Been hearing about these cookies for years and they finally opened one up on my side of town!The cookies are larger than I anticipated and very flavorful. If you would like a gourmet cookie, this is your spot. I got a box of four and they were all excellent. I was unaware that they had cold cookies and hot cookies but it was a pleasant surprise for my senses.The store itself is very clean and has a minimalist vibe. You can order from a tablet or with at a counter with a worker. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed. I went there 9/24/21 around 3:30 pm. I wanted to buy 6 cookies and was told they could not sell me the 6 cookie box because they were out of the boxes that hold 6 cookies. I said who cares if you dont have a 6 cookie box, you could still give me that price and just put them all in the 4 cookie box. The girl waiting on me said she could not do that and refused to sell me the 6 cookie box. So dumb. So since they didnt want to sell me 6 cookies, I ordered 4 cookies instead, 2 of which were the pink sugar cookie. Got home and was disappointed in the sugar cookies. The icing on one was thinly spread instead of thick and the other one looked like someone who didnt know how to spread icing made it.

Really liked this location of Crumbl! They’re located next to the Frys so it’s easy to spot! They had the new pumpkin pie cookie, oatmeal chocolate chip, and peach cobbler so we got them all to try! They were so delicious and moist (similar to a chewy/cakey texture)! Goes perfectly with a tall glass of milk! I would definitely recommend!

I first tried these at work. They bought a cookie for every employee and OMG it tasted expensive lol but worth the price. Not that it’s expensive per say but you could taste that they are quality cookies. I love these cookies. Tried the milk chocolate chip. Can’t wait to try other flavors

I called and asked about what the Service charge was for and the Manager said she had zero clue and would contact corporate and give me a call back. I received a call from someone at corporate and he said the manager told me all this information and I didn’t believe her. That is a lie. She made it a big deal saying it’s only 2 percent and it’s probably state tax. Its not about the percentage. I should be able to call and get an answer on why I’m being charged an additional fee. I honestly like the cookies but the customer service I received here was terrible. The Arcadia store does not charge a service fee. I won’t ever shop at this store again.

I absolutely love these cookies! I have been so excited for this store to open and it did not disappoint. Everyone was so nice and friendly and it smells delicious inside!!!

I ordered two 4-packs of cookies last night, drove 15 minutes to get them, and drove home only to find that 5 out of the 8 cookies were crazy undercooked. On the banana bread one, I could literally scoop raw dough out of the middle with my finger and I couldnt pick any part of the old fashion donut one up because it was so raw around the hole in the middle. The two waffle ones were not as bad, but still definitely too gooey in the middle (and I like slightly gooey cookies) I called the store and got offered a refund or to bring the bad cookies in and get them replaced. I chose to replace them because I did actually want the cookies. I drove 15 minutes back to the store and showed them the cookies. I then had to wait 20 minutes standing in the store as all other customers in the store got their cookies. I was really irritated when a woman came in 15 minutes after I got there, ordered a 4 pack of cookies, got them and left before I got my replacement cookies. Absolutely ridiculous and really bad customer service.It was really disappointing because I was so excited about the waffle flavor. Its my favorite. Totally ruined by a bad experience.

This place is definitely worth the hype, Ive been hearing about how good they are and we finally tried them, they are just so amazingly decadent. Thank you for these delicious desserts, we have been back weekly since first trying them!!! Love the curbside pickup!!!

I absolutely love Crumbl cookies! I am such a fan of their rich ingredients and they are so good even. 2 days later after warming them!!!!! Can’t wait for next weeks menu!!

When it comes a great cookie. Crumbl hands down is hard to beat. While GM’s oatmeal raisin or chocolate chip brings back nostalgic memories of a far distant past. Cruml is here to step in a create new lasting favorites.

Staff was fast and so helpful. Was able to go in and out and needed a message on a box and they handled it with care.

The heathe cookie with the cream on top is the best cookie I ******* ever had.That should be a solid standard cookie choice every week.Ill be trying the chocolate chip, honey bun and the orange sickle this week and I already see the oreo cookie for next week.CANT WAIT.

I had been meaning to try this place for the longest time but never got around to it. So, I was bought these cookies as an early Mother’s Day gift by a friend. She bought me a box of 4 & I kid you not they were the best cookies ever. They’re so soft and gooey and not as sweet as they look, surprisingly but I would definitely recommend and I will be going soon!! 10/10!

You basically get a sugar rush the moment you walk in the door, its like the food equivalent of Lush! They always offer so many good flavors that it makes it really hard to just choose one. Definitely worth the price!

Love Crumbl! Their cookies are rich and not dry at all, and definitely large enough to be worth the price. I like to cut mine into smaller pieces so they last longer. Love when I get my pink boxes!

I wanted to try the lemon poppy seed cream flavor but unfortunately they were out. But the baker was so sweet and answered my questions about the shortage. She didn’t try to oversell any flavors and prepared my cookies so well. My husband and I split the raspberry cheesecake and peanut butter one for dessert the last couple of nights.I also got us separate chocolate chip cookies and he loves it! I had been wanting to try crumbl for awhile and I’m so glad I did!!!

We went in and the lady working just glared at me the whole time while we were holding our service dog. She waited until we ordered then said we aren’t allowed to have dogs. There was no sign at the door and she was just extremely rude to take our order then tell us that. Won’t be coming back

Not sure how people submit a review saying how the cookies are broken or the decorating is a mess when the employees make sure you check and approve the cookies before you receive it. They’re always picture perfect and tummy perfect! Very clean environment. Love how they have certain cold and warm cookies!

The cookies are hit or miss at this location. Theyve messed up our order almost every time, 6 out of 8 orders from this location.Theyve left out half of our order 4 times and given us the wrong assortment the other 2 times. Crumbl is usually good but Id go to a different location.
