I couldnt be happier with the cookies I received from Cookie Brokers Bakery in Phoenix. I was looking for a bakery that could make custom cookies for my sons 7th birthday. We were having a lego theme party and I asked Cookie Brokers if were able to accommodate us and they did such an amazing job. Not only were the cookies adorable but they tasted DELICIOUS! Everyone at the party loved them and they definitely added a special touch to his birthday. We used them as our party favors and all of the kids were so excited to take one. I highly recommend Cookie Brokers Bakery. Will definitely use them for all of our parties, events, and they would even be great for customized work gifts. Thanks Cookie Brokers!

OMG! Their cookies are gorgeous! I was picking up for a friend who said they were the place to go for cookies for special occasions. I was picking up cookies for a Harry Potter themed kids birthday and was completely amazed at the designs on the cookies. They are closed on Saturday for special order pickups though so plan accordingly.

Walnut Chocolate Cookie... ohhhh yeahhhhh!We also tried the orange and cranberry white chocolate... we downed that with an Azteca from Tres Leches down the street more.

Update: I used Cookie Brokers again to help create cookies for my mom’s 70th surprise birthday. Again, I gave them an idea and a color scheme I was looking for and they delivered. The cookies not only looked great but tasted delicious. Everyone asked to take more home to their loved ones and could believe how delicious they were. When I say I’ll never use another company again it’s true! Cookie Brokers is your one stop shop for making some yummy desserts the center of any party, bridal shower, or event.Absolutely love Cookie Brokers! I had to throw a bridal shower for a close friend and we did a “final fiesta” theme. I had an idea of what I wanted and sent it to Cookie Brokers and they did an awesomeJob making it come to life. The cookies were a huge hit and made the dessert table come to life. Everyone loved them!!! Highly recommend Cookie Brokers! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I called during fall break to see if Cookie Brokers could make Curious George themed cookies for my son’s Pre-K class. Why not splurge a little when the kidddos have to wear masks to school during COVID-19!? I wasn’t sure if they would have a monkey-shaped cutter on such short notice. Gilbert informed me they can do anything and boy was he right! They turned out absolutely FABULOUS!!!! My son smiled the entire way to school after we picked them up. It’s great to have a small business like this in our neighborhood. 👍🏻👌🏻👏🏻

Cookie Broker is conveniently located close to downtown. The cookies here are baked fresh daily and have a variety of cookies to choose from. I ordered an ice cream sandwich the last time I stopped by. Also the staff here is very friendly and helpful.

I placed an online order for a retirement party that my agency hosted. I ordered over $350.00 of dessert trays. Unfortunately, they forgot about the order. I cancelled and asked for a refund which Gilbert agreed to. Gilbert arrived 2.5 hours after the agreed upon time with some dessert trays. Additionally, he promised to have a credit for a future order. I called today to place an order and was only offered 20% off. I will not be using the Cookie Broker in the future.

All of the cookies are the perfect combination of crisp and soft. They are all delicious, but the chocolate chip is my favorite. It basically melts in your mouth. I could probably eat a million! Keep up the great work!

I called because I am out of state and wanted to order my mom some cookies for mothers day. It was easy to order, Gilbert was so nice and made the process simple. The cookies were delivered promptly and my mom loved them! She said they are amazing!!! And she has not had this good of cookies in a while! Thank you Gilbert for such a great experience.

I stopped in the shop last night for the first time ever. They didnt have any of their regular frosted sugar cookies, bummer (they said I can call ahead). However, they had some special ones for Valentines day. Sugar cookies with royal icing. WOW, these are like crack (not that I know anything about that stuff), but I gobbled one up within a minute. These special ones are dang small and a bit pricey for the size $1.50 each. Most places are usually pricey, but I suppose due to the size it made it very noticeable. Most importantly, these were heavenly! Id post a picture, but I already ate my second one, my bad. Theres almond paste in them, but not super strong (I have a soft spot for this stuff). A friend brought me a few testers a few weeks back from CB. I wasnt a fan of their Oatmeal raisin cookie. It was not very flavorful, but maybe a one off, sorry. The lemon bars are quite delicious! The chocolate chip cookies are fantastic too; crispy/chewy on the outside, chewy/soft in the middle. The young man (not that Im some grandma) that worked the closing shift 2/7/2019 was SUPER nice/friendly. Most service employees have to be nice, but this gentleman, he really came across as caring, happy and super nice. I was timid seeing as it was my first time there, downtown traffic and dark outside. I didnt know what to expect and he didnt make me feel dumb or anything. He went the extra mile (in a professional kind way). THANK YOU CB team! Ill effeminately be back for more and tell everyone else. AMAZING Cookies!!!!

OMG!!! These cookies were phenomenal!!! I ordered 300 for three separate meetings at my work (all on one day). I chose a vareity of cookies and asked that they be packaged a certain way so as to accommodate all three meetings. Delivery was perfect, the cookies were amazing....extremely fresh...baked that morning. Thank you for the amazing customer service too, not an easy find in this day and age. The cookies were SO fresh one was cracking on top and Gilbert offered to drive all the way back to his shop and get a replacement cookie! WHO does that?? Of course I told him not to do that! Fear not, Gilbert, that cookie, as well as the other 299 were devoured in no time . Everyone loved them!Gilbert and his team are true professionals and we will be ordering again.Thank you!!!!
