This office was great! I saw Dr. Peter Ryan and he was direct, easy to communicate with, and provided answers to all of my questions.The rest of the staff was absolutely amazing! I had Tony for an eye tech. We spent our whole time dueing the preliminary testing/eye history review chit chatting and laughing. Made the start of my visit fantastic.Unfortunately, I can not remember the tech who helped me select frames as well as helped with navigating what my insurance would cover but she was fabulous too. She gave me honest opinions on different frames I was interested in as well as made a huge effort to make sure I was getting the most out of my insurance! (It showed me this practice clearly cares more about their patients than their patients money)I found all of their frames to be reasonably priced. They did have more expensive brands to choose from but plenty of other options if you didnt want or need the name brands.On top of all that goodness, the office is beautiful and CLEAN! I didnt notice one spot in the office that looked dingy, dusty, or dirty. Their decor is updated but not over the top providing a comfortable space.After my appointment I walked out feeling confident about the service I had received. Very happy I chose this office!Keep up the good work!

I appreciate Saturday appointments. Been going here for years because its close to my home, staff has always been polite and friendly. You have the option of picking up your 👓/contacts or having them mailed to you. Feel better about going to an actual dr.s office and getting tested on proper equipment by experienced techs instead of going to one of those large, advertised as less expensive places. Dr. Ryan always takes the time to answer my questions and explains things to me. And they take my Cigna insurance👍

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the service has been consistently amazing. The entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The dr was great and took his time to evaluate me with care and concern. I appreciate this place. They even take the time to order frames they don’t have in stock to check before a decision is made.

Everybody from the front desk to the back office is so friendly. Dr Lyndsey Clyde of course is very nice and listens to all your concerns. I also had a great experience with the gal who helped me pick out my new glasses as well as new sunglasses. 😊

Only issue I had was with the staff that mandated a mask even though there was no sign posted. It didn’t matter that I had been vaccinated. I Love Dr. Lindsay Cline. She is the best.

Out of all 3 of my visits for the last 3 years, my most previous visit was by far the Best. My Doctor was extremely thorough and took her time during test. She showed immediate concern after ready my chart and noticing a double vision note from past visit. She asked my alot of questions about issue. I totally appreciated that. She found that my prescription was a little off and corrected it. Look forward to my next visit in a year. Thank to all the staff too. Totally professional. Also the Woman who helped me choose my frames was the Best.

I wanted to switch to Valley Eyecare Center after we moved but will be staying away. First off, for my routine check, they did a bunch off tests, some of which were unnecessary. Only after the last test I was informed it was done instead of dilation BUT I have to pay for it out of pocket. I said, no thank you, I will go with dilation. After the doctor fitted my new lenses, I asked if we are doing dilation since I decided not to pay to have him examine a fancy photo, and he said yes, but I have to schedule that separately because they are “pretty booked up today”. That part of the exam could be done on the same day though if I paid extra, even though it should be a part of a routine exam. So I got cheated out of that. Then, at the reception, I was told that if I want to change lenses in my existing frames, they need to take them for a few days (at my old optimetrist, they would send the lenses into the store and they would put them in my frames for me on the same day, no problem). The proposed solution to that (I cannot be without glasses for a few days) was to get new frames too. Looks like they are trying to squeeze as much money out of each patient as they can.

Dr. Lyndsy is the best! I feel like Im visiting a family member instead of my eye doctor. She listens intently and makes sure youre treated like her only patient. The staff is also very pleasant and professional. Its always a pleasure to get my yearly eye check-up and Ive trusted my eyes with Dr. Lyndsy for many years - everyone should.

Love the customer service here. Inside is very professional. They ask if you like a water bottle. The main eye care physician asked lots of questions to make sure that your eyes are well taken care of. I recommend.

Clean, open office. Staff greeted and checked me in right away. Covid precautions were taken throughout the office. Dr Ryan was awesome, and thorough. Ordered a pair of sun glasses before I left, technician spent as much time as I needed to get the perfect & affordable pair.

I had an appointment at Valley Eyecare Center on December 11, 2020, ostensibly to get my eyes checked for a new prescription, as my old eyeglasses were very scratched up. The young man who greeted me and did several tests, named Tony, was very kind and courteous. The doctor who did the check-up, Dr Peter Ryan, was very thorough, witty, and had a nice tie. He was assisted by a young lady named (I think) Cassandra, who was also most pleasant. I commend Valley Eyecare for taking the extra precautions needed during these very strange times. I give Valley Eyecare two (gloved) thumbs up ! Thank you for your care.

Valley Eyecare Center was fantastic. It was my first visit, but the staff made me feel like I had been going there for years. Really friendly and upbeat.

The eye exam was great and they take my insurance which was also great. Their set of frames for men is very limited and mostly very expensive brands. Nothing under 180 dollars. They did offer a large discount, but still expensive. A set of nice looking inexpensive frames would help.

I’ve been to both locations of Valley Eyecare Center, and have consistently had a great experience. The place runs like clockwork—you get in and out quickly, but it never feels rushed. The people are nice and competent, and I have confidence in the doctors.

Everyone working there is great. The ophthalmologist who checked my eyes was very informative and pleasant. The assistants were also very professional and nice. Brenda who helped me select the frames for my glasses was very friendly, helpful and patient. She recommended some options to improve the quality of the glasses, provided explanations but was never up-selling. I left feeling confident that I had selected an honest and professional optometrist office. I recommend Valley Eyecare Center without reservation.

Dr. Lindsay Clyde is a very thorough eye doctor, and I’m extremely confident in her ability to catch something wrong early. She will not quit until she sees a clear conclusion!I was however disturbed by the seemingly extreme amount of Covid protection adhered to from the moment You walk in the office. This is no fault of hers or a reflection of her abilities. It’s a reflection of the irritating times where some places are more extreme than others.

