The hot food I purchased tasted old. Selections are very limited. This location is convenient for me, but they really need to address the many homeless people that gather near the entrance.
Store was on the dirty side but given the demographic and area not surprised. Three employees all standing behind the counter and not one acknowledged we walked in. Opened boxes of items for stocking that were half complete. Personal conversations must be more important. I will say though, once we got up to the counter gentleman was helpful and did state a drink deal they were having to save.
One of the employees is always super nice and makes us feel very comfortable and welcomed
There seems to be some sort of odd trend for places like this. Its gone from being a convenience store to an INconvenience store. Not all of us have the luxury of having access to car, much less have jobs that are the 9-to-5 type of jobs. Either be a 24-hour convenience store or post your actual hours of operation.
This is the worst 7-eleven here at 4748 East Van Buren st phoenix az 85008. They are all very rude and theyll yell at you and tell you not to come back just because youre giving them the correct price. This morning I was trying to buy a small coffee which was $1.59 and the manager was trying to charge me $1.89 after taxes which was $2.05 for a small coffee. I tried to correct the price with him and he started to yell at me and told me not to come back to his store. And at one point I also heard him say stupid Americans 😠😠 I would not shop here or recommend shopping here.
This store is clean and it has most of the items I would need. The problem is getting harassed by homeless people. Some of these people are very aggressive. They go beyond name calling and try and climb in your car. Or stand behind your car as you try and leave. They really need a security guard outside the store.
Friendly cashiers decent prices would get 5 stars but can get pretty congested in the parking lot
This is a very iconic and old 7-Eleven location. If you are driving on the interstate I think there is some point in time where you can look over and notice this place I may be wrong. This is a great 7-Eleven that is well kept. You will be able to get some good food here too. I remember the pasta salad was very good here.
I used to like this 7-Eleven location but I did not care for the attitude of the attendant on my most visit 9/6. I wanted to buy 2 whole pizzas but apparently they turn the oven off from 11pm to 6am. I image they must lose a lot of business.
Horrible customer service the older gentleman and the one who work nights is extremely rude and disrespectful especially to people of color. I’ve been shopping at this store when it was a gas station and never experienced the disrespect I’ve experienced with these individuals working here. This store has cake too far to have these kind of people ruining its name. I’m very disappointed. Refused to give me any information on a manager and threatened to call the police simply because I asked who was the manager of the store so I can speak with the about an experience I had with the night staff. Horrible horrible horrible never shop here again
I have to say, every few days I step in this store to grab a Big Gulp before work around 4 AM and the employee their, Antavio, is such a pleasure to do business with! Even at 4 am he is energetic, positive, and very conversational. Every time I go in, I look forward to seeing him. Its like catching up with an old friend. He makes the experience for me a 5 star no doubt!
Worst service ever. Csshiers do not understand customers and didnt understand what I was trying to (where are charges?). Dirty, homeless waiting outside to ask for money. Go to the one on McDowell.
Order via Doordash asking for sweet tea they send Raspberry tea even tough it said to refund the item. When I called the store the employee hang up on befroe I could ask them if the had the tea of the dasher messed up.
Its exactly what you expect
Stopped for a drink, employee was stocking. As I grabbing my drink he threw a box passed me, scared me to death. I then went up to the counter and not one word was said, seemed annoyed I was there, never going back and urge others to avoid as well.
I sense they really dont care about the pandemic social distancing near impossible because they didnt realign their rows of displays people standing in different lines everywhere The clerk in the afternoon did not wear a mask I asked him why he said something stupid saying than everybody that came in would have to wear one made no sense thank God for the partition because he coughed when I was making a money order with him in my face
Does not sell gas. Neither does the circle k around the corner. GOOGLE SENT ME HERE FOR GAS! COME ON!
Its actually nice this app is getting better every time I get a new update
The black guy at register don’t talk at all. Don’t tell u the price like u just suppose to guess
Good for quick pick of items in hurry
Cashier tried to rip me off
Very friendly,fast service!
Store is dirty, line took forever and cashiers did not understand English very well which made it hard to check out
Just go to the Circle K down the road.=(
Check out girl was very rude and didnt even offer a bag for my 7 items then just walked away from the counter.
Good attention
