Every time I come into this location I am welcomed in with warm voices and the inviting smell or delicious cookies! The cookies are always fresh and taste amazing! The night crew is always hard at work keeping everything clean and even when I stop by on the occasional mornings, so can always be sure to see the manager there. Helping with training and ensuring each customer is happy before they leave the shop! By far the best location in Arizona!

The cookies are usually great, but this time was a disappointment. The Chocolate Crunch tasted like burned sugar and the Cornbread was way under baked and very small and thick.

This place smells fabulous, every bakery should smell this full of butter. The cookies are a nice treat for the family. My kids loved it.

My delivery order was wrong when it arrived. I ordered a party box of 12 cookies for an office function. I had the cookies delivered and when the order arrived, I got 4 cookies instead of 12 :(. The Peoria location had mixed up the name stickers on 2 orders, so the person who ordered 4 cookies got my 12 cookies. The delivery driver (Door Dash) tried to be as helpful as he could and was very apologetic. Errors happen, but this is what I am upset about. I called the store, no manager on duty both days I called. An employee (who didnt even know how to credit my account back for the charge) told me they would pass my message on and the store manager would call me back (Reba). No call, no apology, nothing. Very disappointing and my work function had 4 cookies for 20 people.

I loved their cookies. This is my first time trying with them and the cookies were so delicious and they are freshly made. Milk chocolate chip & oreo once are the best. I cant wait to try other set of new flavors.

Cookies are a sure fire way to make someones day. The flavors are always delicious and creative. They are my go to for a good thank you gift or a surprise for someones birthday. The team at this location is awesome too. Thank you for making the day of 20 special education teachers! 💕

Customer service at this location needs major improvement, this was my first time visiting this location in a while and I wont be visiting it again no time soon they were very unwilling to accommodate a simple request and the attitude s of some them was just stank.I dont know if it was because it was. Ear closing time and they were ready to leave or what then it was so many of them there working some of them was walking around looking lost some was working . More organization is definitely needed.

Crumbl Cookies have the BEST cookies! The cookie itself is dense but soft. The icing is homemade and perhaps the best Ive ever had. They have an assortment that frequently changes. If you see a cookie you love, get it now! It will be off the menu again soon. I must also mention the stellar service! The line in-store was long, but moved very quickly. The folks at the counter are kind and helpful. Ill be back. Thank you!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed my order online for pickup as I have family in town when I got there it took 15 minutes after I checked in and me moving my car to directly in front of the door (2 spots over) before anyone came out, when she did she said they ran out of the Chocolate chip cookie and just started making more I could swap flavors or wait I asked 3 times how long the wait was she just kept saying I dont know I had to ask her to go find out when she returned she said 30-45 minutes so I said thats fine we will go pick up food and come back I waited in my car in 113° for another 20 after picking up food then went inside because it had been 45 minutes she ignored the fact I had come in until almost everyone else was gone and then told me it was going to be ANOTHER 30 minutes. Are you kidding me it had already been over an hour since I had placed the order if they were out when my order went through they should have called it took me 20 minutes to get there because of traffic they had plenty of time and not once did the girl apologize she offered me two free cookie cards after the second delay. The product is great but the girl working the counter needs to learn some customer service skills though, if you are going to tell a customer that they have the option to wait for new cookies you should already have an idea of how long it will take I shouldnt have had to ask 3 times and then ask for her to find out then to be told another 30 minutes after I had already waited about an hour. Horrible experience and I will not be going back to this location next time Ill drive further to another one.

Please learn how to handle food! Employee walked out to give curbside their order then made my order using the same gloves he used to open the door to walk outside and walk back in. Then picked up my cookie with his gloved hand. Change gloves often! This isn’t the first time I’ve seen them mishandle food.

Its a great place for cookies. I just wish they would have certain flavors available more often. Also my friend had a problem paying with his card because it didnt have a chip. That was a bummer but altogether great cookies!

The cookies are great. The customer service is terrible. Every time I come to this location it’s always something. Lots of times they are out of flavors, they don’t acknowledge you when you come in, etc. I’ve tried it all, order online, pick up inside, etc. One time I ordered and drove 20 mins to pick it up only for them to say they were closed early for the holiday weekend. They didn’t take any responsibility for the app letting us put in an order and charging me and the worst part was the employee just shrug her shoulders. Zero social and customer service skills. No apology, no “we’ll make ir up to you next time” nothing. So if you can put up with bad customer service then get the cookies. They do have a great product. I’m not sure what the problem is but I will say the common denominator is that everyone there looks to be super young. Maybe they just don’t get paid enough. Not sure but 👎🏼

3 stars because the cookies were good but when I was inside the store one of the managers made it a little awkward. I guess one of the employees put some cookies in the oven when they shouldnt have been? It was awkward because there was people around and the employees I think got a bit embarrassed. I felt bad for them. It was unprofessional IMO.

Cookies are great, very expensive! $3.88 for 1 cookie. Very disappointed with their ice cream its totally outrageous and you get a small little cup of ice cream and its almost $5 and its not that great! I dont like the fact that they ask for a tip when theyre already expensive I think thats ridiculous. Does the owner not pay these kids enough money to to where you have to ask for tips thats totally tacky

Always love ordering cookies from crumble. They have so many fun, different flavors. Their chocolate chip and pink sugar cookie are always delicious but we also love trying the different flavors of the week.
