I went in last week to the colonnade location to get my glasses fixed. Brittany and Ryan were there happy to help me even though I didnt purchase from there. Great customer service.
Have always had a good experience and this last visit was on a whim because I needed a trial pair of contacts and was in the area. Ryan asked me to get the record of my recent exam elsewhere which I did. He quickly provided me with a trial set of the previous brand I had used in the past. I decided to inquire about ordering my contacts at LensCrafters because I had been pointed elsewhere by my doctor but I hadnt ordered yet. I ended up saving a bunch of money and getting the lenses and quantity I wanted instead of going a different direction I didnt want to go. So his willingness to grab me trials on the fly got LC another sale and saved me money and a headache. I appreciate quality people that create good experiences.

My first visit to this location to pick up my prescription sunglasses. As always, the customer service was astounding! I continue to have some issues with my regular glasses and they are going to make sure they get them right for me! Best service ever!

Great experience at Lens Crafters Camelback Colonnade. Store was busy when I arrived but I was welcomed and given a tray to start my frame selections. Ryan was the salesperson who assisted me after I had made my final choice. He was both personable and knowledgeable. He made suggestions and showed samples to assist me in selecting the best options for my personal vision needs. Excellent customer service!!
The eye doctor side was great, and so were the Lenscrafters people. Until after 2 weeks I called and my glasses still not in. The real problem was the person with whom I spoke. Her explanation was it was the manufacturers fault. Take ownership of your responsibility and tell me youll look into it. Dont say, after I tell you I want to cancel, Okay! Horrible customer service. They owed me $207.00, I only got $205.00. Never again.
I went in to get my brand new sunglasses fitted with prescription lenses and the technician looked at the frames and said it wouldnt be possible and that they were a lost cause. I was told in advance by the manufacturer that it should have been easy. I went to desert eye and they knew exactly what to do and fulfilled the service with ease. Do not waste your time here, go somewhere where they know what they are doing.
The staff at this office were excellent. They were very helpful and efficiently got me in and out in a very timely manner.
My prescription glasses still not in yet and its been over a month. Even if this was coming from China or a 3rd world i would have gotten them by now. I will never deal with this company again or recommend anyone. If i could give zero start I would.
Did not tell me, neither when I made the appointment nor prior to my appointment, that they did not accept my insurance. they wasted 30 minutes of my time checking to see if accepted my insurance (currently covered by two separate vision policies by two major insurance providers) before informing me that they did not.I was told that the facility changed ownership.

Professional staff. The doctors were great. Easy comfortable exam. The girls at Lenscrafters did a great job in helping pick out frames and also ordering the glasses. I definitely recommend this location! More frame choices would be nice, I was looking for white frames but you did not have any.

I stopped by this location after losing a contact len earlier in the day. Due to mask wearing, it is difficult to wear regular glasses out in public. The individuals at this location were fantastic from start to finish. My contact len was replaced in minutes and they even adjusted my glasses along the way! I couldn’t be more grateful for their efficiency and generosity.
I walked in and Ryan got me in and out of there in 30 minutes, and I have a great new pair of glasses on the way. Thanks for your patience and professionalism!

Thank you Dr. Black for your help ! I went in thinking my cornea was scratched and was pretty frantic after I began to get a headache after a few days of dealing with a sticker like feeling in my eye. Even though they didnt have any open appts. they took me in last minute and was able to get the debris out that was embedded in my eye! So thankful for Dr. Black and staff that could take me in last minute.
I go here every year and the people are always so nice to me and they don’t pressure me to buy anything that I don’t want or feel comfortable buying. I would give it five stars but on my most recent visit I wanted to return my glasses because I bought a different pair on there website and no longer needed the ones I bought in store but the lady kinda gave me a hard time and I didn’t really appreciate it. I did get my refund though and and everything is good!