Quick and excellent service from start to finish. Dr Ryan was excellent and happy to address my questions. You can tell he enjoys his job and helping people. After an eye surgery 15 years ago and not having gone for an exam since, I was surprised to find out my eyes are in great shape, and didnt need glasses. They dont pressure you here and dont recommend things you dont need. They offered to take photos of the back of your eye thats not covered under insurance for $39 which i did. The eye exam was free for insurance so I thought why not. The photos of back of your eye show details that can inform patients of diabetes, poor blood flow, and other eye or health related issues. For $20/eye its well worth it! I would definitely recommend coming here for eye care. These folks are on point.

As a medical professional myself, I was truly impressed with being a first time patient. From the front desk, to the Dr, to the entire staff-very professional, compassionate, and informative! Not to mention, they also took great COVID precautions! Overall, i am happy I found a good eye doc for once!

After about 8 years of trying to find the right contacts she was able to fit me successfully in the first couple visits and I am soooo happy I can finally comfortably wear contacts! I also love coming to this office because the staff is always so welcoming and efficient! Best experience, service, and care. They also have the BEST glasses to select from.

I absolutely love Valley Eyecare Center. In all my years I have never been to an optometrist as fast, professional and customer oriented as they are. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Even just scheduling appointments over the phone is a pleasant experience with the efficent and polite staff.

Amazing experience. I was very impressed on how clean and nice of an experience I had. This office has social distancing perfected. I felt very safe and comfortable during my visit everyone was very friendly it was like you could hear them smiling through their mask.

I was looking for a new Eye Dr to purchase new contact lenses. I had used Nationwide Vision previously which was a huge frustrating mistake. I saw the reviews of Valley Eyecare Center and knew i was going to make them my new place for my eyecare needs. They were all so professional and made me feel at ease. There was no confusion and all my questions were answered. I felt like I knew them for years. Do yourself a favor and make your next eye appt with them. They were a little bit more expensive but it was worth it to me to feel confident in their ability to provide me with the excellent service and knowledge to assist me in obtaining what is best for my horrible vision problems. You wont be disappointed! I love everyone there! Forget making an appt with the eye care chain stores that always seem to have deals. This office really deserves more than 5 stars!! I am so grateful for this office! Everyone is always so friendly. I normally see Dr. Ryan but had an issue with my eye and spoke with Dr. Lindsay on the phone for on call in the evening. I didn’t even know they had this. I took a chance and called the office line to see if there was an option because I really didnt want to go to the ER or urgent care if it was something that could wait for an office visit. She was so reassuring and stated to come in the next morning first thing for her brother to check out as an emergency. She really took the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Clyde, her brother, then saw me this morning with only a few minutes wait. Images were taken of both my eyes and he said my eyes were good and I was dealing with an ocular migraine which is also what Dr. Lindsay thought. The care I have received here at this office has helped me achieve greater vision than I thought was possible because I always felt like my vision wasn’t as good before as it could be with my previous eye doctor. I’m actually really happy I’m at this office now and can’t imagine going anywhere else.The fact that you can call after hours about eye issues and be seen immediately the next morning really puts my mind at ease. The images they took of my eyes were incredible to see! I also feel the front office staff and assistants that you see before the doctor are always so professional and kind. What a great experience! The staff here were so kind, efficient and prompt. I have been to several eye doctors and they tried six contacts and couldnt fit me due to my prescription and eye shape and first try, Dr Clyde fit me and its so comfortable. They also knew about my health issue and asked about lab results for how it would affect my vision and no eye Dr ever has. Just couldnt be more impressed. Thank you!

Both my husband & I have been patients for about 10 years and we have any one complaints about the office waiting time or the time it took to obtain an appointment. We have never had to wait longer than a week for an appointment, we usually had one within a few days. In the waiting room no more than 20 minutes, More like 10-15 minutes is the average wait time for us.

Dr. Eric Clyde is amazing, spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. Also the whole staff is friendly and efficient. My mom and brother are also patients here.

We have been seeing the doctors at Valley Eye care for years. Very comprehensive exams with all the latest equipment. They take the time to explain results and always give us copies of prescriptions. The staff are well trained and efficient. We will continue to trust them with our eye care.

Our family has been going to Dr Lindsey since 2006. She is very thorough and picks up the slightest changes. All four of my kids love her and as adults still go to her. Wouldnt trust our vision with anyone else. Shes the best!

My first time here. The optometrist I saw was incredibly nice and answered all of my questions. They were quick and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. The only thing Id say is that I wish there was a little more variety in the mens eye wear. The selection was a little sparse, and quite a few of the already small selection was really expensive designer brand stuff. Totally natural, and Im sure thats a higher profit margin for the office, but I could see some people on a tight budget or with not very high frames coverage needing to go elsewhere. I ended up finding a pair I enjoyed though for a decent price (I got one of the cheapest mens frames at $170ish, which wasnt too bad after my insurance coverage), but it took a lot more digging than Ive had to do at other offices. Overall though for the amazing quality of the staff and how kind and respectful everyone was of a college student like me on a tighter budget, I cant give this place anything less than 5/5 stars. With maybe a few more frame options in the mid-low $100s this would be a perfect one stop shop.

Dr. Lindsey Clyde is amazing. I had a stressful eye injury and she has been able to be both an expert optometrist and compassionate person throughout the process. At other eye doctors Ive felt like they were bothered by my eye questions, but here Ive felt like they care about my vision as much as I do. I really appreciate Dr. Clyde and her team.

They greeted every customer when they come in and offer complimentary water.
