I got my covid test done on Saturday at 3:40 pm and still no results Tuesday 915am. People Im traveling with got the same test on Sunday night and got results Monday afternoon. Obviously they didnt send in the test samples on time. What a shame. Pharm tech dude is no help at all and I overheard girl saying Saturday samples still laying on the counter

Normally I have no issues with this Walgreen. The prescriptions are ready on time and easy to pick up.. Today, after waiting behind a car for 5-10 minutes I drive up to the window to see the closed sign. This was at 130. There is no indication anywhere that this office shuts down at 130 for a lunch appointment.It is so irritating to see the person in front of me served, but then shut down when I drive up.

I came for the Covid vaccine with my wife on two separate occasions. Both times the staff at the pharmacy were great. This review is for crummy leadership on high who cannot see that these folk need more staff to run the store here. There are people coming into your place with no mask and there’s not enough staff to enforce it either. This is a pharmacy in a very busy section of town and this Covid 19 experience has been going on for over a year now. It is very clear that the bottom line is the only thing that matters to whoever is making decisions.You have good people here and it’s a shame that they have to work like this when I’m sure the company is making money hand over foot. Please come out of your ivory tower and support your employees.

We went to this location for the covid vaccine because it was so close, but had to wait an hour despite having an appointment. This is the only Walgreens location on Camelback in Phoenix, in a densely populated urban area, yet they only have one pharmacist on duty and shut down at 1:30, or 1:23 to be more accurate. The staff was overwhelmed with vaccinations, drive thru, in store and phone calls. Walgreens is cutting staffing levels to improve profitability, but when customers switch to CVS or another pharmacy due to poor customer service Walgreens loses.

I have been in line at drive thru for thirty minutes. I pulled up in a line of three cars, the first one left after twenty minutes, the second car in front of me left after fifteen minutes. There are four cars behind me. Single prescription pick up for me. I never had to wait this long for the drive thru and if I wasn’t stuck in line I would have left.

We’ve had almost all bad experiences at this location. The only good experience was the one time I went in to buy a few packages of candy and everything went really normal-like.UPDATE:After asking many questions and getting on the phone with a more agreeable tech we were able to learn that these repeated issues have likely been caused by the person writing the prescription incorrectly.Worst customer service I’ve encountered with a Pharmacy. The pharmacy tech who answered our call would not only NOT own up to any possibility of an issue on their end (even though the woman at the drive thru admitted to a miscount on what they fulfilled for the prescription vs. what was actually prescribed) but he then continued bringing up reasons for a cost on the prescription even though I’d never brought up price once in our conversation. The second we asked one question he got defensive and tried to make up excuses. Definite sign that they don’t even trust their own work. Not to mention he was most definitely not poised for a role in customer service with the attitude he brought every time we asked a question calmly.They’re responsible for fulfilling our prescriptions correctly. The fact that we have to spend our time reminding them to do their jobs correctly makes no sense. This isn’t the first time they tried giving us an incorrect count on our prescription. Luckily last time, we were smart enough to check before driving off because the tech stated he would have been unable to correct it if we’d driven off. This time we knew to ask for the correct count before they gave anything to us. Unfortunately, this has resulted in them not having it ready in time for us.Fun thought: take a couple of seconds longer for each prescription to check yourself and make sure it’s done right the first time. Now my wife has to wait who knows how long for her prescription to be properly fulfilled because the pharmacy accidentally sent in multiple requests to insurance.

Couponers beware;The whole staff at this location are anti coupons. The staff spent 3 mins picking apart my coupons and I didnt have many. Manager said the coupons that i had with restrictions, I could use as many as I wanted and the coupons with no terms I could only use 1 per day. Yeah ill never be back to this location ever again. This location was very clean ill give them that.

SO RUDE! From the pharmacists who dont greet you and automatically think you need the bathroom when you walk to the counter and dont hand you your change, ignoring you after you purchase to the managers who insult and correct you with attitude when ringing you up. Where has the humanity gone? How can they allow that?

Horrible service!For three months they have been out of stock of my prescription. Okay, fair, but they just send a notice it has been ordered, then nothing... for four days and then tell me to go half way across town to go get it. This last time, in mid conversation he kills the line, leaving me in a weird silent hold. Call back, and no one will answer. So unprofessional!!!

Tall blonde man (obviously a manager because he had a vest on) kept walking in and out of the store. The line was really long, he could’ve helped check out as there are three registers but only one was open. Waited for a while until another employee finally came to help.

Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. One of the cleanest locations around! This is my go-to location! If there is ever a line, they call for further assistance and the customers are satisfied, able to get in and out. Everyone is friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist you with questions and couponing, too!

Its great to know and experience some awesome staff at this particular Walgreens.Many employees have worked here for as long as Ive been a customer.Very clean and organized (I See Three) easily traversed.Ive witnessed several cashiers being treated rudely (through no fault of their own) all the while maintaining a professional courteous attitude.All employees Ive dealt with (save one and Ill chalk that up to her youth) are thorough friendly and welcoming.Sometimes and I stress that word..they forget to remove those little yellow sale tags after they have expired. Awkward at the register.

The people there have always been very friendly with me. I have called on the phone a few times to see if they have a certain item, and they gladly look to see before I come in. They have a wide variety of items and services and are at a convenient location for me. The pictures I ordered were ready on-time and looked good.

I was in a bad boating accident a week ago that resulted in an amputation. I have had all my scripts filled at this location since being released from the hospital. I went through my pain meds as prescribed. I dropped off my script for a refill to this location at 11a today. I never heard anything from the pharmacy, so knowing they close at 9p I headed in at 830p. The blond male person working behind the counter(whos body language seemed to emote that I was bothering him)tells me that the dosage isnt written clearly. They called the doctors office but didnt hear back and there is nothing I can do. Its 830 at night, no kidding you wont hear back from a doctors office. Customer service is dead everywhere and this place is a sick joke(at best). This script has been in their position since 11a this morning. If there was any issue with filling it, why couldnt someone have made a phone call to me to make sure that it could be processed? So, now I get to spend a night without pain medication and find a CVS Im the morning.

I had a horrible experience with the photo department. Online it says the photo department is open till 10:00 p.m. I walked in at 9:05 and the photo associate told me she would not be able to help me with a passport photo because she shut the department down at 9:00. I explained the hours advertised on line and she proceeded to tell me “I can’t help you I’m already taking out the trash”.

I have never had such a terrible experience at another Walgreens in my life! Neither the pharmacist or assistant acknowledge me standing there waiting for service, they are extremely rude and even gave me a wrong prescription after making THREE trips. After calling explaining I do not want to pay for a second corrected prescription they argued with me and finally hung up on me! I will never use Walgreens as a pharmacy again.