Great store, great staff, especially Ryan. He not only went out of his way to help me out when I had completely destroyed my glasses, he hand fixed what was broken and even did extra repairs that Had been a part of my frame that I thought could never be fixed.
Dr. Macklin was excellent and attentive when I went in for my eye exam and contact lens fitting. The optometry staff genuinely care about treating their customers well, and they made sure I had everything I needed as a first time contact lens wearer. I highly recommend going to this location.

Overall every encounter with the staff to include the in house optometry office located inside this Lens Crafters was very pleasant.I called in to make a last minute - same day appointment with the optometry office and they were more than accommodating.When I arrived I was checked in promptly and didnt have to wait long. I was then geeted by Technician Jacob who was very knowledgeable and friendly which made a great first impression as I was initially apprehensive to visit another Lens Crafters after my last experience at the 75th Ave location. (They wanted to charge me a $29 fee for a mandatory exam which is additional to the regular exam,) this location also offered this exam but as an option. Jacob did a great job at explaining it to me but was not pushy about it when I declined, which I really appreciate.Dr. Black was also very friendly and knowledgeable explaining every portion of my eye exam with fine detail and offering advice as to what might work best with my current insurance plan.Finally Niko helped me choose a frame I was comfortable with and even went out of his way to look in the system and try to help my find the frame I chose in the color I desired. Unfortunately it was nearing closing time and all of his co-workers had already departed leaving him to close by himself. I was in the process of completing my purchase and placing my order when a few other customers showed up to pick up their own completed orders and Niko had to break away for a few minutes at a time attempting to balance his time with them and myself as best as he could.I am pretty understanding and give him props for handling the situation and keeping his composure so well, I was just bummed that it took a few minutes longer to complete my checkout process rather than if there was another employee present to help him out. It truly takes away from the level of personal experience for all of the customers when you have to break away to tend to another and it makes you feel as if you are being rushed. (Currently working in the Sales and Customer service fields this isnt something we would practice at my company.)
Have used this location for my exams and glasses for several years. Everyone is helpful and informative. Should tell whoever owns the parking lot that they need better handicap parking.
I was here in AZ on vacation before heading to Maui. I forgot my contacts back in NY and desperately needed them for swimming in Maui. I went to this location and was met with a welcome from all the staff. I was directed to the contact center side and Josiah took care of everything. My dr in NY faxed my script and spoke with Josiah to get me lenses. I went back to pick them up and Josiah was more than helpful. I picked up a week’s worth of lenses and was on my way! Josiah took the time and was very accommodating. He was kind and and professional. Thank you!!

Not a Legit LensCrafters, I asked for a minor repair (earpiece hookup to the frame), they have no equipment in store. If they do, then I was rejected because I didnt purchase any eyeglasses or such in the store.
This place overcharges for low quality frames and lenses and then refuses to replace or repair what they sell. The lenses scratch WAY too easily unless of course they upsell into their anti-scratch coating, which really should be standard. They also charge for anti-reflective. The nose bridge fell off after a few months, and they refused to replace or repair because I hadnt bought the Extended Warranty. They wanted $260 to replace the lenses (really, the lenses are probably $5 pieces of plastic). Costco will replace the lenses for $130. Plus Costco doesnt charge for anti-reflective coating and gives away free refills of lens cleaning fluid. I purchased three pairs of glasses at one time from the Camelback Colonnade store last summer, and all three are shabby quality, so I really cant say it was a fluke with one pair. I will either shop at Costco next time or shop at a place with good quality products.

Im a 45 year old female consumer who shops at lots of different places. I had such a bad experience with a saleswoman at this store that I honestly could not believe it. I felt like I must be dreaming. This woman was so rude and ghetto I almost walked out. It was as if she was in a gang and wanted to challenge me to go outside and fight her in the parking lot. Very weird and strange. I think it was my shock that kept me from leaving. I just could not believe that a clerk would behave that way. Absolutely horrible!

I purchased new frames and lenses from them a few months ago, already scratched them up, they (Pam - wonderful lady) took care of it, getting me new lenses at a steeply reduced price because of my issues with scratched poly.
