his time to explain everything and povide a customized solution best for me. The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Exceptional customer service!

My experience was above and beyond amazing! I havent gotten my eyes checked in 6 years and they were so kind. They explained everything to me and found out what I needed and what to expect. I recommend this location to anyone who needs to get new glasses or just to do that routine vision testing.

As always my experience with the team at Paradise Valley Vision Works was wonderful! I feel for them as they worked hard to do everything they could for me under these times of Covid (getting me in and fitting my my new glasses) .. Thanks to the Manager and his team for making my visit easy and taking the Extra Time to make sure everyone was wearing gloves and a mask !

Dr Sonia Chung was very helpful explaining what was happening with my vision and how it would be corrected. The staff was friendly and helpful. I called back the next day with a question and it was completely answered. Great overall experience.

I have been to this location 3 times in the past 2 months (follow up appointments) and each time is more unprofessional than the time before. Honestly, I didn’t want to go back the third time but my prescription was already on file and I wanted to order my contacts. I would highly suggest retraining the staff to understand both the system/process and customer service. Doctor was thorough which I liked, but talks strictly in medical terms, which can be difficult for someone without an MD to understand.

I had three appointments scheduled for my family on November 27, 2020, starting at 10am. I scheduled the appointments last year when we were in for our annual appointments. After receiving emails of confirmation and request for paperwork from Visionworks, we arrived for our appointments on time. I have saved the emails as proof of correspondence from you. When we arrived, the store was closed and we spoke the woman who was opening. She was rude and told us that there was nothing she could do since the hours had changed. It was corporate’s fault for this mistake and basically that we were out of luck and to go away. She also said that they were completely booked up for the next few weeks, on the weekend, so don’t bother trying to get an appointment. I don’t know how this can be resolved but I am not happy.

Darlene at Visionworks was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right frames for my glasses. I have a very complicated prescription and she was extra careful to make sure it eas entered properly on the order. Great experience and I am looking forward to getting my new glasses.

Dr Drabinsky is an excellent practitioner and was very thorough, professional, and kind. He took the time to answer my queries and educate me regarding his findings. Emily and the rest of the staff were very polite, helpful, and prompt. Great service at this location, definitely stop here for your routine eye care.

Had to make an appointment beforehand, the Dr was extremely smart and knowledgeable, he took the time to discuss in detail all the questions I had, my wife was there a few weeks before and she had the same experience as I did.

Emily, Danielle, and Mackenzie made my visit quick and painless, which is something when you consider going to any doctor nowadays! The entire staff was cordial, professional, and lickety-split fast, making it an all around awesome experience!

It was a great experience. With Covid going on, I watched the tech disinfect all the machines we needed to use for my eye exam. The doctor was very personable and all the staff are courteous and professional. Had no trouble with my insurance. Will update when I get my glasses which I only need for reading.

With the threat of COVID, I was very pleased to see the constant cleaning, face masks, and appointment only policy. I was encouraged to try on as many pairs of glasses as I wanted, despite the work of sanitizing them after. The eye doctor was great at sharing and showing me information about my eyes and the staff were all pleasant and supportive. The manager even adjusted my old frames for me before I left.

Since moving to the new location everything has changed but for the worse. I would recommend another location until all the kinks have been worked out. Was told by an associate on Saturday that the store was open Sunday but found out the store is closed Sundays from the store sign. Very disappointing.

Receptionist was rude when she left a voicemail stating if I couldn’t provide my insurance then my appointment would be cancelled, even though the online check in does not provide an option to put in your insurance information. After going through their phone prompts for 10 minutes the receptionist finally answered the call and when I gave her the insurance information, she stated “well they’re down. So you you’re gonna have to reschedule.” I’ll take my business elsewhere and if my insurance is still down, I will pay cash for everything than deal with rude workers.

All of the staff were friendly and personable. They didnt rush my decisions and made sure that I was well-informed about not only my exam but different options I had. The Doctor was very attentive and exhibited great care and concern for not only my prescription and my vision, but also underlying medical reasons for my deteriorating vision. Excellent EXCELLENT experience!!

I purchased glasses from Visionworks a year ago and their customer service was excellent. I went in yesterday to look for new frames and their customer service was terrible. I was asked if I had an appointment, which I did not, but I told them I was just looking for frames. I was told I would be signed in, but was just ignored and after several minutes, I turned around and walked out. If you need glasses, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I am SO GLAD I came to Visionworks. Every single person on the staff interacted with me and was so friendly. They were helpful and answered all my questions about insurance and everything. Probably the most positive visit to an eye doctor Ive ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr Pick is wonderful. Very personable and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and made recommendations. Eyeglass consultant Loretta was wonderful. Customer Service focused. You could tell she loved what she’s does. She helped me pick out the perfect glasses and helped me work within my budget. Will go back next year.

I was treated like a valued customer. They took me almost right away even though I had to fill the advanced paperwork when I arrived. I was unable to fill out the paperwork because when trying to open the connection given in the email, it would not open. the service was magnificent by office personnel and the doctor.

I scheduled an appointment and was so impressed. Ive been to several other places, and Im super glad I was referred to Visionworks! They were quick and willing to work with me on different pricing options. Between the doctor, receptionist, and manager that helped me they were very kind and helpful. Due to a cancellation and online scheduling, I was lucky to get an appointment here the last week of the year. From Curt on the phone to the optometrist (Dr. Fiero), and the optic tech to the sales staff (Darlene and Jeff), I was blown away by their professionalism, efficiency, honesty and customer service. This was my first ever prescription eye purchase and being fashion challenged I had no clue what frames would compliment my features and also be best suited for my prescription. Darlene was amazing using honesty to guide my decisions. Each person I interacted with was friendly and also held experience in a respective role. Because they treated me as a friend, and not just a customer, I felt the service was GREAT, not just good. Darlene...you Rock!!!

