I went into Gilligans Chevron yesterday for gas and to use the rest room. The rest room had a sign on it of out of order until further notice because of covid 19. I asked Bernice at the counter when would the restroom be open again. Bernice said in a nasty unprofessional way, when the owner decides to reopen them. I asked to speak to the manager on duty, and Bernice replied both of the managers are out sick for the weekend. You may come back on Mondays to speak to either Nina or Evette the store managers. When I asked for the owners name and number,Bernice ironically did not know who owned the gas station. So now I am on a mission to inform the owner of what type of employees there managers are hiring. My suggestion is to stay away with Gilligans Chevron on 223 E. Indian school rd, because Bernice is RUDE and the gas is to high anyway. You can go right down the street to the QT and get great customer service and pay less for your gas.

Says theyre open 24 hours but often at night the doors are locked. Tonight I wanted gas and a few other items and the employee behind the door locked it and walked away as I was walking up. A well lit parking lot, cant say he didnt see me. The amount of customer service (or lack there of) here needs serious attention.

Come to Gilligans on Indian School for an authentic mexican food menu, opened limited hours, in their connected 24h gas station. Thanks Gilligans for the clean dining area and bright security covered parking lot.

This Chevron is by far one of the WORST gas station you can go to. The cost of gas is always more compare to its competitors. The hot food is not appetizing and overpriced, and a lot of the snack food on the shelf is passed its expectation date. QT on 3rd Ave and Indian School or Circle K on 3rd St and Osborne are far better alternatives and much cleaner.

Excellent large Chevron station in midtown. Has one of the best chevron gas prices in town, a lot of pumps and very well maintained and clean area. The general store carries the usual drinks and food. Bathroom is clean as well. Would recommend this over most chevron stations in the city.

Miguel and Donovan were amazing!! They need a raise. I know the craziness during Arizona Pride was beyond a handful and they handled it with patience and grace. Im sad to say that theyve let homeless panhandlers take over the entrance. Today I had to run the gauntlet of three beggars just to get inside the store. I like to patronize independent gas stations and I like that the gals who work there are cute and friendly but until they get a grip on the homeless problem I cant recommend anyone go there.

Great service and amazing friendly customer service. The store is very clean and inviting. They are always fully stocked and the item i go in to purchase is readily available. Definitely takes pride overall.

Everytime I come here, the same tattooed guy at the counter says that their lottery machine is out of paper. Well, replace the paper! Lazy.

When starting the pump it gets to the 92ish cents then it actually starts pumping gas 3 time it happens with in 2 weeks told the clerk but she didnt care thiefs

Came here for a quick burrito while on lunch. The flavors were bland and the prices seemed high. I felt very sick after eating here. Should have known from the cleanliness of the facility. There are too many other places nearby like the fry bread house, qdoba, China chili. Safe to say I will not be coming back.

Went in on 05/29/2018 at 6p. Typically to get my boys their gummy bears. Staff is typically very friendly, but on this day, say two new faces. Girl wearing glasses could care less I was asking questions pertaining to my purchase. She had straight up attitude because she was in a conversation with her coworker and some dude sitting on side. SoI cancelled purchase and went to qt. Usually the best stop for my boys to get their candy. Shame it wasn’t on this day. Zero customer service. 3 starts as they had the candy my boys wanted.

Stopped to get drinks it was clean and had an area to sit and eat. There was also a Mexican grill. Overall it was a nice experience.

Its an older store but the man was Friendly and they have everything a convenient store should. Gas prices seem a bit higher than normal for the area but they did have a bathroom and it was decent.

They are a little more expensive than other gas stations in the area, however their location is well lit and patrolled by security and they offer redemption of Safeway gas rewards. There are not many gas stations that offer this, so if you shop at Safeway this is a great place to fill up!

Second time in a week the store was just closed. 1st time a sign was hung saying be back in 20 minutes. This time, no sign was even posted. The door was just locked and nobody in visible sight

The staff is the worst Diana the fat girl plus the blonde fake Mexican are the worst. The worst customer service. Don’t get me started with Rusty the Maneger that coughs and spits on you. Never going back to this place is run down full of ugly girls.

Gas pumps ALWAYS have a problem! Card readers havent worked in months! And even when I went inside to pay, the gas pump (#11) stopped working!....smh....

This place has great breakfast burritos.

Chevron is typically overpriced, but this place usually has gas prices that are at least competitive, plus they have nice clean private restrooms. Pretty much all I look for in a gas station.

My boyfriend went in to get me a burrito and they got the order wrong. I had maybe took two bites before I realized it was wrong and they wouldnt exchange it or refund me. The ladies there this morning were very rude and disrespectful. Their customer service was the worst I have ever seen. My boyfriend s boss would go in there and spend 65 dollars on Burritos but not anymore after that.
