Purchased 2 dozen cookies to thank the staff the cardiology unit at Mayo hospital for their amazing care of my mother. They were beautiful and flavorful. I think our favorite was the waffle cookie. The cookies were fresh, warm and brought out to the car for curbside delivery.

The cookies are delicious, and the employees are always kind and helpful!EDIT: Since I first reviewed this location a month ago, it’s noticeably gone down in quality. The prices have gone up but the cookies seem over-cooked and they’ve gotten very stingy with the frosting. I ordered the Kentucky butter cake cookies this week (2 of them) and there didn’t appear to be any glaze on either of them. If I’m paying $40 for 12 cookies I want the quality that I got when I first started buying from Crumbl!

This was our second time having these cookies, and yall do not disappoint! I think the blueberry cheesecake was our favorite, hands down!! I had ordered a second round as an anniversary gift to my husband. As a surprise as well, and well, he was surprised! And giddy, like a kid at the candy store 😁 Also finding out there is a store basically across from my work makes my Saturdays 10x better!

I sent a 4 pack to a coworker for her birthday! Such a yummy and more affordable alternative to sending flowers. The app made it so easy to order and I was able to track the order every step of the way! Will order again in the future!... maybe for myself next time!

Cookies (well also ice cream but I have not tried that). It is a big cookie for $4. There are some that are always available - such as a warm chocolate chip, but flavors change weekly. Chocolate chip was good. Red velvet was also tasty. Not a fan of the brownie cookie, but others really seem to like it. I like the funfetti which is served chilled. Many like the peanut butter. Friends raved about golden Oreo. My suggestion is to get a variety, a few friends and cut the cookies in quarters and sample away. Hope you live near one to try, but not too close or it will soon become a habit!

I love crumbl! From the cute pink boxes to the delicious cookie tastes. It is amazing. I love that they have different flavors every week to mix up the variety, but sometimes I’m sad when I find a cookie I like a lot and it won’t come back for awhile.

This location is always busy and good at getting my order done on time! I usually do curbside pick up. What a fun gift to cheer someone up or celebrate them! Fresh. Packaging is festive. Cookies are worth eating every crumble!

Best cookies we’ve ever had. We love the menu is constantly changing while also keeping their classic sugar cookie and chocolate chip. We check on Sunday the flavors for the week.

Nothing is more annoying than them consistently being out of stock. Stop letting catering wipe out the stock and have a separate stock for that so people are not driving all the way to your location just to be let down. If youre going to Crumbl, I advise you to call and always check their stock first. Its annoying but will save you from wasting your time.

I really enjoy the cookies from Crumbl. I admit not all the flavors are my cup of tea, but overall I give Crumbl 5 stars. My favorite cookie so far is the watermelon flavor.

I have just started visiting here as I recently moved to the area. Last place I lived the closest crumble was 20+ mins away and I never made it for a visit.. Love love love Crumbl, but sadly I went in there to get a gift card for my friend’s birthday and their system was down so I wasn’t able to get it. The employee was also not willing to help me in any way to even see if it would have worked. All she said was “I don’t think it will work because our system is down, sorry”. I had to get the gift card from Starbucks… blah!! Still love you Crumbl. You have my heart!

I used Crumble delivery today to treat coworkers and I picked up a 4 pack for our neighbors as a sympathy gift. Delivery was fast. The texts giving me updates tracking the delivery were timely. Pick up in-store was speedy and friendly. And of course, EVERYTHING was gorgeous and delicious!!!

You can see the difference in the topping they were bought at the SAME TIME! The one I’m holding is not molded and the one below is molded…I assumed this place was all that but after seeing it molded is sickening.

I came here when I had a late night sweet tooth cravings. (They are open later than most local bakeries.)Cookie butter is one of my favorite treats and I couldn’t believe they managed to fit it into a yummy moist cookie. The service was quick and I had a hard time choosing from their cookie display.The Biscoff Cookie was moist and not too sweet. The flavors were spot on with a little dollop of cookie butter in the middle. I would definitely recommend a quick stop in to cure any late night cravings.

The cookies here are delicious and huge. They are fresh out of the oven and the toppings are added after order. Fast pickup and totally worth the price for gourmet cookies.

Cookies are always so tasty, love the curb side pick up. I do always recommend calling before you go and even then they never have all the flavors available and I have had experiences where I order and they run out and substitute a cookie and dont tell you.

Cookies are expensive but good. Employees are not very friendly. You stand there forever if you need help. I get there is a machine to order from but their are times when a person has questions and they need to consider that.

I’ve been here several times and the cookies are always amazing and the service is perfect. They have kiosks and it lets you customize your order and the cookies come out within minutes. I will definitely continue coming!

Every customer is charged a 2.5% transaction fee (since January 2021) whether you pay with a card or with cash. When asked about this fee no one at the store or at corporate was able to tell me what it was for. 2.5% isnt much until you add up how many customers are paying it each day. Id rather know the cost upfront instead of having to decipher extra fees tacked on at the end.Exceptionally poor service the last few times Ive been in. Ive come to this location since they opened and have watched the quality of cookie and service decline. Gloves worn by employees are not changed as frequently (between food prep, ringing up the register, touching face or mask) as they should be making one question sanitation practices at this location.

Part of me hates my brother just a little bit for first introducing me to these AMAZING cookies! We used to have to drive clear across town for them, but then one opened up just down the road. They have the BEST cookies I think I’ve ever had in my entire life. So good. I also love all of their unique flavors as well. The cookies & cream, and red velvet are some of my faves!

When it comes to delicious cookies, crumble definitely has the right recipe for them. This is my second time trying crumble and I must say they haven’t failed me in the slightest way. The interior is large, the employees are nice, and the cookie example in front of you makes them very enticing.The cookies are quite large, the taste of each cookie is delicious and unique, and the look makes them quite appetizing and an awesome gift.One thing I love about this place is they constantly come up with new recipes and I think it’s quite awesome to be innovative consistently. Overall, you can call me a fan of crumble cookies and I definitely recommend getting more than 1 as you never know if you might see that flavor again.

The cookies were prepared properly and service was good. (Hence the 5 stars) But I really don’t understand how people like these. I’ve never put something so dry but yet still wet into my mouth. I felt like I was eating chalk while holding a mudpie in my hand. Every bite transformed into a paste and sealed my throat closed. I felt like I was being buried alive. Probably wouldn’t try again but I can see why people like it here.