I just cant say enough about your employee Haley. She is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, so helpful. She really went out of her way to help me find glasses to fit my small face. Furthermore, she took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me and there really is a lot to know about glasses these days.

This company exemplifies good... no great customer service! They did a very special thing for my mother whose husband had just passed away. We really appreciated it they have been customers for 15 years and our family will continue be for a much longer time!

Decent Place for Eye ExamEasy to get appointments.Exam desk personal is not so pleasant while responding to questions & very limited to with but overall satisfied.There different doctors on different days.I found both the doctors good.They will give you enough time to test & ask questions. (5 Star for eye Exam)They have limited choice of Sunglass & most are expensive compared to other options in the area.

I am so appreciative of this team! The optometrist’s office was able to fit me in for the last appointment of the day. The doctor was very patient with any questions or concerns I had about my eyes. Then, I worked my way over to pick my glasses. The staff started by helping me to find the very best way to maximally use my vision benefits and minimize out of pocket so that I was able to use my flex spending only. Then, they helped me find AWESOME frames. They have great selections and really know their stuff, such as suggesting the transition lenses that would also help me on the computer. I literally closed down the office but was never made to feel rushed. Thank you Visionworks! I had a great time!

Eye exam was quick and easy. 10/10 for that but after my eye exam I was told someone would be with me in a minute to find glasses. Waited 45 minutes and watched as all of the workers sat around talking/not doing anything. Was looking to buy 2 pairs of glasses but ended up buying glasses online while I waited for the help I was told I’d receive. Definitely not coming back.

Working in customer service at this very mall for so many years I HUGE on how someone handles their business. Dr. Jason Pick is amazing. Most patient Eye doctor Ive ever been able to work with. He come across as though he genuinely cares about his patients and their vision problems. I havent worked with any other doctor long enough to have an opinion on them. As for the sales side of things Jeff is the ONLY person I will work with. I will wait extra time to work with him. Hes down to earth, great personality and genuinely seems happy and enjoys his line of work. There is always some people who work customer service for none other then they just enjoy human contact, and it shows with Jeff! Im only giving four stars because some other the other floor associates arent up to my personal standards, but that is all in the eye of the beholder! Give PV Mall Visionworks a try. I have a feeling you wont be upset.

Eye exam in November, new glasses were blurry and one pair was to small. Re exam by Dr. Pick. He changed the prescription. And changed the small frame to a larger much better fit. Most horrible experience at the Paradise Valley location. Went in for the high index glasses and they ended up being as thick as the regular glasses I already had. Total disappointment.

The receptionist and optometrist were both very kind and helpful. I was not rushed through; the doctor took the time to make sure I received a good prescription/correction for my vision. I had a coupon, and that made the price very affordable, but the care I received was worth full price.

This is a reliable and honorable business. They actually messed up my glasses a little while trying to help me. They had to send me somewhere else to get them fixed. Yeah, an inconvenience. I got them fixed, and it cost more than anyone expected. But Visionworks at PV Mall reimbursed me for the full cost, just like they said they would. These are good people you can trust.

I would rate this no stars. I called to refill subscription for contacts and was told I had an eye exam in October and I couldnt order them. Its July and I have to wait two months? Then I was placed on hold for 10minutes until I hung up. I live 30 minutes away and drove to the location a couple days later to see if I could atleast get a sample or order enough to get me by. The staff took about 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. Then told me they couldnt help me. Taking my business somewhere else. I would NOT recommend this location or business to anyone.

Dr. Lad was very knowledgeable snd professionals. She took het time and gave me a lot of information about the condition of my eyes and very positive recommendation for what type of lenses would be best for me.

The only reason two star is because Dr. Pck is awesome. Hayley, on the other hand is the reason I cancelled the two orders where I had to pay out of pocket. Hayley left some info out from our initial meeting and sprung it on us at the last minute. This wasted a fair amount of time and when my wife expressed unhappiness at the situation Haley called my wife rude. If haley works there I wont spend my money there.

Visionworks is a ripoff dont go there go to Costco. Visionworks charges you $20 for polycarbonate and $100 for the anti reflective glasses which would have a cost of $266 for my glasses with insurance. Walked out went to Costco and saved over $100 with insurance and bought a pair of Tiffany & Co. frames much better then the brands at Visionworks. Costco does not charge for polycarbonate or for anti reflective lenses

Not good with kids. My immigrant stepkids had never seen an eye doctor before and have just learned English. The doctor was impatient during their exams and made no effort to explain to them what was happening and that they were to tell him which lens was better, worse, etc. Very disappointing experience and I will not return. Like the other reviewer said, overpriced as well.

Not a wide selection, brands Ive never heard of, spent $500+ before insurance. One guy told me my glasses would be ready sometime next week, I called to see if they were ready and some rude woman told me they wouldnt get there for another week and theres nothing I can do about it but theyll call me. Another week later and I call and they tell me itll be a few more days, mind you not once have they contacted me about y order status. Still havent got my glasses. I dont understand how if the only issue is they are ordering something as they keep telling me; Im waiting over two weeks as if expedited shipping isnt a thing or perhaps theyre just not telling me something in regards to inventory or maybe a possible backorder. Pretty sure Im just gonna have to cancel my ordser, ask for a refund, and go out of network for the simple ease of service.
